The transformation of urban and building design into green development is conducive to alleviating resource and environmental problems.Building design largely determines pollutant emissions and energy consumption throughout the building life cycle.Full consideration of the impact of urban geometries on the microclimate will help construct livable and healthy cities.Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulations significantly improve the efficiency of assessing the microclimate and the performance of design schemes.The integration of CFD into design platforms by plug-ins marks a landmark development for the interaction of computer-aided design(CAD)and CFD,allowing architects to perform CFD simulations in their familiar design environments.This review provides a systematic overview of the classification and comprehensive comparison of CFD plug-ins in Autodesk Revit,Rhinoceros/Grasshopper,and SketchUp.The applications of CFD plug-ins in urban and building design are reviewed according to three types:single-objective,multi-objective,and coupling simulations.Two primary roles of CFD plug-ins integrated into the design process,including providing various micro-scale numerical simulations and optimizing the original design via feedback results,are analyzed.The issues of mesh generation,boundary conditions,turbulence models,and simulation accuracy during CFD plug-in applications are discussed.Finally,the limitations and future possibilities of CFD plug-ins are proposed.

[目的]列车自动运行系统可以通过控制列车各执行机构实现列车的自主行驶,对节约轨道交通系统的运行成本、提高列车运行安全保障极为重要。针对单一控制方法在列车自动运行速度跟随控制过程中停车准确性较低,未能兼顾能耗优化等问题,提出了一种列车自动运行速度跟随控制策略。[方法]所提方法在传统PID(比例-积分-微分)控制的基础上,通过模糊控制器对PID参数进行在线整定调节,并针对列车精准停车及运行节能分别进行算法设计。当列车运行至停车点附近时,停止使用基于预设目标速度的速度反馈控制方式,转而计算精准停车所需加速度,并进行加速度反馈控制以提高停车精准性。同时在列车巡航过程中设计了一种牵引-惰行循环的节能巡航工况,在检测列车符合相应巡航条件后,采用该工况实现整体运行能耗的优化。[结果及结论]在MATLAB/Simulink仿真软件中建立了列车及控制器的仿真模型,通过与PID控制及模糊自适应PID控制在精准停车、节能等性能指标的对比,验证了所提方法和模型的有效性。

目的:比较重性抑郁障碍患者和精神分裂症患者在眼区基本情绪识别任务(eye basic emotion discrimination task,EBEDT)下的前额叶激活模式。方法:通过近红外光谱脑功能成像(functional near infrared spectroscopy,fNIRS)技术,采用组块设计,比较40例重性抑郁障碍患者、47例精神分裂症患者和55例正常对照者在EBEDT下前额叶氧合血红蛋白(oxyhemoglobin,Oxy-Hb)浓度变化。然后,以受教育年限为协变量,对3组的EBEDT行为学结果和前额叶Oxy-Hb浓度的变化进行协方差分析,统计软件为SPSS 25.0。结果:(1)精神分裂症组EBEDT正确数目[(13.93±7.67)个]显著低于重性抑郁障碍组[(19.26±8.07)个]和正常对照组[(21.79±6.36)个](均 P<0.05);精神分裂症组EBEDT反应时[(3.97±1.77)s]显著长于重度抑郁障碍组[(3.21±1.27)s]和正常对照组[(2.63±0.62)s](均 P<0.05)。(2)在EBEDT任务期,正常对照组在额极区、Broca区和前运动区与辅助运动皮质区(SMA区)激活水平较对照期上升( t=2.02~3.18,均 P<0.05),精神分裂症组在额叶眼动区激活水平较对照期上升( t=2.26,均 P=0.03),而重性抑郁障碍组存在广泛前额叶激活水平较对照期下降( t=-3.47~-2.34,均 P<0.05)。(3)重性抑郁障碍组、精神分裂症组和正常对照组之间EBEDT任务期的激活水平比较,在额极区(ch37)、背外侧前额叶区(ch31)、Broca区(ch49、ch51、ch53),以及SMA区(ch1、ch47、ch52),3组之间的激活水平差异有统计学意义( F=3.23~5.53,均 P<0.05)。进一步两两比较发现,重性抑郁障碍组在以上所有通道的激活水平低于正常对照组,精神分裂症组在Broca区(ch53)和SMA区(ch52)的激活水平低于正常对照组,而重性抑郁障碍组在额极区(ch37)和Broca区(ch49)的激活水平低于精神分裂症组(均 P<0.05)。结论:在EBEDT下,重性抑郁障碍患者和精神分裂症患者的前额叶激活模式不同。重性抑郁障碍患者存在广泛前额叶激活下降,精神分裂症患者在额叶眼动区激活上升,两者激活水平均低于正常。同时,重性抑郁障碍患者的前额叶激活水平低于精神分裂症患者。

There are many types of radar active deception false target jamming that are highly correlated with the real target.Recognizing the real and false targets under a low Signal-to-Noise Ratio(SNR)is difficult.To solve the above problem,this article proposes a real/false target recognition method based on the features of multi-pulse joint frequency response by analyzing the differences in the scattering characteristics and modeling real target echoes as a synthesis of multi-scattering center echoes.Firstly,in the range-doppler domain,the real and false targets are truncated along the range dimension,and a fast Fourier transform is performed to extract the features of multi-pulse joint frequency response.Then,a two-channel feature fusion network is designed for real and false target recognition.Finally,a Multi-Coherent Processing Interval Joint Decision Method(M-CPIJDM)based on temporal information is proposed to improve the recognition performance.Experiments using the measured data show that the proposed method can well recognize real and false target signals under four jamming backgrounds:distance false target,velocity false target,distance-velocity composite false target,and forwarding dense false target.

Hydrogel electrolytes hold great potential in flexible zinc ion supercapacitors(ZICs)due to their high conductivity,good safety,and flexibility.However,freezing of electrolytes at low temperature(subzero)leads to drastic reduction in ionic conductivity and mechanical properties that deteriorates the performance of flexible ZICs.Besides,the mechanical fracture during arbitrary deformations significantly prunes out the lifespan of the flexible device.Herein,a Zn^(2+)and Li^(+)co-doped,polypyrrole-dopamine decorated Sb_(2)S_(3)incorporated,and polyvinyl alcohol/poly(N-(2-hydroxyethyl)acrylamide)double-network hydrogel electrolyte is constructed with favorable mechanical reliability,anti-freezing,and self-healing ability.In addition,it delivers ultra-high ionic conductivity of 8.6 and 3.7 S m^(-1)at 20 and−30°C,respectively,and displays excellent mechanical properties to withstand tensile stress of 1.85 MPa with tensile elongation of 760%,together with fracture energy of 5.14 MJ m^(-3).Notably,the fractured hydrogel electrolyte can recover itself after only 90 s of infrared illumination,while regaining 83%of its tensile strain and almost 100%of its ionic conductivity during−30–60°C.Moreover,ZICs coupled with this hydrogel electrolyte not only show a wide voltage window(up to 2 V),but also provide high energy density of 230 Wh kg^(-1)at power density of 500 W kg^(-1)with a capacity retention of 86.7%after 20,000 cycles under 20°C.Furthermore,the ZICs are able to retain excellent capacity even under various mechanical deformation at−30°C.This contribution will open up new insights into design of advanced wearable flexible electronics with environmental adaptability and long-life span.

Electrochemical NO-to-NH_(3) under ambient conditions could be a viable alternative having advantages in terms of energy consumption and exhaust gas recycling of NO,replacing a traditional ammonia synthesis method of the Haber–Bosch process.In synthesizing boron(B-)and nitrogen(N-)co-doped carbon nanotube(CNT)based gold(Au)catalysts,B-dopants elevate the conductivity of carbon nanotube by sp2 hybridization on graphene and implant B–N domains within the graphene layer,and result in facilitating the embedding amount of Au accompanied by high dispersibility with low particle size.Theoretical density functional theory(DFT)calculations elucidate that the electron cloud transmitted from B-dopant to the active site of Au induces the Lewis acidic site,and the O-distal pathway occurs following a spontaneous reaction.Increment of the electron-deficient B-doping area accompanied by N-defects and B–O edges retains the major valence state of Au as Au^(δ+),and suppresses hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)by repulsing the hindrance of H*.This record exhibits the highest faradaic efficiency(FE)of 94.7%,and NH_(3) yield rate of 1877.4μg·h^(-1)·mg_(cat)^(-1),which is the optimal yield over energy consumption in the field of the ambient reduction of aqueous NO.

CMIP 6 models simulation of the connection between North/South Pacific Meridional Mode and ENSO

The subtropical North and South Pacific Meridional Modes(NPMM and SPMM)are well known precursors of El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO).However,relationship between them is not constant.In the early 1980,the relationship experienced an interdecadal transition.Changes in this connection can be attributed mainly to the phase change of the Pacific decadal oscillation(PDO).During the positive phase of PDO,a shallower thermocline in the central Pacific is responsible for the stronger trade wind charging(TWC)mechanism,which leads to a stronger equatorial subsurface temperature evolution.This dynamic process strengthens the connection between NPMM and ENSO.Associated with the negative phase of PDO,a shallower thermocline over southeastern Pacific allows an enhanced wind-evaporation-SST(WES)feedback,strengthening the connection between SPMM and ENSO.Using 35 Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6(CMIP6)models,we examined the NPMM/SPMM performance and its connection with ENSO in the historical runs.The great majority of CMIP6 models can reproduce the pattern of NPMM and SPMM well,but they reveal discrepant ENSO and NPMM/SPMM relationship.The intermodal uncertainty for the connection of NPMM-ENSO is due to different TWC mechanism.A stronger TWC mechanism will enhance NPMM forcing.For SPMM,few models can simulate a good relationship with ENSO.The intermodel spread in the relationship of SPMM and ENSO owing to SST bias in the southeastern Pacific,as WES feedback is stronger when the southeastern Pacific is warmer.

The Pacific subtropical cells(STCs)are shallow meridional overturning circulations connecting the tropics and subtropics,and are assumed to be an important driver of the tropical Pacific decadal variability.The variability of STCs under global warming is investigated using multimodal outputs from the latest phase of the Coupled Model Inter-comparison Project(CMIP6)and ocean reanalysis products.Firstly,the volume transport diagnostic analysis is employed to evaluate how coupled models and ocean reanalysis products reproduce interior STC transport.The variation of heat transport by the interior STC under the high-emissions warming scenarios is also analyzed.The results show that the multimodal-mean linear trends of the interior STC transport along 9°S and 9°N are-0.02 Sv/a and 0.04 Sv/a under global warming,respectively,which is mainly due to the combined effect of the strengthened upper oceanic stratification and the weakening of wind field.There is a compensation relationship between the interior STC and the western boundary transport in the future climate,and the compensation relationship of 9°S is more significant than that of 9°N.In addition,compared with ocean reanalysis products,the coupled models tend to underestimate the variability of the interior STC transport convergence,and thus may lose some sea surface temperature(SST)driving force,which may be the reason for the low STC-SST correlation simulated by the model.The future scenario simulation shows that the heat transport of interior STC is weakened under global warming,with a general agreement across models.

Intraneuronal dysproteostasis and extraneuronal microenvironmental abnormalities in Alzheimer’s disease(AD)collectively culminate in neuronal deterioration.In the context of AD,autophagy dysfunction,a multi-link obstacle involving autophagy downregulation and lysosome defects in neurons/microglia is highly implicated in intra/extraneuronal pathological processes.Therefore,multidimensional autophagy regulation strategies co-manipulating“autophagy induction”and“lysosome degradation”in dual targets(neuron and microglia)are more reliable for AD treatment.Accordingly,we designed an RP-1 peptide-modified reactive oxygen species(ROS)-responsive micelles(RT-NM)loading rapamycin or gypenoside XVII.Guided by RP-1 peptide,the ligand of receptor for advanced glycation end products(RAGE),RT-NM efficiently targeted neurons and microglia in AD-affected region.This nanocombination therapy activated the whole autophagy-lysosome pathway by autophagy induction(rapamycin)and lysosome improvement(gypenoside XVII),thus enhancing autophagic degradation of neurotoxic aggregates and inflammasomes,and promoting Aβ phagocytosis.Resultantly,it decreased aberrant protein burden,alleviated neuroinflammation,and eventually ameliorated memory defects in 3×Tg-AD transgenic mice.Our research developed a multidimensional autophagy nano-regulator to boost the efficacy of autophagy-centered AD therapy.
