A study on the cognitive status of human papillomavirus among adult males in Tianjin based on the health belief model

Background:To understand the health beliefs and knowledge of human papillomavirus among adult males in ***:An online questionnaire survey was conducted from 18 January 2023 to 6 March 2023 using snowball sampling *** the health belief scores and human papillomavirus(HPV)and HPV vaccine knowledge scores of adult males in Tianjin,and analyze their influencing ***:A total of 388 adult males in Tianjin were surveyed,with an average total score of 3.23±0.04 for their health *** them,the average scores for perceived severity,perceived susceptibility,perceived impairment,perceived benefit,and self-efficacy were 3.41±1.05,2.37±1.20,2.96±1.00,3.51±0.90,and 3.36±1.08,*** linear regression analyses showed education was a factor influencing health *** average total score of knowledge is 64.09±15.62,with 277 people scoring above 60,and a pass rate of 71.4%.Through multiple linear regression analysis,education level,emotional status,whether disease testing has been done,and whether family and friends have been diagnosed with HPV positive are the main influencing ***:The awareness rate of HPV among adult males in Tianjin is still acceptable,but there are still *** overall level of health beliefs is moderate,and the perceived susceptibility level is *** is necessary to strengthen health education on HPV related knowledge for males and improve their cognitive level.

An ultrafast framing camera with a pulse-dilation device,a microchannel plate(MCP)imager,and an electronic imaging system were *** camera achieved a temporal resolution of 10 ps by using a pulse-dilation device and gated MCP imager,and a spatial resolution of 100μm by using an electronic imaging system comprising combined magnetic *** spatial resolution characteristics of the camera were studied both theoretically and *** results showed that the camera with combined magnetic lenses reduced the field curvature and acquired a larger working area.A working area with a diameter of 53 mm was created by applying four magnetic lenses to the ***,the camera was used to detect the X-rays produced by the laser-targeting *** diagnostic results indicated that the width of the X-ray pulse was approximately 18 ps.

BACKGROUND Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is a common mental and behavioral disorder among *** To explore the focus of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder parents and the effectiveness of early clinical screening METHODS This study found that the main directions of parents seeking medical help were short attention time for children under 7 years old(16.6%)and poor academic performance for children over 7 years old(12.1%).We employed a two-stage experiment to diagnose *** the 5683 children evaluated from 2018 to 2021,360 met the DSM-5 *** diagnosed with ADHD underwent assessments for letter,number,and figure *** the exclusion of ADHD-H diagnoses,the detection rate rose to 96.0%,with 310 out of 323 cases *** This study yielded insights into the primary concerns of parents regarding their children's symptoms and validated the efficacy of a straightforward diagnostic test,offering valuable guidance for directing ADHD treatment,facilitating early detection,and enabling timely *** research delved into the predominant worries of parents across various age ***,we showcased the precision of the simple exclusion experiment in discerning between ADHD-I and ADHD-C in *** Our study will help diagnose and guide future treatment directions for ADHD.

BACKGROUND Indeterminate dendritic cell tumor(IDCT)is a rare tumor of immune cells,and IDCT patients without skin lesions are rarely ***,the clinical course in this type of patient is unclear,and further research on the underlying pathological mechanisms and appropriate treatments is *** SUMMARY This study describes a female IDCT patient with bile duct *** strong mimicry of IDCT lesions confused doctors,and consequently,this patient,who had no skin lesions,was first diagnosed with ***,she presented with persistent abdominal distension without *** mesenteric lymph nodes along with massive ascites were observed in the subsequent imaging ***,no tumor cells or pathogens were found in the three subsequent ascites *** took 2 years to reach the correct diagnosis,which was eventually obtained by performing surgery for biopsy of the patient’s abdominal lymph ***,by then,she was already in a cachexic ***,she received a cycle of cyclophosphamide therapy and was advised to visit a hospital specializing in rare *** For IDCT patients without skin lesions,early biopsy is the key to obtaining a correct ***,the collective management of IDCT patients is *** histological and molecular biology studies based on human specimens are critical for understanding the pathological mechanism of dendritic cell tumors in the future.

CRISPR-Cas tools for mammalian genome editing typically rely on single Cas9 or Cas12a *** type I CRISPR systems in Class I may offer greater specificity and versatility,they are not well-developed for genome ***,we present an alternative type I-C CRISPR system from Desulfovibrio vulgaris (Dvu) for efficient and precise genome editing in mammalian cells and *** optimized the Dvu type I-C editing complex to generate precise deletions at multiple loci in various cell lines and pig primary fibroblast cells using a paired PAM-in crRNA *** edited pig cells can serve as donors for generating transgenic cloned *** Dvu type I-C editor also enabled precise large fragment replacements with homology-directed ***,we adapted the Dvu-Cascade effector for cytosine and adenine base editing,developing Dvu-CBE and Dvu-ABE *** systems efficiently induced C-to-T and A-to-G substitutions in human genes without double-strand ***-target analysis confirmed the high specificity of the Dvu type I-C *** findings demonstrate the Dvu type I-C editor′s potential for diverse mammalian genome editing applications,including deletions,fragment replacement,and base editing,with high efficiency and specificity for biomedicine and agriculture.

深水系泊系统及其系泊基础的开发已成为发展清洁能源“海上风电”项目的关键课题。拖曳锚由于其较大的承载力和易安装等诸多优势而具有较好的发展前景。基于极限塑性上限分析法,建立了考虑锚胫作用的拖曳锚在成层土中的嵌入轨迹、姿态以及承载力预测模型。利用已有模型试验对本模型进行验证,结果表明:考虑锚胫作用模型轨迹预测误差控制在13.5%,轨迹和角度预测误差相比于未考虑锚胫作用的模型分别降低了78.32%和36.9%。硬土层的强度、厚度和深度共同制约着拖曳锚的嵌入能力。首先,强度比影响最明显,强度比越大,嵌入深度越小,直至无法穿透硬土层;其次,是深度影响,深度越大,承载力越大。能够穿透硬土层的条件下深度对轨迹和角度影响不明显,不能够穿透硬土层条件下深度越大,嵌入深度越大,最终角度越小;最后,是厚度影响,硬土层厚度越大,嵌入过程中承载力越大。

道德虚无主义否认道德的真实性,其典型主张是道德本身就是子虚乌有之事。虽然康德尚未明确认识到道德虚无主义之概念,但他在反驳道德怀疑主义时,曾附带地提及并回应了道德虚无主义的观念。在其主要著作中,康德以“隐性”的方式坚定地拒斥了道德虚无主义。在《实践理性批判》中,康德通过道德法则的效力阐明了纯粹理性本身就是实践的,为道德奠定理性之根基,从而展现了道德虚无主义之不实。在《纯粹理性批判》中,康德除了正面揭示人作为理性存在者始终秉有道德兴趣,还通过道德兴趣缺失者的思想实验,展现了人只要懂得利害计算,结合上帝和来世的可能信念,就可以产生出道德的“类似物”,这也以特殊方式彰显了人类的道德本性。在《纯然理性限度内的宗教》中,康德通过对人性善恶的阐述,特别是对人性中“善的种子”的深入刻画,表明不存在对道德无感的人,由此最终拒绝了道德虚无主义。康德有力地确证了人的道德本性,其最大教益或许是,在一个道德虚无主义甚至各种类型的虚无主义大行其道的时代,人依然可以相信理性,选择崇高。
