Cuticular hydrocarbons form a barrier that protects terrestrial insects from water loss via the *** loads and transports lipids,including hydrocarbons,from one tissue to *** some insects,the lipophorin receptor(LpR),which binds to lipophorin and accepts its lipid cargo,is essential for female fecundity because it mediates the incorporation of lipophorin by developing ***,it is unclear whether LpR is involved in the accumulation of cuticular hydrocarbons and its precise role in aphid reproduction remains *** herein present the results of our molecular characterization,phylogenetic analysis,and functional annotation of the pea aphid(Acyrthosiphon pisum)LpR gene(ApLpR).This gene was transcribed throughout the *** life cycle,but especially during the embryonic stage and in the abdominal ***,we optimized the RHA interference(RNAi)parameters by determining the ideal dose and duration for gene silencing in the pea *** observed that the RNAi-based ApLpR suppression significantly decreased the internal and cuticular hydrocarbon contents as well as adult ***,a deficiency in cuticular hydrocarbons increased the susceptibility of aphids to desiccation stress,with decreased survival rates under simulated drought ***,ApLpR expression levels significantly increased in response to the desiccation *** results confirm that ApLpR is involved in transporting hydrocarbons and protecting aphids from desiccation ***,this gene is vital for aphid ***,the ApLpR gene of *** may be a novel RNAi target relevant for insect pest management.

Evolution of γ' precipitates in GH4742 superalloy based on complete forging-heat treatment process

The temperature changes at the rim,1/2 radius,and bore of the turbine disk during the solution treatment were *** on the measured temperature data,solution treatment experiments with different cooling rates(14,51,and 93℃/min)were performed,and the solution temperatures were 1120 and 1080℃.At all three cooling rates,the multimodal size distribution of γ' precipitates was detected,and the size of γ' precipitates is inversely related to the cooling *** the secondary and tertiary γ' precipitates were found at a solution temperature of 1120℃,and the secondary γ' precipitates progressed from spherical(93 and 51℃/min)to flower-like(14℃/min)shape,with the flower-like γ' precipitates regulated by *** a solution temperature of 1080℃,the γ' precipitates evolve from cuboids(93 and 51℃/min)to irregular shapes(14℃/min).Irregular γ' precipitates are affected by the lattice mismatch between the matrix and the γ' precipitates.

目的研究动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(ASAH)后脑血管痉挛(CVS)发生的影响因素。方法66例动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者,根据是否发生CVS分为CVS组与无CVS组,每组33例。收集所有患者的社会人口学数据、入院前的症状和身体状况、量表评分、颅脑CT表现、临床处理情况、动脉瘤特征及相关实验室检查等资料,通过多因素Logistic回归分析动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后出现CVS的影响因素。结果共有66例患者符合入组标准,并且均完成了这项研究,大多数患者年龄分布在40~60岁之间,两组患者中均为女性患者较多。两组患者在年龄、性别、吸烟史、咖啡因使用史、动脉瘤情况(大小、定位、高度、直径)、格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分、Hunt-Hess分级量表(HHS)分级、Fischer分级量表(FS)分级、白蛋白最低值、C反应蛋白(CRP)最大记录、是否腰椎穿刺和(或)脑室腹腔分流术、是否血管内手术后机械通气方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者在视乳头水肿视力减退、脑室内出血、脑积水、动脉瘤宽度、改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分、尿素最大记录、白细胞计数(WBC)最大记录、国际标准化比值(INR)最大记录、血小板计数(PLT)最低值方面比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者产生颅内炎症状态的强度可能与CVS的发生及其不良后果直接相关。

为分离鉴定鸡滑液囊支原体(MS),并评估其致病性和免疫保护效果,本实验无菌采集南阳市多家鸡场35份疑似MS发病鸡的关节腔粘液和关节组织,通过病原分离培养后观察菌落、PCR鉴定并测序。结果显示,在改良Friis固体培养基上可见圆形、边缘整齐、隆起的“煎蛋样”菌落形态;PCR可以扩增到16S r RNA基因目的条带,扩增产物测序后与NCBI中登录的ATCC 25204标准菌株16S r RNA基因序列比对,结果显示二者的同源性达99%以上,本实验共分离到5株MS。选择ZP-1株进行生物学特性研究,通过颜色变化单位(CCU)试验测定其生长滴度、采用试剂盒测定其代谢产生的H_(2)O_(2)水平。结果显示,在培养24 h~36 h后,ZP-1株的生长滴度最高可达10^(12)CCU/mL,具有生长速度快、滴度高的特点。在甘油存在的情况下,ZP-1株产生H_(2)O_(2)的相对水平极显著高于弱毒疫苗株(P<0.001)。将ZP-1株分别通过足垫和静脉注射感染SPF鸡,评估其致病性;利用该菌株制备灭活疫苗经皮下接种鸡后攻毒,分析ZP-1株的免疫保护效果。结果显示,该分离株可复制出MS典型症状及病变;利用该菌株制备的灭活疫苗对鸡的攻毒保护率可达80%,高于商品化疫苗,其降低MS关节组织定植水平和MS抗体水平与商品化疫苗一致。本研究获得了具有较高生长滴度(10^(12)CCU/mL)的MS分离株ZP-1,发现利用该MS分离株制备的灭活疫苗具有较好的免疫保护效果,为MS疫苗的研发奠定了基础。

LOXL3 Inhibits Autophagy of Chondrocytes by Activating Rheb in Osteoarthritis

Objective This study aimed to investigate the potential mechanisms by which lysyl oxidase like 3(LOXL3)affects the autophagy in chondrocytes in osteoarthritis(OA),specifically through the activation of mammalian target of rapamycin complex 1(mTORC1).Methods To establish an OA model,rats underwent anterior cruciate ligament transection(ACLT).Chondrocytes were isolated from cartilage tissues and *** blotting was performed to assess the expression of LOXL3,Rheb,phosphorylation of p70S6K(p-p70S6K,a downstream marker of mTORC1),and autophagy *** autophagy of chondrocytes was observed using an immunofluorescence *** The expression levels of both LOXL3 and Rheb proteins were upregulated in chondrocytes isolated from the OA model cartilage,in comparison to those from the normal *** silencing of LOXL3 resulted in a decrease in the protein levels of Rheb and p-p70S6K,as well as an increase in the expression of autophagy-related ***,the effect of LOXL3 could be reversed through the silencing of *** results of the immunofluorescence assay confirmed the impact of LOXL3 and Rheb on chondrocyte *** LOXL3 inhibits chondrocyte autophagy by activating the Rheb and mTORC1 signaling pathways.

目的探讨眼袋采用眼角注射A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术治疗的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2024年2月淮阳手外科医院和上海愉悦薇莱医疗美容医院收治的眼袋患者共计87例,按照治疗方法的不同分成研究组(n=44)与对照组(n=43),对照组给予眼袋整形术治疗,研究组给予眼角注射A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术治疗,对两组临床疗效、眼周修复效果、美学评分、患者满意度及并发症进行比较。结果研究组(97.73%)治疗总有效率较对照组(81.40%)更高(P<0.05);两组术后眼周修复效果评分升高(P<0.05),研究组较对照组更高(P<0.05);两组术后美学评分升高(P<0.05),研究组较对照组更高(P<0.05);研究组(95.45%)患者满意度较对照组(76.74%)更高(P<0.05);研究组(6.82%)并发症发生率较对照组(23.26%)更低(P<0.05)。结论眼角注射A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术应用于眼袋患者治疗中,提升整形修复效果,改善眼部皮肤松弛,提高患者满意度,降低并发症发生风险。

SPATIOTEMPORAL DISTRIBUTION CHARACTERISTICS AND VARIATION TRENDS OF HIERARCHICAL PRECIPITATION IN GUANGDONG PROVINCE OVER THE PAST 50 YEARS

The climatic characteristics of the precipitation in Guangdong province over the past 50 years were analyzed based on the daily rainfall datasets of 86 stations from 1961 to 2010. The rainfall was divided into five categories according to its intensity, and their spatiotemporal characteristics and variation trends were investigated. The annual rainfall amount was within 1,500 to 2,000 mm over most parts of Guangdong, but substantial differences of rainfall amount and rainy days were found among different parts of the province. There were many rainy days in the dry seasons （October to March）, but the daily rainfall amounts are small. The rainy seasons （April to September） have not only many rainy days but also heavy daily rainfall amounts. The spatial distributions of light rainy days （1 mm〈P〈 10 mm） and moderate rainy days （10 mm〈P〈 25 mm） resemble each other. The heavy rainy days （25 mm〈P〈 50 mm）, rainstorm days （50 ram〈P〈 100 mm） and downpour days （P〉 100 mm） are generally concentrated in three regions, Qingyuan, Yangjiang, and Haifeng/Lufeng. The average rainfall amount for rainy days increases form the north to the south of Guangdong, while decreasing as the rainfall intensity increases. The contributions from light, moderate and heavy rain to the total rainfall decreases form the north to the south. The annual rainy days show a decreasing trend in the past 50 years. The light rainy days decreased significantly while the heavy, rainstorm and downpour rainy days increased slightly. The annual total rainfall amount increased over the past 50 years, which was contributed by heavy, rainstorm and downpour rains, while the contribution from light and moderate rains decreased. Impact of uncontrolled blood pressure on diagnostic accuracy of coronary flow reserve for detecting significant coronary stenosis in hypertensive patients

Background Impaired coronary flow reserve （CFR） in patients with hypertension may be caused by epicardial coronary stenosis or microvascular dysfunction. Antihypertensive treatment has been shown to improve coronary microvascular dysfunction. The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of uncontrolled blood pressure （BP） on diagnostic accuracy of CFR for detecting significant coronary stenosis. Methods A total of 98 hypertensive patients scheduled for coronary angiography （CAG） due to chest pain were studied. Of them, 45 patients had uncontrolled BP （defined as the office BP 〉140/90 mmHg （1 mmHg=0.133 kPa） in general hypertensive patients, or ≥130/80 mmHg in hypertensive individuals with diabetes mellitus）, and the remaining 53 patients had well-controlled BP. CFR was measured in the left anterior descending coronary artery （LAD） during adenosine triphosphate-induced hyperemia by non-invasive transthoracic Doppler echocardiography （TTDE） within 48 hours prior to CAG. Significant LAD stenosis was defined as 〉70% luminal narrowing. Diagnostic accuracy of CFR for detecting significant coronary stenosis was analyzed with a receiver operating characteristic analysis. Results CFR was significantly lower in patients with uncontrolled BP than in those with well-controlled BP （2.1±0.6 vs. 2.6±0.9, P〈0.01）. Multivariate linear regression analysis of the study showed that the value of CFR was independently associated with the angiographically determined degree of LAD stenosis （β= -0.445, P 〈0.0001） and the presence of uncontrolled BP （β= -0.272, P=0.014）. With a receiver operating characteristic analysis, CFR 〈2.2 was the optimal cut-off value for detecting LAD stenosis in all hypertensive patients （AUC 0.83, 95% CI 0.75-0.91） with a sensitivity of 75%, a specificity of 78%, and an accuracy of 77%. A significant reduction of diagnostic specificity was observed in patients with uncontrolled BP compared with those with well-controlled BP （67% vs. 93%, P=0.031）. Conclusions

The silicone rubber composites present remarkable mechanical properties due to the double network structure constructed with molecular network of matrix and filler network of ***,the filler network structure and corresponding reinforcement mechanism are still under debate and need to be further probed with the aid of applicative advanced analysis ***,small-angle neutron scattering(SANS)and synchrotron radiation X-ray nano-computed tomography(Nano-CT)techniques are employed to explore the evolution of filler networks of fumed,precipitated and sol-gel silica,*** studying results reveal the formation of filler network constructed by the interconnecting of branched silica *** the silica with highly associated structure,pertaining to amorphous morphology,small size,and large surface area,presents short distance and effective molecular chain bridge between aggregates,thus forming strong and steady filler *** work would provide deep-seated revisiting of filler networks and corresponding reinforcement mechanism and offer guidance for optimizing the mechanical properties of silicone rubber.
