针对列车运行环境复杂,容易产生BDS信号失锁,影响BDS/IMU列车定位系统的精确性问题,提出了基于自适应因子图的BDS/IMU/OD列车组合定位模型。在BDS/IMU列车定位系统的基础上,引入里程计(Odometer,OD)定位技术,利用北斗卫星导航系统(Beidou Navigation Satellite System,BDS)与惯性测量元件(Inertial Measurement Unit,IMU)、OD 3类传感器获取列车量测信息,根据因子图理论,将多源量测信息描述为状态空间方程,抽象BDS、IMU、OD因子节点和先验因子,确定因子节点与变量节点之间的无向连接关系,建立多变量列车组合定位因子图模型,解算列车的位置信息。当BDS信号产生变化时,借助因子图的即插即用特性,提出了自适应因子算法,动态调整列车组合定位因子图模型结构。在BDS信息部分失锁时,利用BDS的部分信息,建立BDS/IMU/OD列车组合定位因子图模型,在BDS信息完全失锁时,转换为IMU/OD列车组合定位因子图模型,抑制BDS完全失锁造成的发散误差。利用卡尔曼算法、因子图算法、自适应因子图算法进行了列车定位的仿真分析,在BDS信息部分失锁时,自适应因子图模型的定位位置均方根误差比卡尔曼算法分别降低了52.3%、48.2%和42.7%,比因子图算法分别降低了34.8%、27.0%和25.2%。在BDS信息完全失锁时,自适应因子图模型的定位位置误差比卡尔曼算法分别降低了46.7%、46.7%和50%。自适应因子图算法提高了BDS信息失锁的情况下的列车定位精度,实现了不同传感器之间的即插即用,为构建高精确性、强鲁棒性、高可扩展性的列车组合定位系统提供模型支持。

实时精确的交通标志检测是自动驾驶和智能交通的关键技术。针对现有智能检测算法检测复杂真实道路场景下的交通标志速度慢、无法较好地适用于嵌入式终端设备的问题,提出了一种基于轻量化SSD的交通标识检测算法。该算法采用MobileNetV3_large网络替代VGG16网络,可减少模型参数,提高检测实时性;利用添加SE模块的逆残差结构B-neck替换对应的标准卷积增强低层特征层的语义信息;设计改进RFB网络提升小交通标志的检测能力,重新设置预设先验框的尺寸,提升模型对特定数据集的检测能力。实验结果表明,改进SSD算法在中国交通标志检测数据集上的mAP值可达89.04%,比MobileNet-SSD算法提高了5.26%;帧率可达60 frames/s,比SSD算法提高了23 frames/s。所提算法具有较高的实时性和检测精度,对复杂交通环境具有更好的鲁棒性。

Ballistic missile is of great strategic and tactical deterrent. However, it will bring great difficulty and challenge to anti-missile in the middle of ballistic flight because of the isolated multiple warheads and baits. Multiple Kill Vehicles interceptors are still in the start of the study and there has not been a mature methods published. From the point of middle intercepting ballistic missiles, this paper constructs a model of multi-interception fire allocation and uses a kind of adaptive genetic algorithm to solve the *** the simulation results we can see that it has accelerated the algorithm convergence speed and improved the algorithm of exploration ability through the group automatic adjustment crossover probability and the mutation rate. It has solved the interceptors task assignment problem effectively, has a certain reference value to ballistic missile defense.

In recent years, high-frequency resonance (HFR) events occurred in several modular multilevel converter based high-voltage direct current (MMC-HVDC) projects. The time delay of an MMC-HVDC system is the critical factor that induces HFR. The frequency coupling affects the impedance characteristics of an MMC and further deteriorates system stability. Therefore, in this paper, a multi-input multi-output admittance model of an MMC-HVDC system is developed to analyze its frequency characteristics. The effects of current loop, power loop, phase-locked loop, and operating point on the MMC frequency coupling degree are analyzed in detail. Meanwhile, to further suppress HFR in the MMC-HVDC system, an enhanced impedance reshaping control strategy based on the equivalent single-input single-output impedance model is proposed. Finally, the accuracy of the enhanced impedance model and the effectiveness of the impedance reshaping control are verified by electromagnetic transient simulations in PSCAD.

Background:A sudden outbreak of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)started in December 2019 in Wuhan,***-to-date,there have been limited studies examining the anxiety status of Chinese individuals in the early phase of the pandemic period(January 30,2020–February 15,2020).This survey aimed to compare the level of anxiety of the medical staff with that of the public and to provide a theoretical basis for developing an effective psychological ***:Questionnaires were sent on the Internet(http://***)during this *** anxiety levels of Chinese people were investigated using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and the demographic data were collected ***:A total of 1110 participants were enrolled in this study,with an effective response rate of 100%.A total of 482 respondents were medical staff(43.4%),while 628 were members of the general public(56.6%).The medical staff itself had a higher SAS score than the general public(48.36±13.40 vs.45.74±11.79,P<0.01),while the medical staff in Wuhan were more anxious than the public in Wuhan with a higher SAS score(54.17±14.08 vs.48.53±11.92,P<0.01).Conclusion:The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the anxiety levels of the medical staff and the public,with the medical personnel showing a higher anxiety level than the public,especially female medical staff in ***,urgent intervention programs to reduce anxiety should be implemented.

为动态评估指挥控制网络面向复杂任务和对抗环境下的内在机理和外在行为,采用复杂网络理论分析了指控网络的动态特性,综合考虑了指控网络实体及网络结构关系的异质性,建立了基于多属性加权的指控网络模型;制定了指控网络节点和边的加入或删除规则、局域世界规则和边权演化规则,提出了基于局域世界的加权指控网络演化模型。仿真实验表明,模型具有贴近战场实况、遵循幂率分布、作战效率高等特点,可为指挥控制系统的网络化建设提供理论依据。
