Aim:To investigate the relationship between 11 beta-hydroxysteroid dehydroge-nase type 1(1 lbeta-HSD1),a potential link between obesity and type 2 diabetes,and preadipocyte ***:Mouse 1 lbeta-HSD 1 siRNA plasmidswere transfected into 3T3-L1 preadipocytes(a cell line derived from mouseSwiss3T3 cells that were isolated from mouse embryo),for examination of theeffect of targeted 11 beta-HSD 1 inhibition on differentiation of 3T3-L 1 ***-ferentiation was stimulated with 3-isobutyl-l-methyxanthine,insulin,*** transcription level of the genes was detected by ***:Lipid accumulation was significantly inhibited in cells transfectedwith mouse 1 lbeta-HSD1 siRNA compared with non-transfected 3T3-L1 *** lipid droplets were detected in the transfected cells both prior to stimulationand after stimulation with differentiation-inducing *** expression ofadipocyte differentiation-associated markers such as lipoprotein lipase and fattyacid synthetase were downregulated in the transfected ***,the expres-sion of preadipocyte factor-1,an inhibitor of adipocyte differentiation,wasdownregulated upon stimulation of differentiation and had no changes in thetransfected ***:11 beta-HSD1 can promote *** on this,we propose that 11 beta-HSD1 may be an importantcandidate mediator of obesity and obesity-induced insulin resistance.

It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmacological drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with complex diseases,as stable coronary heart ***,in an adaptive,31-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day Danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamacological drug with high quality control,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly confrmed that DHl couldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 30,95%confidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,P=0.0003,13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,P=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,P=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(P=0.8502)and serious adverse events(P=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the RNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(DEMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 compared with the control group,calculated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETM),defined as the highest corelation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 30 from baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to anticoagulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETM using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is corelated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,P=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target

流行性感冒是由流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病,主要由甲型流感病毒H1N1、H3N2亚型及乙型流感病毒Victoria和Yamagata系导致。典型表现为高热、头痛、肌痛、全身不适,部分患者伴有呼吸道症状。每年呈季节性流行,多数具有自限性,但是少数高危人群可发生重症表现,甚至导致死亡。诊断需结合流行病学史、临床表现、实验室及影像学检查。主要治疗措施为抗病毒治疗和对症治疗,重症患者需积极支持治疗。有效预防措施包括接种流感疫苗、药物预防及采取经呼吸道传播疾病标准预防措施。本共识集四川省内从事流感诊治中西医相关学科专家讨论制定,旨在为医疗机构临床医生在流感规范诊疗提供指导。
