Background.Extracellular vesicles(EVs) present in ovid.ctal(OF) and.uterine fluid.UF) have been shown to enhance bovine embryo quality d.ring in vitro culture by red.cing lipid.contents and.mod.lating lipid.metabolism-related.genes(LMGs), while also influencing cell proliferation, suggesting their involvement on the regulation of d.fferent biological pathways. The regulation of signaling pathways related.to cell d.fferentiation, proliferation, and.metabo-lism is crucial for early embryo d.velopment and.can d.termine the success or failure of the pregnancy. Bioactive molecules within EVs in maternal reprod.ctive fluid., such as micro RNAs(miRNAs), may contribute to this regulatory process as they mod.late gene expression through post-transcriptional *** This stud. evaluated.miRNA cargo in OF-EVs from the early luteal phase and.UF-EVs from the mid.luteal phase, coincid.ng with embryo transit within ovid.ct and.uterus in vivo, and.its possible influence on LMGs and.sign-aling pathways crucial for early embryo d.velopment. A total of 333 miRNAs were d.tected. with 11 exclusive to OF, 59 to UF, and.263 were common between both groups. From the 20 d.fferentially expressed.miRNAs, 19 up-regulated.in UF-EVs(bta-miR-134, bta-miR-151-3p, bta-miR-155, bta-miR-188, bta-miR-181b, bta-miR-181d. bta-miR-224, bta-miR-23b-3p, bta-miR-24-3p, bta-miR-27a-3p, bta-miR-29a, bta-miR-324, bta-miR-326, bta-miR-345-3p, bta-miR-410, bta-miR-652, bta-miR-677, bta-miR-873 and.bta-miR-708) and.one(bta-miR-148b) in OF-EVs. Phosphorus is one of the most important nutrients required.for plant growth and.d.velopment. While substantial amounts of total phosphorus are present in many soil types, plants are unable to utilize some organic phosphorus sources. The main goal of this stud. was to characterize the spectrum of secreted.plant proteins, organic acid. and.other metabolites that can potentially contribute to utilization of various phosphorus compound.. Our d.ta ind.cate that the composition of extracellular proteins secreted.by plant roots varies d.pend.ng on the specific source of P in the growth med.um. Furthermore, some root-secreted.metabolites, such as citrate, appear to be specific to a subset of ecotypes, while tartrate, succinate and.oxalate are secreted.by a number of A. thaliana ecotypes. We observed.secretion of phenolic compound., such as tannins, and.d.oxycytid.ne d.rivatives. Taken together, while no single secreted.polypeptid., organic acid.or second.ry metabolite can be pinpointed.as specific to plant growth in particular phosphorus cond.tions, our d.ta ind.cate that A. thaliana ecotypes d.ffer in their physiological responses to the source of phosphorus in the growth med.um. Overall, these results suggest that physiological changes in plant responses to nutrient limitation are mod.lated.by interactions between soil phosphorus source and.the specific genotype of Arabid.psis plants.

This paper presents characteristic features of the explosion of thin flat foils for currents and.pulse risetimes ranging from 8 kA at 350 ns to1000 kA at ∼100 ns. Foils mad. of aluminum, copper, nickel, and.titanium with thicknesses of 1–100 μm are tested. Various d.agnostics inthe optical, UV, and.x-ray spectral ranges are used.to image the explod.ng foils from initial breakd.wn to complete d.struction or *** is shown that foil explosion is a complex process that d.pend. on many factors, but features common to all foils are found.that d. notd.pend.on the parameters of the generators or, accord.ngly, on the energy d.posited.in the foil: for example, the breakd.wn of flat foils und.rd.fferent cond.tions occurs at the ed.es of the foil. For the first time, the formation of a precursor over the central part of the foil is shown,which significantly changes the d.namics of the foil explosion.

Both numerical and.experimental stud.es of the stability and.electronic properties of barium–sod.um metaborate Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F(P63/m) at pressures up to 10 GPa have been carried.out. Electronic-structure calculations with HSE06 hybrid.functional showed.that Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F has an ind.rect band.gap of 6.289 eV. A numerical stud. revealed.the d.composition of Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F into the BaB_(2)O_(4),Na BO_(2), and.NaF phases above 3.4 GPa at 300 K. Subsequent high-pressure high-temperature experiments performed.using ‘d.scoverer-1500’d.A-type apparatus at pressures of 3 and.6 GPa and.temperature of 1173 K confirmed.the stability of Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F at 3 GPa and.its d.composition into BaB_(2)O_(4), NaBO_(2), and.NaF at 6 GPa, which was verified.by energy-d.spersive X-ray analysis and.Raman spectroscopy. The observed.Raman band. of the Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F phase were assigned.by comparing the experimental and.calculated.spectra. The experimental Raman spectra of d.composition reaction prod.cts obtained.at 6 GPa suggest the origin of a new high-pressure mod.fication of barium metaborate BaB_(2)O_(4).

A systematic stud. of TKX-50 and.ABTOX synthesis using both Klap6tke and.Tselinskii mod.fied.proced.res is d.scribed. The influence of temperature, moisture, acid.amount and.nature on the most critical synthesis step - d.azid.glyoxime cyclization is shown. Experimental results show that presence of moisture in reaction mixture lead. to prod.ct yield.d.creasing. The reaction temperature is another key parameter affecting prod.ct yield. High reaction temperature shows negative influence on the prod.ct yield.in Klap6tke method. In Tselinskii proced.re the yield.of prod.ct grows with the reaction temperature increasing. For Klap6tke one-pot method. combination of N-methyl-2-pyrrolid.ne with 1,4-d.oxane is the best solvent, whereas Tselinskii one-pot proced.re gives high yield.of prod.ct when combination of toluene with 0.5 equiv, of 1,8-d.azabicyclo[5.4.0]und.c-7-ene （d.U） is used. Us- ing optimized.cond.tions one-pot five-step synthesis of TKX-50 starting from glyoxime is successfully performed.and.scaled.up to 50 g.
