The effect of enterotoxins is to induce the production of endogenous IF. St. aureus enteropathogenic proteins (enterotoxins) possess an antitumour effect. After intraperitoneal inoculation, they decrease the size and, in some cases, prevent the development of the human hypernephroma in the cheek pouch of golden hamsters. The effect of enteropathgenic proteims may possibly consist in inducing the production of endogenous immune interferon which activates the host immune system and enhances the rejection of heterologous tumour cells.

Biological nature of the bacterial pathogenicity phenomenon is based on the interaction of prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms. The phenomenon is the poly-functional biological potency of germs that are realized by factors (determinants) of pathogenicity. Some fundamental biological functions are responsible for bacterial pathogenicity in a multi-cellular host organism: the adhesive function, the function of invasion and penetration into the cell, the function of evasion of host defense, and the damage function. The action of adhesion, invasion and evasionis directed to towards establishing an ecological niche in multi-cellular host while the aim of the damaging function is destruction of the environment.

The current research is devoted to the study of the modification of the titanium implants by the micro-arc oxidation with bioactive calcium phosphate coatings containing Ag or Sr and Si *** coatings’microstructure,phase composition,morphology,physicochemical and biological properties were examined by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Ag-containing and Sr-Si-incorporated coatings were formed in alkaline and acid electrolytes,*** formation of the coatings occurred at different ranges of the applied voltages,which led to the significant difference in the coatings *** trace elements Ag,Sr and Si participated intensively in the plasma-chemical reactions of the micro-arc coatings ***-containing coatings demonstrated strong antibacterial effect against Staphylococcus aureus AТСС*** in vitro test with 3T3-L1 fibroblasts showed no cytotoxicity appearance on Sr-Si-incorporated coatings.

The paper is focused on different kinds of gravity results obtained in Shults Cape Observatory for 2010 -2015. Gravity observation is interpreted together with GPS observation data which was obtained from 2012 to 2015 at the same station, The station is situated on Gamov peninsular （42.58° N, 131.15° E, Russia） at the coast of Japan Sea, This region constitutes the eastern boundary of Eurasia. This major continental tectonic feature is associated with a seismic activity, high heat flow and anomalous thickness of earth＇s crust. The goal of the observation was the investigation of gravity variation with time and seismicity situation monitoring. Gravity observation was developed at special basement by absolute gravimeter （GABL type） and by spring gravimeter （SCINREX CG-5and gPhone type）. Tidal models were tested by results of observation with spring gravimeters. Reduction task was solved, as the experimental data received from different points of Shults Cape Observatory was used. Applied reduction coefficient is 203.3 12Gal m l, and agrees with theoretical calculation. Next goal was studying structure of earth＇s crust by means of gravity models. Gravity anomaly varied from 30 mGal to 46 mGal, which also depend on difference reference system, Experimental results were used for testing of the structure of continental boundary, which also depends on the sea bottom flexion. Thickness of elastic layer was estimated from 12 km to 18 km by using different models.

Nanocoatings on 2D Macroporous Silicon Structures

Macroporous silicon formed by photoanodic etching with high aspect ratio and large effective surface is one of the promising materials for the development of 2D photonic structures. We fabricated nanocoatings of CdTe, ZnO, CdS surface nanocrystals and SiO2 layers on macroporous silicon surface. The near-IR optical absorption was investigated and well-separated oscillations with giant amplitude were observed in the spectral ranges of surface level absorption. This process is because of resonance electron scattering on the surface impurity states with the difference between two resonance energies equal to the Wannier-Stark ladder. Macroporous silicon structures with SiO2 nanolayers and CdS nanocrystals are proposed to enhance the photoluminescence of CdS nanoparticles with quantum yield 28%. Addition functionalization of 2D macroporous silicon is a result of the high-pressure oxidation. The structural SiO2 reorganization to orthorhombic phase increases the concentration of paramagnetic Pb centers, EPR signal amplitude and GHz radiation absorption.

The microstructure, physical and mechanical, and chemical properties of micro-arc calcium phosphate （CAP） coatings deposited under different process voltages in the range of 150-400 v on the commercially pure titanium （Ti） and Ti-40%Nb （Ti-40Nb）（mass fraction） alloy were investigated by the SEM, TEM, XRD and EDX methods. The coating thickness, roughness, and sizes of structural elements were measured and showed similar linear character depending on the process voltage for the coatings on both substrates. SEM results showed the porous morphology with spherical shape structural elements and rough surface relief of the coatings. XRD and TEM studies exhibited the amorphous structure of the CaP coating. With increasing the process voltage to 300-400 v, the crystalline phases, such as CaHPO4 and β-Ca2P207, were formed onto the coatings. The annealing leads to the formation of complex poly-phase structure with crystalline phases： CaTi4（PO4）6, β-Ca2P2O7, TiP2O7, TiNb（PO4）3, TiO2, NbO2, and Nb2O5. The applied voltage and process duration in the ranges of 200-250 v and 5-10 min, respectively, revealed the coating formed on Ti and Ti-40Nb with optimal properties： thickness of 40-70μm, porosity of 20%-25%, roughness （Ra） of 2.5-5.0 μm, adhesion strength of 15-30 MPa, and Ca/P mole ratio of 0.5-0.7.
