为开发营养低热量的曲奇饼干,拓展米糠的应用领域,研究在单因素试验基础上,以感官评分为响应值,以米糠粉添加量、绿茶粉添加量、赤藓糖醇添加量和黄油添加量为考察因素,通过Box-Behnken试验设计进行响应面优化分析,确定最佳制作配方。结果表明,当米糠粉添加量为11%、绿茶粉添加量为3%、赤藓糖醇添加量为38%、黄油添加量为89%时,感官评分最高,为92.9分。在此条件下制得的曲奇饼干色泽自然、香味浓郁、花纹清晰且口感酥脆。

为探究低渗砂岩铀矿在不同因素下的产量变化情况,根据储层有效应力与渗流特性的关系,建立有效应力-渗流数值模型。通过日产水量分析流固耦合作用下储层的产量变化规律,并结合变异系数法分析注入压力、初始渗透率和井间距对产量的影响。研究表明:考虑流固耦合作用下的储层产量会更快进入稳定状态,产量更高;应力敏感性系数越大,有效应力减小对地层渗透率影响越明显。注入压力越大,地层有效应力减小区域下降幅度增大,地层渗透率增大区域升高幅度增大,产量逐渐增多;流固耦合作用下,产量随着初始渗透率增大而增多且增长速度较快;流固耦合作用下,随着井间距的增大,注采井间有效应力减小的影响减弱,注采井间渗透率增大趋势也在下降,产量逐渐降低。结合各因素变异系数变化可得,注入压力对产量效果影响更明显。本研究有助于建立完整的砂岩铀矿地浸采铀生产方案。

Intentional electromagnetic interference is a serious threat to the safety of electronic devices. Multiple electromagnetic pulses will be coupled and transmitted to electronic devices through the *** effects are generated, which make it easier for damage to occur in the electronic devices. In this article, the working principle of micro-silicon acceleration sensors is introduced. The accumulative effects of multiple pulses on acceleration sensors is studied by a large number of injection *** accumulation trends of multiple pulses with different pulse numbers and intervals are analyzed. The damaged structures inside abnormal sensor amplifiers were observed via optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The experimental results show that the accumulative effect is strengthened with increased pulse number or decreased pulse interval, and the threshold voltage for multiple pulses on the acceleration sensor decreases. The threshold voltage for a single pulse is 321.57 V. When the pulse interval is 1 μs and the pulse number is 5, the threshold voltage for multiple pulses is 163.42 V,which is reduced by 49.12% compared with a single pulse. These results provide a reference for the damage design of electromagnetic pulse weapons.

Objective::To investigate the roles of transcription factors (TFs) in the etiology of complex human birth defects, including neural tube defects (NTDs), congenital heart diseases (CHDs), and ***::We examined the overlap of genetically associated genes among NTDs, CHDs, and hypospadias. We then compared the expression profiles of these diseases based on all the detected genes and disease-associated TFs. The differentially expressed TFs that we obtained were further subjected to functional enrichment analysis to elucidate their role in the development of these birth ***::TF genes were significantly enriched in complex birth defects ( P= 5.95 × 10^(-24)). NTDs, CHDs, and hypospadias showed distinct gene expression profiles compared with the controls. Although TFs could not efficiently separate CHDs from normal subjects, distinct gene expression profiles of TFs could distinguish NTDs and hypospadias from controls. Differentially expressed TFs can be used to characterize NTDs, hypospadias, and controls. The enriched TFs in biological processes (BPs) reflected the different morphological processes of NTDs, CHDs, and hypospadias. Conclusions::This study indicates that abnormal expression patterns of specific TFs may disrupt the normal requirements for developmental equilibrium through the related BPs. The investigation of genetically associated genes and gene expression profiles for the three different complex birth defects provides new insights into how the dysregulation of TFs influences their developmental process.

基于有限时间热力学理论和前人建立的恒温热源闭式Braysson循环模型,以生态学有效功率E_(η)为目标,研究了循环性能特性,推导出了E_(η)的表达式。通过数值分析的方法,分析了工质热容率C_(wf)、工质对数温比x和热导率分配u对E_(η)性能的影响,比较了循环工作在最大无因次生态学有效功率E_(η,max)、最大无因次功率P_(max)、最大无因次生态学函数E_(max)和最大无因次有效功率E_(P,max)条件下的性能差异。研究结果表明:在给定C_(wf)的情况下,存在最佳的工质对数温比(x_(opt))和热导率分配(u_(opt))使循环的E_(η)达到最大值;在分别给定x和u的情况下,E_(η)随着C_(wf)的增大而减小;当设计目标从其他目标转为E_(η)时,可以通过牺牲部分功率换取效率的提升。

慢性肾脏病患者左心房增大的危险因素及对预后的影响分析

目的分析慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)非透析患者左心房增大(left atrial enlargement,LAE)的危险因素、发生率及对预后的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2019年12月CKD 1~5期尚未进入透析,在首都医科大学宣武医院肾内科病房住院治疗且进行超声心动图检查的患者,将患者分为LAE组和非LAE组,收集患者人口学资料和生化检验资料。随访时间截至2021年11月1日,全因死亡为随访的终点事件。结果共纳入524例患者,LAE发生率为57.06%(299/524)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:合并慢性心血管疾病(OR=3.365,95%CI:1.896~5.970,P<0.001)、合并高脂血症(OR=1.845,95%CI:1.042~3.265,P=0.036)及低血钙(OR=0.273,95%CI:0.082~0.912,P<0.035)为CKD患者出现LAE的独立影响因素。随访过程中60例患者死亡,KaplanMeier生存曲线分析结果显示存在LAE的CKD组累积生存率降低(Log-rankχ^(2)=13.093,P<0.001),多因素COX回归分析结果显示:年龄(HR=1.036,95%CI:1.011~1.062,P=0.005)及合并慢性心血管疾病(HR=2.175,95%CI:1.133~4.176,P=0.020)是CKD患者全因死亡的独立危险因素。结论 50%以上的CKD 1~5期非透析患者发生LAE,合并慢性心血管疾病、合并高脂血症及血钙偏低为CKD非透析患者出现LAE的独立危险因素。合并LAE的CKD患者死亡风险显著增高,但不是CKD患者全因死亡的独立危险因素。

This paper concerns ultimately bounded output-feedback control problems for networked systems with unknown nonlinear dynamics. Sensor-to-observer signal transmission is facilitated over networks that has communication *** transmissions are carried out over an unreliable communication channel. In order to enhance the utilization rate of measurement data, a buffer-aided strategy is novelly employed to store historical measurements when communication networks are inaccessible. Using the neural network technique, a novel observer-based controller is introduced to address effects of signal transmission behaviors and unknown nonlinear *** the application of stochastic analysis and Lyapunov stability, a joint framework is constructed for analyzing resultant system performance under the introduced controller. Subsequently, existence conditions for the desired output-feedback controller are delineated. The required parameters for the observerbased controller are then determined by resolving some specific matrix inequalities. Finally, a simulation example is showcased to confirm method efficacy.
