基于不同渗透率岩心的三维微观模型,采用流体体积法对纳米流体驱油进行数值模拟;利用实验测得的含SiO_(2)纳米颗粒的悬浮液界面张力、接触角和黏度,针对质量分数为0~1%、具有不同粒径的SiO_(2)纳米颗粒的水基悬浮液,研究了纳米颗粒质量分数和粒径、驱替液流速、原油黏度和岩心渗透率对纳米流体驱油效率的影响。研究表明:采收率随着颗粒质量分数的增加而增加,纳米颗粒质量分数增加到0.5%时,与水驱相比采收率可提高约19%;纳米流体驱油采收率随着纳米颗粒粒径的减小而增加;在毛管数接近临界值的注入模式下使用纳米流体驱油对高黏低渗储集层提高采收率最为有效,且提高采收率幅度随着驱替速度的增加而减小;原油黏度越大,岩石渗透率越小,纳米流体驱油提高采收率的效果越明显。图16表2参37。

Dose-Dense Regimen of Cisplatin and Infusional Fluorouracil in Advanced Gastric Cancer—A Single Institution Experience

Chemotherapy with continuous infusion of 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin in a monthly schedule is one of the most common regimens in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. In this study, we evaluated the efficacy and safety of a dosedense administration of this regimen in this patient population. Sixty-six consecutive patients with previously untreated histologically confirmed unresectable or metastatic gastric adenocarcinoma were treated with a 2-hour infusion of cisplatin 100 mg/m2 followed by continuous infusion of 5-fluorouracil 1000 mg/m2/day for 5 days, every 21 days. The most common grade ≥3 toxicities were fatigue (42%), nausea/vomiting (30%) and leucopenia (12%). Four patients (6%) died from treatment-related toxicity. The response rate was 35%, the median progression-free survival was 4.3 months and the median survival was 5.9 months. In light of these results, the dose-dense approach seems to offer little, if any, benefit compared with the standard regimens.

Objective: In order to identify the correlation between equol excreted through human urine and the symptom of menopause. Methods: The method used is cross sectional study examined to 99 postmenopausal women fulfilling the inclusion criteria from February 2014 to July 2014. This research was taken in the Endocrinology Clinic, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Hasan Sadikin Hospital and Unpad’s Pharmacokinetic Laboratory. All objects were interviewed using menopause rating scale (MRS) questionnaire. Their urine samples were analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Then the results of questionnaire and HPLC test were evaluated. Results: The result is 97 objects (98%) detected having menopausal symptoms, produced equol. There is significant correlation between the level of equol in post-menopausal women that showed correlation (-0.71) which mean the higher the equol level, the lower the MRS score (p < 0.001) that mean the symptom is milder. Conclusion: Equol level in menopause women urine is a good predictor to identify the level of menopause symptoms.

Objective: To assess the diagnostic accuracy and predictive values of clinical symptoms in patients with suspected mild COVID-19 to identify target groups for self-isolation and outpatient treatment without additional testing. Methods: We conducted an open-label prospective study in patients aged 18 to 72 years with suspected mild COVID-19. The clinical diagnosis was based on the acute onset of such symptoms as olfactory dysfunction, hyperthermia, myalgia, nasal congestion, nasal discharge, cough, rhinolalia, sore throat, without pneumonia in persons in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19. The physician assessed clinical symptoms using a 4-point scale. The patient self-assessed clinical symptoms using a ten-point visual analogue scale (VAS). All enrolled patients underwent laboratory testing to confirm the diagnosis of COVID-19. Results: Of the 120 patients underwent testing, the diagnosis of mild COVID-19 was confirmed in 96 patients and ruled out in 24 patients. When assessing symptoms by a physician according to the correlation analysis, hyperthermia, myalgia, nasal congestion and rhinolalia have a positive predictive value with a significance level of more than 0.6. When self-assessing symptoms by a patient, fever, myalgia and nasal congestion have a diagnostic accuracy with a significance level of more than 0.5. Nasal discharge, cough and sore throat have negative predictive values. Conclusion: The presence of these symptoms in patients with an acute onset of the disease can help to make a clinical diagnosis of coronavirus disease and identify target groups for self-isolation and outpatient treatment without additional testing. Highly suspect asymptomatic patients are not considered as those who have possible mild COVID-19 infection.

The paper presents template strategy using siloxane-acrylate latex and its modified form to prepare nanostructured calcium silicate(wollastonite) containing nanosized gold and regular porosity. Optimal conditions for the annealing of silicate xerogel were outlined leading to nanoporous wollastonite with minimal porous defects(pore size corresponds to latex particles 150–200 nm). The fabrication of nanostructured wollastonite ceramics was suggested to use spark plasma sintering(SPS). The formation of porous ceramic framework(compressive strength ～120 MPa) via SPS consolidation of silicate xerogel(xonotlite) contained latex template(poreformer),a feature of the method for wollastonite template synthesis. The ceramic wollastonite samples have been implanted into ICR/CD1 mice to test the toxicity of the material "in vivo". The results are of great interest for the preparation of high-quality biomaterials for modern medicine using simple technological approaches and available raw materials.

Way to Yourself: a Model of Professional Realization of Hearing Impaired Students

The article presents the results of a pilot research exploring psychosemantic aspects of different informational environment(internet, book, television, radio, newspaper). The research offers data describing subjective significance of different informational environment, analyses quantitative and qualitative indicators of descriptors that used by respondents for different information environment assessment, identifies random associations and associative semantic universals for assessing different types of information environment. The study also defines spatial-temporal and object-subject indicators of different information environment and explores interrelations within the psychosemantic attributes systems of such informational environment as internet, book, television, radio and newspaper.
