In the era of time-domain,multi-messenger astronomy,the detection of transient events on the high-energy electromagnetic sky has become more important than *** gravitational wave high-energy electromagnetic counterpart all-sky monitor(GECAM)is a dedicated mission to monitor gamma-ray transients,launched in December,2020.A real-time on-board trigger and location software,using the traditional signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)method for blind search,is constrained to relatively bright signals due to the limitations in on-board computing resources and the need for real-time *** this work,we developed a ground-based pipeline for GECAM to search for various transients,especially for weak bursts missed by on-board *** pipeline includes both automatic and manual mode,offering options for blind search and targeted *** targeted search is specifically designed to search for interesting weak bursts,such as gravitational wave-associated gamma-ray bursts(GRBs).From the ground search of the data in the first year,GECAM has been triggered by 54 GRBs and other transients,including soft gamma-ray repeaters,X-ray binaries,solar flares,terrestrial gamma-ray *** report the properties of each type of triggers,such as trigger time and light *** this search pipeline and assuming a soft Band spectrum,the GRB detection sensitivity of GECAM is increased to about 1.1×10^(-8)erg cm^(-2)s^(-1)(10-1000 ke V,burst duration of 20 s).These results demonstrate that the GECAM ground search system(both blind search and targeted search)is a versatile pipeline to recover true astrophysical signals which were too weak to be found in the on-board search.

全面查阅和梳理了2000年以来国内外的相关文献,在计划行为理论的基础上,运用文献总结归纳法,从农户绿色生产行为的理论视角、驱动因素2个方面进行了深入分析,综述了驱动农户绿色生产行为的核心因素及其相互作用的关系。农户的绿色生产行为主要受行为态度、主观规范和感知行为控制3个变量的影响,主要有预期收益、认知评价、个体禀赋、政府规制、社会舆论、风险因素和家庭禀赋等7个驱动因素。此外,整合了“驱动因素—农户绿色生产行为意愿—农户绿色生产行为”于一体的理论框架,希望以此更深入地了解农户绿色生产行为的内在逻辑和驱动机制,为政策制定和实践提供理论支持和指导,并为未来农业绿色发展的相关研究方向提供有益参考。

目的探讨腹腔镜规则性左半肝切除治疗左肝胆管结石的临床疗效以及安全性。方法回顾性分析2006年1月-2012年12月仙桃市第一人民医院收治的左肝胆管结石的患者72例,其中行腹腔镜规则性左半肝切除术治疗患者36例为观察组,行开腹左半肝切除术治疗患者36例为对照组,比较两组手术中出血量、手术进行时间、术后排气时间、术后引流管拔管时间、术后住院时间及术后不良反应。结果两组手术均顺利完成。两组手术进行时间、术中出血量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后排气时间、腹腔引流量、术后引流管拔管时间以及术后住院时间均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在发热及伤口感染率方面均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于传统开腹左半肝切除,腹腔镜规则性左半肝切除治疗左肝胆管结石具有创伤小、安全性高、术后恢复快的特点,临床应用值得推广。

Smart and fast reinforcement design for anti-dip bedding rock slopes

Rock slopes are usually reinforced by a number of rock bolts due to the high efficiency and low ***,where should the rock bolts be installed is still a troublesome *** anti-dip bedding rock slopes(ABRSs),the installation position of rock bolts is a controlling factor that determines the reinforcement *** this work,a theoretical method is firstly proposed for assessing the stability of ABRSs reinforced by rock bolts using a limit equilibrium model.A comparison of theoretical calculations and numerical results was conducted to test the correctness of the theoretical *** on the stability assessment of ABRSs,we introduce adaptive moment estimation method(Adam)to optimize the installation location of rock *** Adam optimizer,the optimal layout of rock bolts with the maximum factor of safety can be determined,and the factor of safety of the slope increases by about 25%using the same amount of rock bolts but with different installation *** proposed method enables the fast stability analysis and supporting design for reinforced ABRSs,which paves the way to smart supporting design of slopes.

Ported wall extensions are important hydraulic structures used to reduce crosscurrents in upper approaches to *** effect of such extensions located upstream of a solid guard wall on flow characteristics depends on many factors,including geometric and hydraulic *** this study,the hydraulic performance of ported wall extensions was experimentally investigated in terms of the permeability coefficient,expanding angle,extension length,and flow *** results demonstrate that the dimensionless maximum transverse velocity is closely related to the permeability coefficient,expanding angle,and flow *** contrast,the dimensionless eddy length mainly depends on the permeability coefficient,expanding angle,and extension ***,the optimum permeability coefficient increases with the expanding angle or flow depth,and it is approximately constant for different extension *** results have the potential to provide direct guidance for the design of effective ported wall extensions in upper approaches to locks.

目的:生物信息学和实验验证揭示中性粒细胞诱捕网(NETs)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)中的核心基因。方法:芯片数据GSE8545、GSE10006、GSE11906、GSE19407和GSE20257下载自GEO数据库,前4组数据差异表达基因(DEGs)取交集获得共有差异基因并进行富集分析。NETs相关基因集与共有差异基因重叠得到中性粒细胞诱捕网差异表达基因(NETs-DEGs),并在GSE20257中进行验证和诊断效能评估、富集分析和小鼠肺气肿模型肺组织mRNA表达量验证。结果:149个共有DEGs被获取,DO分析富集于肺疾病和COPD。GO功能注释涉及烯烃化合物代谢、细胞激素代谢、内质网腔、信号受体和氧化应激活动等。KEGG富集分析主要参与细胞色素P450代谢、化学致癌活性氧、甾类激素生物合成和吞噬体等。GSE20257验证发现NETs-DEGs TLR7和CYP4F3均上调,且AUC值为0.750和0.947。GO和KEGG富集分析主要集中于脂溶性维生素分解代谢信号通路、吞噬体、花生四烯酸单加氧酶活性、模式识别受体、花生四烯酸代谢、Toll样受体信号通路和NETs形成。相较于空气暴露组小鼠,香烟烟雾暴露诱导的肺气肿小鼠肺组织TLR7和CYP4F3 mRNA表达量增多(P<0.05)。结论:TLR7和CYP4F3可能是COPD发病过程中NETs形成和释放的核心基因,有望成为COPD免疫治疗的靶点。

The family Hepeviridae has seen an explosive expansion in its host range in recent years, yet the evolutionary trajectory of this zoonotic pathogen remains largely unknown. The emergence of rat hepatitis E virus(HEV)has introduced a new public health threat due to its potential for zoonotic transmission. This study investigated2 ?464 wild small mammals spanning four animal orders,eight families, 21 genera, and 37 species in yunnan Province, China. Using broadly reactive reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR), we systematically screened the presence and prevalence of Orthohepevirus and identified 192 positive specimens from10 species, corresponding to an overall detection rate of7.79%. Next-generation sequencing enabled the recovery of 24 full-length genomic sequences from eight host species, including Bandicota bengalensis, Eothenomys eleusis, and Episoriculus caudatus, representing newly reported host species for Orthohepevirus *** and sequence analyses revealed extensive genetic diversity within orthohepeviruses infecting rodents and shrews. Notably, among the identified strains, 20 were classified as Rocahepevirus ratti C1, two as C3, and one as Rocahepevirus eothenomi, while the remaining strain exhibited significant divergence, precluding *** analyses highlighted close associations between orthohepeviruses and their respective host taxa,with distinct phylogenetic clustering patterns observed across different host orders. These findings emphasize the critical roles of co-speciation and cross-species transmission in shaping the evolutionary trajectories of the genera Paslahepevirus and Rocahepevirus.

A novel title complex, C23H19N2O19Na4Y （Mr= 808.27）, has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 13.560（3）, b = 14.016（3）, c = 14.948（4） A, β = 99.492（4）°, Z = 4, V = 2802.2（12） A^3, Dc = 1.916 g/cm^3,μ（MoKα） = 2.241 mm^-1, F（000） = 1624, the final R = 0.0337 and wR = 0.0828 for 4044 observed reflections（I〉 2σ（I））. In the crystal, each eight- coordinated Y（Ⅲ） atom is linked by carboxyl groups of BTC to form a one-dimensional helical network structure.
