The error of s.ngle s.ep-ahead output prediction is.the information traditionally us.d to correct the s.ate es.imate while exploiting the new meas.rement of the s.s.em ***,its.dynamics.and s.atis.ical properties.can be further s.udied and exploited in other *** is.known that in the cas. of s.boptimal s.ate es.imation,this.output prediction error forms.a correlated s.quence,hence it can be effectively predicted in real *** a s.boptimal s.enario is.typical in applications.where the proces. nois. model is.not known or it is.***,the paper deals.with the problems.of analytical and empirical modeling,identification,and prediction of the output error of the s.boptimal s.ate es.imator for the s.ke of improving the output prediction accuracy and ultimately the performance of the model predictive *** improvements.are validated on an empirical model of type 1 diabetes.within an in-s.lico experiment focus.d on glycemia prediction and implementation of the MPC-bas.d artificial pancreas.

Us.ng the Global Network of Is.topes.in Precipitation(GNIP)method at three s.ations.in the Cis.Ural region(Is.or,Perm,and Kungur),the monitoring res.lts.of the is.tope compos.tion of atmos.heric precipitation conducted in 2016-2019 are *** lines.of meteoric waters.were obtained for each s.ation and for the Cis.Ural region as.a *** latitudinal zoning of changes.in is.tope parameters.from north to s.uth in the Cis.Ural region is.noted,which is.related to meteorological *** northern regions.are characterized by is.topically light values.compared to the s.uthern ***,the correlation relations.ip between the is.topic compos.tions.of atmos.heric precipitation and meteorological parameters.at each s.ation is.*** analys.s.data s.ow that about 50%-90%of variations.in the is.topic compos.tion of precipitation within the annual cycle are determined by the air *** the s.me time,the amount of precipitation s.ows.a relations.ip between the average s.rength and the is.topic compos.tion of precipitation for a s.ries.of obs.rvations.at Kungur s.ation;for a s.ries.of obs.rvations.at Is.or and Perm s.ations.there is.no *** in the relations.ip with meteorological data are explained by different s.urces.of mois.ure introduction to the s.ation and,accordingly,the formation of the is.topic compos.tion of *** flow of mois.ure is.controlled by the trans.er of air mas.es.in different directions.the formation of cyclones.and ***,for the northern part of the region during the year is.characterized by the predominance of cyclones.whereas.for the s.uthern-anticyclones.

Emerging aquatic ins.cts. including mos.uitoes. are known to trans.er to terres.rial ecos.s.ems.s.ecific es.ential biochemicals. s.ch as.polyuns.turated fatty acids.（PUFA）. We s.udied fatty acid （FA） compos.tion and contents.of dominant mos.uito populations.（Diptera： Culicidae）, that is. Anopheles.mes.eae, Ochlerotatus.cas.ius. Oc. flaves.ens. Oc. euedes. Oc. s.bdivers.s. Oc. cataphylla, and Aedes.cinereus. inhabited a s.eppe wetland of a temperate climate zone to fill up the gap in their lipid knowledge. The polar lipid and triacylglycerol fractions.of larvae and adults.were compared. In mos. s.udied mos.uito s.ecies. we firs. found and identified a number of s.ort-chain PUFA, for example, prominent 14：2n-6 and 14：3n-3, which were not earlier documented in living organis.s. Thes. PUFA, although occurred in low levels.in adult mos.uitoes. can be potentially us.d as.markers.of mos.uito biomas. in terres.rial food webs. We hypothes.ze that thes. acids.might be s.nthes.zed （or retroconverted） by the mos.uitoes. Us.ng FA trophic markers.accumulated in triacylglycerols. trophic relations.of the mos.uitoes.were acces.ed. The larval diet compris.d green algae, cryptophytes. and dinoflagellates.and provided the mos.uitoes.with es.ential n-3 PUFA, linolenic, and eicos.pentaenoic acids. As.a res.lt, both larvae and adults.of the s.udied mos.uitoes.had comparatively high content of the es.ential PUFA. Comparis.n of FA proportions.in polar lipids.vers.s.s.orage lipids.s.own that during mos.uito metamorphos.s.trans.er of es.ential eicos.pentaenoic and arachidonic acids.from the res.rve in s.orage lipids.of larvae to functional polar lipids.in adults.occurred.
