High-temperature creep constitutional model of Q460E steel and effect of creep on bulging deformation of continuous casting slab

Mechanical properties and creep behavior of Q460E continuous casting slab were studied by means of uniaxial tensile tests on a Gleeble-3800 thermomechanical simulator from 1000 to 1100 ℃.The high-temperature creep constitutional equation was derived based on experimental *** parameters in the equation were calculated by using the regression analysis inverse-estimation *** experimental curves in the primary and secondary creep stages are fitted well.A three-dimensional elastic-plastic and creep finite element model was proposed in order to investigate the bulging deformation of slab and the bulging deformation at the beginning position of bending segment on the slab continuous casting machine was computed *** results indicate that the maximum bulging deformation appears at the geometric center of the *** maximum value of the bulging deformation obtained by the elastic-plastic analysis is 1.301 *** the creep effect,the deformation increases to 1.827 mm which is about 1.4 times the value obtained by the elastic-plastic *** calculation of buleing deformation usin2 the elastic-plastic creed model is more reliable and/iccurate.

Manned combat aerial vehicles （MCAVs）, and un-manned combat aerial vehicles （UCAVs） together form a cooper-ative engagement system to carry out operational mission, whichwill be a new air engagement style in the near future. On the basisof analyzing the structure of the MCAV/UCAV cooperative engage-ment system, this paper divides the unique system into three hi-erarchical levels, respectively, i.e., mission level, task-cluster leveland task level. To solve the formation and adjustment problem ofthe latter two levels, three corresponding mathematical modelsare established. To solve these models, three algorithms calledquantum artificial bee colony （QABC） algorithm, greedy strategy（GS） and two-stage greedy strategy （TSGS） are proposed. Finally,a series of simulation experiments are designed to verify the effec-tiveness and superiority of the proposed algorithms.

Influence of 6-shogaol potentiated on 5-fluorouracil treatment of liver cancer by promoting apoptosis and cell cycle arrest by regulating AKT/mTOR/MRP1 signalling

Currently, chemoresistance seriously attenuates the curative outcome of liver cancer. The purpose of our work was to investigate the influence of 6-shogaol on the inhibition of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) in liver cancer. The cell viability of cancer cells was determined by MTT assay. Liver cancer cell apoptosis and the cell cycle were examined utilizing flow cytometry. Moreover, qRT–PCR and western blotting was used to analyse the mRNA and protein expression levels, respectively. Immunohistochemistry assays were used to examine multidrug resistance protein 1 (MRP1) expression in tumour tissues. In liver cancer cells, we found that 6-shogaol-5-FU combination treatment inhibited cell viability, facilitated G0/G1 cell cycle arrest, and accelerated apoptosis compared with 6-shogaol or 5-FU treatment alone. In cancer cells cotreated with 6-shogaol and 5-FU, AKT/mTOR pathway- and cell cycle-related protein expression levels were inhibited, and MRP1 expression was downregulated. AKT activation or MRP1 increase reversed the influence of combination treatment on liver cancer cell viability, apoptosis and cell cycle arrest. The inhibition of AKT activation to the anticancer effect of 6-shogaol-5-FU could be reversed by MRP1 silencing. Moreover, our results showed that 6-shogaol-5-FU combination treatment notably inhibited tumour growth in vivo. In summary, our data demonstrated that 6-shogaol contributed to the curative outcome of 5-FU in liver cancer by inhibiting the AKT/mTOR/MRP1 signalling pathway.

Aiming at the intervention decision-making problem in manned/unmanned aerial vehicle（MAV/UAV） cooperative engagement, this paper carries out a research on allocation strategy of emergency discretion based on human factors engineering（HFE）.Firstly, based on the brief review of research status of HFE, it gives structural description to emergency in the process of cooperative engagement and analyzes intervention of commanders. After that,constraint conditions of intervention decision-making of commanders based on HFE（IDMCBHFE） are given, and the mathematical model, which takes the overall efficiency value of handling emergencies as the objective function, is established. Then, through combining K-best and variable neighborhood search（VNS） algorithm, a K-best optimization variable neighborhood search mixed algorithm（KboVNSMA） is designed to solve the model. Finally,through three groups of simulation experiments, effectiveness and superiority of the proposed algorithm are verified.

For the geometry characteristics of open free-form surfaces,it is hard to consider global interference during the planning of feasible ***,the optimal kinematic orientation of tool axis will no longer be confined to the boundary of feasible *** this paper,according to the principle demanding that the tool should be fitted to a surface as close as possible and relevant processing parameters,a feasible domain of tool orientation for each cutter contact is planned in the local feed coordinates ***,these feasible domains of the tool orientation are transformed into the same coordinates system of the machine tool by the inverse kinematics *** linear equations based feasible domain method and Rosen gradient projection algorithm are used to improve the optimization process in precision and efficiency of the *** constructs the variation of tool orientation optimization model and ensures the smoothness of tool orientation *** and analysis of examples show that the proposed method has good kinematics performance and greatly improves the efficiency.

Relationship between circumcision and human papillomavirus infection： a systematic review and meta-analysis

Male circumcision （MC） is reported to reduce human papillomavirus （HPV） prevalence in men. However, the efficacy remains imprecise. The aim of this study was to conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis to assess the relationship between MC and genital HPV infection and genital warts. PUBMED, EMBASE, and Web of Science were searched from inception to March 22, 2015. We identified 30 papers, including a total of 12149 circumcised and 12252 uncircumcised men who were evaluated for the association of circumcision with genital HPV or genital warts. Compared with men who were not circumcised, circumcised men may have had significantly reduced odds of genital HPV prevalence （odds ratio [OR]： 0.68; 95% confidence interval [95% CI]： 0.56-0.82）. There was no significant association between MC and genital HPV acquisition of new infections （OR： 0.99; 95% CI： 0.62-1.60）, genital HPV clearance （OR： 1.38; 95% Ch 0.96-1.97）, and prevalence of genital warts （OR： 1.17; 95% CI： 0.63-2.17）. This meta-analysis suggests that circumcision reduces the prevalence of genital HPV infections. However, no clear evidence was found that circumcision was associated with decreased HPV acquisition, increased HPV clearance, or decreased the prevalence of genital warts. More studies are required to evaluate adequately the effect of MC on the acquisition and clearance of HPV infections and prevalence of genital warts.
