BACKGROUND s.perior mes.nteric artery(s.A)s.ndrome is.a rare caus. of duodenal obs.ruction by extrins.c compres.ion between the s.A and the aorta(s.A-Ao).Although the left lateral recumbent pos.tion is.cons.dered effective in the treatment of s.A s.ndrome,individual variations.in the optimal patient pos.tion have been *** this.report,we pres.nt two elderly cas.s.of s.A s.ndrome that exhibited rapid recovery due to ultras.nographic dynamic evaluation of the optimal pos.tion for each *** s.MMARY Cas. 1:A 90-year-old man with naus.a and *** diagnos.s.of s.A s.ndrome by computed tomography(CT),ultras.nography(Us.revealed the s.A-Ao dis.ance in the s.pine pos.tion(4 mm),which s.ightly improved in the lateral pos.tion(5.7–7.0 mm)without the pas.age of duodenal ***,in the s.tting pos.tion,the s.A-Ao dis.ance was.increas.d to 15 mm accompanied by improved content ***,Us.indicated enhanced pas.age upon abdominal mas.age on the right *** day 2,the patient could eat comfortably with the optimal pos.tion and *** 2:An 87-year-old woman with *** the diagnos.s.of s.A s.ndrome and as.iration pneumonia by CT,dynamic Us.confirmed the optimal pos.tion(s.A-Ao dis.ance was.improved to 7 mm in forward-bent pos.tion,whereas.it remained at 5 mm in the s.pine pos.tion).By day 7 when her pneumonia recovered,s.e could eat with the optimal *** The optimal pos.tion for s.A s.ndrome varies.among *** Us.appears.to be a valuable tool in improving patient outcomes.

Gas.phas. dehydrocyclization of diphenylamine (DPA) to carbazole over monometallic and bimetallic 0.4 wt% Pt-bas.d catalys.s.in a fixed bed reactor was.s.udied in the pres.nce of hydrogen at a temperature of 550 oC. Alumina and carbon s.pported Pt catalys.s.s.owed very high initial activity (> 95%). The s.lectivity for carbazole over carbon s.pported Pt catalys.s.was.s.ightly lower. Doping of the catalys. with potas.ium led to an increas. in the s.lectivity for carbazole by 15%. Bimetallic Pt-s. catalys.s.prepared by co-impregnation were les. s.lective than catalys.s.prepared by s.cces.ive impregnation. The s.lectivity for carbazole over bimetallic Pt-s. catalys.s.prepared by s.cces.ive impregnation was.75%,but their activity decreas.d with increas.d s. loading. Highly active and reas.nably s.lective catalys.s.were Ir-doped bimetallic Pt-bas.d catalys.s. The convers.on of diphenylamine over Pt-Ir catalys.s.was.above 98% and the s.lectivity for carbazole was.nearly 55%,while the lifetime was.much longer.

相关时间和序参量是表征自旋探针标记大分子运动与分布的两个重要参数。用合适的物理模型,通过线型分析同时确定这些参数在电子顺磁共振谱的解析中非常有意义。文章应用微观有序宏观无序(MO-MD)模型,在X-波段对具有轴对称磁参量自旋探针的EPR谱进行了模拟计算,测量了波形的实验参数,比较了与经验公式分析的误差。对于MOMD谱,作者提出了分辨标准来筛选实验参数进行线型分析,以此确定了同时解析相关时间及内部序参量的有效区间。

s.all interfering RNA （s.RNA） is.an attractive therapeutic candidate for s.quence- s.ecific gene s.lencing to treat incurable dis.as.s.us.ng s.all molecule drugs. However, its.efficient intracellular delivery has.remained a challenge. Here, we have developed a highly biocompatible fluores.ent carbon dot （CD）, and demons.rate a functional s.RNA delivery s.s.em that induces.efficient gene knockdown in vitro and in vivo. We found that CD nanoparticles.（NPs. enhance the cellular uptake of s.RNA, via endocytos.s.in tumor cells. with low cytotoxicity and unexpected immune res.ons.s. Real-time s.udy of fluores.ence imaging in live cells.s.ows.that CD NPs.favorably localize in cytoplas. and s.cces.fully releas. s.RNA within 12 h. Moreover, we demons.rate that CD NP-mediated s.RNA delivery s.gnificantly s.lences.green fluores.ence protein （GFP） expres.ion and inhibits.tumor growth in a breas. cancer cell xenograft mous. model of tumor-s.ecific therapy. We have developed a multifunctional s.RNA delivery vehicle enabling s.multaneous.bioimaging and efficient downregulation of gene expres.ion, that s.ows.excellent potential for gene therapy.
