Difference in microstructural characteristics of stamp-charged coke and gravity-charged coke with approximate macroscopic performance

The microstructural characteristics including optical texture,porosity and pore structure and chemical structure of stamp-charged coke(SCC)and gravity-charged coke(GCC)with similar conventional macro-indicators were investigated,and the properties including micro-strength,reactivity of coke matrix and that after alkali enrichment were comparatively studied by various characterization *** anisotropic structure of SCC is composed of high content of fine mosaic texture,while the content of medium mosaic texture,coarse texture and fibrous texture is *** statistical average shows that the fine mosaic average of SCC(24.89%)is 3.78 times the GCC average(6.58%),and the coarse mosaic average(1.24%)is only about 1/3 of the GCC average(3.43%).The porosity of SCC is lower than that of GCC,but tamping process does not lead to the fact that the number of closed pores of SCC is significantly lower than that of *** the structure of SCC is compact,its pore number is large and the pore wall is *** of coke with diameter less than 150 nm seem unaffected by tamping *** aromatic structure of SCC was less ordered than that of GCC,which was speculated to be related to the addition of more low metamorphic coal in *** microscopic strength and structural strength of SCC are lower than those of *** reactivity of coke matrix is affected by the specific surface area,but it is not the determining factor of its *** improvement in dissolution reactivity of coke after potassium enrichment is independent of coke type.

A functional hydrogenase mimic that catalyzes robust H_(2) evolution spontaneously in aqueous environment

Although great progress has been made in improving hydrogen production,highly efficient catalysts,which are able to produce hydrogen in a fast and steady way at ambient temperature and pressure,are still in large ***,we report a[NiCo]-based hydrogenase mimic,NiCo_(2)O_(4) nanozyme,that can catalyze robust hydrogen evolution spontaneously in water without external energy input at room *** hydrogenase nanozyme facilitates water splitting reaction by forming a three-center Ni-OH-Co bond analogous to the[NiFe]-hydrogenase reaction by using aluminum as electron donor,and realizes hydrogen evolution with a high production rate of 915 L·h^(-1) per gram of nanozymes,which is hundreds of times higher than most of the natural hydrogenase or hydrogenase ***,the NiCo_(2)O_(4) nanozyme can robustly disrupt the adhesive oxidized layer of aluminum and enable the full consumption of electrons from *** contrast to the often-expensive synthetic catalysts that rely on rare elements and consume high energy,we envision that this NiCo_(2)O_(4) nanozyme can potentially provide an upgrade for current hydrogen evolution,accelerate the development of scale-up hydrogen production,and generate a clean energy future.

Enhancement of mechanical properties of GTAW joints for ZC63 magnesium alloy by post-weld heat treatment

To further improve the microstructure and mechanical properties of gas tungsten arc welded(GTAW)welded joints for ZC63 magnesium alloy,post-weld heat treatment is carried *** is found that the majority of the MgZnCu phase in the fusion zone(FZ)is dissolved in theα-Mg matrix under suitable heat treatment *** remainder is diffusely distributed as rods or granules at the grain *** excessive heat treatment temperature(460℃)leads to abnormal grain growth(AGG)in the *** substructure gradient between the abnormally grown grains and the surrounding small grains pro-vides the driving force for ***,the dissolution of the MgZnCu phase weakens the hindering effect of the second phase on grain boundary migration,setting the stage for *** addition,the detri-mental impact of the continuous MgZnCu phase on the mechanical properties of the welded joint is also lessened by its *** ultimate tensile strength(UTS),yield strength(YS)and elongation(EL)of the welded joints are 255 MPa,119 MPa and 27.0%,respectively,under the post-weld heat treatment process of 440℃×12 *** welding coefficient of the welded joint reaches 97.0%,satisfying the service criteria set forth by the mechanical properties of the welded joints.

Investigation of multinucleon transfer processes in the Langevin equation model

Multinucleon transfer in low-energy heavy-ion collisions is increasingly considered a promising approach for generating exotic nuclei. Understanding the complex mechanisms involved in multinucleon transfer processes presents significant challenges for the theoretical investigation of nuclear reactions. A Langevin equation model was developed and employed to investigate multinucleon transfer processes. The 40Ar+232Th\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$\mathrm{{40}Ar} + \mathrm{{232}Th}$$\end{document} reaction was simulated, and the calculated Wilczy & nacute;ski plot was used to verify the model. Additionally, to study the dynamics of multinucleon transfer reactions, the 136Xe+238U\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$\mathrm{{136}Xe} + \mathrm{{238}U}$$\end{document} and 136Xe+209Bi\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$\mathrm{{136}Xe} + \mathrm{{209}Bi}$$\end{document} reactions were simulated, and the corresponding TKE-mass and angular distributions were computed to analyze the energy dissipation and scattering angles. Lanthanum-doped double halide perovskite has attracted increasing interest due to its distinctive upconversion and near-infrared（NIR） luminous ***,erbium ion(Er3+) doped Cs2（Na/Ag）BiCl6microcrystals（MCs） were synthesized and proved to be one of the most prospective candidates for optical *** enhancement of both white light from self-trapped exciton emission and NIR emission from Er3+ion of Cs2AgBiCl6microcrystals is caused by lattice distortion due to Na+ion *** intensity ratio and lifetime methods provide self-referenced and sensitive thermometry under 405 and/or 980 nm laser excitation at the temperatures from 80 to 480 ***,the maximum values of relative and absolute sensitivity of 3.62%/K and 27//K can be achieved in the low to high temperature range under 980 and 405 nm laser *** the experimental analysis,Er3+doped Cs2（Na/Ag）BiCl6double perovskite is considered to be an ideal self-calibrating thermometric material due to its good long-term stability and multi-mode function of excitation and detection.

The development of ultrafine particles provided a new way to solve problems in the fields of energy,environment,and medicine,and had become one of the most promising ***,the application of ultrafine particles required the development of cleaner,greener,and more efficient preparation *** new freeze-dissolving technology has been applied in manufacturing of KHCO_(3)ultrafine particles,with an aqueous solution of 0.02-0.1 g KHCO_(3)/g *** ice particles were formed after dripping the solution into liquid *** antisolvent ethanol was used to dissolve the ice spherical template at a temperature below 273.15 K,and the pre-formed KHCO_(3)ultrafine particles inside the ice template remained in the ethanol aqueous *** ice particles were put into the freeze dryer to isolate the ultrafine KHCO_(3)*** with the particles produced with traditional freeze-drying technology,the ultrafine powder/particles produced by the freeze-dissolving technology were smaller with narrower size *** freeze-dissolving technology has demonstrated a much more sustainable and efficient manufacturing process than the traditional freeze-drying *** addition,the influence of the concentrations of KHCO_(3)and the sizes of ice particles were investigated with the discussions of mechanisms.

We report on the experimental realization of,to the best of our knowledge,the first green and orange passively mode-locked all-fiber *** mode-locking in the burst-pulse status is achieved at the wavelengths of 543.3 nm and 602.5 *** figure-9 cavity comprises the fiber end-facet mirror,gain fiber(Ho^(3+):ZBLAN fiber or Pr^(3+)/Yb^(3+):ZBLAN fiber),and fiber loop mirror(FLM).The FLM with long 460 HP fiber is not only used as an output mirror,but also acts as a nonlinear optical loop mirror for initiating visible-wavelength *** green/orange mode-locked fiber lasers with the fundamental repetition rates of 3.779/5.662 MHz produce long bursts containing ultrashort pulses with the 0.85/0.76 GHz intra-burst repetition rates,*** ultrashort intra-burst pulses stem from the dissipative four-wave-mixing effect in the highly nonlinear FLM as well as the intracavity Fabry–Perot *** bursts of 22.2/11.6 ns with ultrashort pulses of 87/62 ps are obtained in our *** visible-wavelength passively mode-locked lasers in an all-fiber configuration and burst-mode would represent an important step towards miniaturized ultrafast fiber lasers and may contribute to the applications in ablation-cooling micromachining,biomedicine imaging,and scientific research.

RRT Autonomous Detection Algorithm Based on Multiple Pilot Point Bias Strategy and Karto SLAM Algorithm

A Rapid-exploration Random Tree(RRT)autonomous detection algorithm based on the multi-guide-node deflection strategy and Karto Simultaneous Localization and Mapping(SLAM)algorithm was proposed to solve the problems of low efficiency of detecting frontier boundary points and drift distortion in the process of map building in the traditional RRT algorithm in the autonomous detection strategy of mobile ***,an RRT global frontier boundary point detection algorithm based on the multi-guide-node deflection strategy was put forward,which introduces the reference value of guide nodes’deflection probability into the random sampling function so that the global search tree can detect frontier boundary points towards the guide nodes according to random *** that,a new autonomous detection algorithm for mobile robots was proposed by combining the graph optimization-based Karto SLAM algorithm with the previously improved RRT *** algorithm simulation platform based on the Gazebo platform was *** simulation results show that compared with the traditional RRT algorithm,the proposed RRT autonomous detection algorithm can effectively reduce the time of autonomous detection,plan the length of detection trajectory under the condition of high average detection coverage,and complete the task of autonomous detection mapping more ***,with the help of the ROS-based mobile robot experimental platform,the performance of the proposed algorithm was verified in the real environment of different *** experimental results show that in the actual environment of simple and complex obstacles,the proposed RRT autonomous detection algorithm was superior to the traditional RRT autonomous detection algorithm in the time of detection,length of detection trajectory,and average coverage,thus improving the efficiency and accuracy of autonomous detection.

Investigation of wake-induced vibration interference between two staggered wave-cone cylinders at subcritical Reynolds number

The wake induced vibration(WIV)of a one-and two-degree-of-freedom(1DOF,2DOF)downstream wave-cone cylinder(WCC)behind a stationary equal-size upstream wave-cone cylinder in the staggered arrangement is numerically investigated at subcritical Reynolds number of 3900 by using shear stressed transfer(SST)k-ωturbulence *** streamwise pitch ratios(P/Dm)vary from 4 to 6 with a fixed incident angleα=8°.Experimental measurements were also performed for the validation of the present numerical *** is found that the largest vibration amplitude in crossflow direction occurred at P/Dm=4,Ur=8 with small difference of streamwise vibration at P/Dm=4,*** from single wavy-cone cylinder(SWCC),the downstream flexible one of a pair staggered WCCs got larger vibration amplitude during phase switching stage instead of in-phase *** upstream wake will suppress the triple frequency of main frequency in the power spectra density(PSD)functions of Cl but stimulate the double one of *** intriguing vibration mechanism happened in all 2DOF cases where the trajectory of downstream WCC is a significant ellipse rather than a figure of *** transformation of phase switching and the variation of the main frequency of drag coefficient(Cd)can be explained by the vortex-shedding modes of downstream WCC.
