This paper focuses on the quadratic nonfragile filtering problem for linear non-Gaussian systems under multiplicative noises,multiple missing measurements as well as the dynamic event-triggered transmission scheme.The multiple missing measurements are characterized through random variables that obey some given probability distributions,and thresholds of the dynamic event-triggered scheme can be adjusted dynamically via an auxiliary variable.Our attention is concentrated on designing a dynamic event-triggered quadratic nonfragile filter in the well-known minimum-variance sense.To this end,the original system is first augmented by stacking its state/measurement vectors together with second-order Kronecker powers,thus the original design issue is reformulated as that of the augmented system.Subsequently,we analyze statistical properties of augmented noises as well as high-order moments of certain random parameters.With the aid of two well-defined matrix difference equations,we not only obtain upper bounds on filtering error covariances,but also minimize those bounds via carefully designing gain parameters.Finally,an example is presented to explain the effectiveness of this newly established quadratic filtering algorithm.

This paper concerns ultimately bounded output-feedback control problems for networked systems with unknown nonlinear dynamics. Sensor-to-observer signal transmission is facilitated over networks that has communication constraints.These transmissions are carried out over an unreliable communication channel. In order to enhance the utilization rate of measurement data, a buffer-aided strategy is novelly employed to store historical measurements when communication networks are inaccessible. Using the neural network technique, a novel observer-based controller is introduced to address effects of signal transmission behaviors and unknown nonlinear dynamics.Through the application of stochastic analysis and Lyapunov stability, a joint framework is constructed for analyzing resultant system performance under the introduced controller. Subsequently, existence conditions for the desired output-feedback controller are delineated. The required parameters for the observerbased controller are then determined by resolving some specific matrix inequalities. Finally, a simulation example is showcased to confirm method efficacy.

BACKGROUND Ulcerative colitis(UC)is an inflammatory condition with frequent relapse and recurrence.Evidence suggests the involvement of SLC6A14 in UC pathogenesis,but the central regulator remains unknown.AIM To explore the role of SLC6A14 in UC-associated pyroptosis.METHODS Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR),immunoblotting,and immunohistochemical were used to assess SLC6A14 in human UC tissues.Lipopolysaccharide(LPS)was used to induce inflammation in FHC and NCM460 cells and model enteritis,and SLC6A14 levels were assessed.Pyroptosis markers were quantified using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,Western blotting,and qRT-PCR,and EdU incubation,CCK-8 assays and flow cytometry were used to examine proliferation and apoptosis.Mouse models of UC were used for verification.RESULTS SLC6A14 was increased and correlated with NLRP3 in UC tissues.LPS-induced FHC and NCM460 cells showed increased SLC6A14 levels.Reducing SLC6A14 increased cell proliferation and suppressed apoptosis.Reducing SLC6A14 decreased pyroptosis-associated proteins(ASC,IL-1β,IL-18,NLRP3).NLRP3 overexpression counteracted the effects of sh-SLC6A14 on LPS-induced FHC and NCM460 cell pyroptosis.SLC6A14 improved the mucosa in mice with dextran sulfate sodium-induced colitis.CONCLUSION SLC6A14 promotes UC pyroptosis by regulating NLRP3,suggesting the therapeutic potential of modulating the SLC6A14/NLRP3 axis.

BACKGROUND Rectus abdominis separation(DRA)affects pelvic stability and body image.No studies have explored the effects of manual massage on early postpartum DRA and postpartum depression.AIM To analyze the curative effect of massage on early postpartum DRA and its impact on postpartum depression and thus its ability promote the overall psychosomatic rehabilitation of postpartum women.METHODS Data were retrospectively collected on 70 primiparous women with postpartum DRA who underwent rehabilitation at the Postpartum Rehabilitation Center of Huzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2022 to September 2023.The patients were divided into the Group S(35 cases,biomimetic electrical stimulation treatment)and Group L(35 cases,biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with manual massage treatment).Baseline data,the edinburgh postpartum depression scale(EPDS)score,and the visual analog scale(VAS)scores for rectus abdominis distance,waist circumference,and lower back pain before and after treatment were compared.RESULTS No significant differences were found in the baseline data,rectus abdominis distance,waist circumference,and VAS and EPDS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the distance between rectus abdominis and waist circumference in Group L were significantly smaller than those in Group S(P<0.05).Furthermore,lower back pain(VAS score)and the EPDS score in Group L were significantly lower than those in Group S(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Manual massage can significantly reduce early postpartum DRA,waist circumference,and back pain and improve the patient’s mental state and postpartum depression.

Background:The speciﬁc impact of sphingolipid metabolism on developing hepatocellular Carcinoma(HCC)remains unclear.This study aims to explore the relationship between sphingolipid metabolism and HCC prognosis,immune response,and drug sensitivity.Methods:Data were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)-Hepatocellular Carcinoma(LIHC)and Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO,GSE14520 datasets).47 sphingolipid metabolism genes were obtained from the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)database.After classifying HCC samples using the Non-negative Matrix Factorization(NMF)clustering method,differentially expressed genes were screened.Then,8 risk genes were obtained by univariate analysis,survival random forest reduction and lasso analysis.The expression of 8 risk genes was veriﬁed in vitro.Results:8 risk genes were used to construct the Sphingolipid score model.High-Sphingolipid score predicted poor prognosis of HCC patients.Sphingolipid score was associated with immune checkpoints(IL-1B,TLR4,TGFB1,and IL-10),immune cells(Th2,Treg,MDSC,Neutrophil,Fibroblasts and macrophage),and MAPK Cascade.In the High-Sphingolipid score group,a signiﬁcantly higher proportion of patients with TP53(p53)mutations was signiﬁcantly higher(56%).Furthermore,patients with a high-Sphingolipid score were predicted to have a higher sensitivity to chemotherapy drugs.In vitro validation showed that compared with normal liver cells LX-2,TRIM47,and S100A9 signiﬁcantly increased in liver cancer cells Hep G2,MHCC-97H,and Hep3B2.1-7,while SLC1A7,LPCAT1,and CFHR4 signiﬁcantly decreased.Silencing TRIM47 reduced the proliferation and promoted apoptosis.The levels of ceramide synthesis-related indexes(CERS1,CERS6,CERS5,and SPTLC2)increased,and the ACER3 related to catalytic hydrolysis decreased.Conclusion:We constructed a sphingolipid metabolism-related prognostic signature(Sphingolipid score)based on 8 risk genes.TRIM47 may affect the development of liver cancer by regulating the relevant indicators of ceramide synthesis and catalytic hydrolysis.

The unique surface microscopic morphology (SMM) and chemical composition of RCA would affect its adhesion to asphalt. This research examined the SMM parameters and surface energies of RCA and asphalt utilizing laser microscope system (LMS) and atomic force microscopy (AFM)， correspondingly. The pull-off tests were employed to examine the macroscopic adhesive strength between recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) and asphalt， and the study examined the impact of SMM and surface energies of the materials on this macroscopic adhesive strength. In the final phase， this study delved into the multi-scale adhesion mechanisms between RCA and asphalt. Findings demonstrate that an increase in grade correspondingly elevates the surface roughness and surface energy of the asphalt. For asphalt containing bee-like structures， the surface energy in other regions surpassed that of the convex part and concave part. With the increase of water-cement ratio of RCA， the SMM roughness increases and the surface energy decreases. The adhesion of RCA to asphalt is the result of both physical and chemical adhesion， about 60% from chemical effect and the remaining about 40% from physical effect.

Obesity caused by poor eating habits has become a global public health issue and harms human health. Rosmarinic acid (RA) is a natural active substance with many biological functions like antioxidant. However， the function of RA’s lipid-lowering effect and mechanism are not entirely clear. This study aimed to explore the effect of RA on obesity and its action mechanism in Caenorhabditis elegans. RA not only alleviated intestinal inflammation and change the composition of unsaturated fatty acid， but also decreased fat storage and adjusted the size and quantity of fat droplets without threatening development and reproduction or affecting energy intake. In addition， RA improved the integrity of intestinal barrier function in C. elegans. RNA sequencing and qRT-PCR comprehensively revealed that the lipid-lowering mechanism mediated by RA might involve lipid metabolism and anti-inflammatory pathways. Among them， RA regulates lipid metabolism by reducing fat synthesis through SBP-1and increasing fatty acid β-oxidation via NHR-49. Furthermore， the anti-inflammatory pathway was associated with RA’s enhancement of the ratio of unsaturated fatty acid and alleviation of inflammatory reactions caused by PAO1. Therefore， RA regulated lipid metabolism and relieved inflammation， which had the potential for dietary supplements or functional foods.

Application of Patient Simulators Combined with Internet plus Scenario Simulation Teaching Models on Intravenous Infusion Nursing Education in China

Objective: To explore the effectiveness of applying patient simulators combined with Internet Plus scenario simulation teaching models on intravenous (IV) infusion nursing education, and to provide scientific evidence for the implementation of advanced teaching models in future nursing education. Methods: Enrolled 60 nurses who took the IV infusion therapy training program in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 for research. 30 nurses who were trained in traditional teaching models from January to December 2022 were selected as the control group, and 30 nurses who were trained with simulation-based teaching models with methods including simulated patients, internet, online meetings which can be replayed and scenario simulation, etc. from January to December 2023 were selected as the experimental group. Evaluated the learning outcomes based on the Competency Inventory for Nursing Students (CINS), Problem-Solving Inventory (PSI), comprehensive learning ability, scientific research ability, and proficiency in the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of IV infusion therapy. Nursing quality, the incidence of IV infusion therapy complications and nurse satisfaction with different teaching models were also measured. Results: The scientific research ability, PSI scores, CINS scores, and comprehensive learning ability of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P 0.05), and their assessment results of practical skills, nursing quality of IV infusion therapy during training, and satisfaction with teaching models were all better than those of the control group with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The incidence of IV infusion therapy complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, indicating statistical significance (P < 0.05).
