Chronic myelogenous leukemia(CML)is a malignancy from bone marrow myeloid stem cells mainly driven by the fusion gene *** addition to BCR-ABL,other genes including RNF6 are also dysregulated in CML cells.1 RNF6,a ubiquitin ligase of the RING family,promotes various cancer cell proliferation,chemoresistance,and tumor growth in vivo by targeting various proteins for ubiquitination and degradation,including SHP1,TLE3,FOXA1,and MAD1.^(2) However,its specific mechanism in CML is not known.

汪应文作为文华图专档案专业的核心教师,是中国近代档案教育的拓荒者之一,也是中国档案学形成初期的一名重要学者。在搜集整理民国时期档案手稿、报刊、专著等文献资料的基础上,分析了汪应文档案学思想的形成背景,梳理了其在档案分类、档案编目、西方档案学引介和中外档案事业史研究四个方面的学术成果。汪应文参与了文华图专档案教育发展始末,积极探索档案教学和科研路径,促进了文华图专档案学专业建设,对中国近代档案教育作出了重要贡献。

本文基于2011—2021年我国省级面板数据,构建中介效应模型实证检验老龄化对我国制造业智能化转型的作用机制。结果表明,总体上老龄化会促进我国制造业智能化转型,同时,人口老龄化还会通过以下路径对制造业智能化发展产生影响:人口老龄化程度的加深将会推动技术创新,从而促进制造业向智能化转型;老年人口的不断增加使得家庭养老负担加重,挤占教育资本投入,进而通过抑制人力资本积累对制造业智能化转型产生不利影响;人口老龄化导致劳动力供给减少,冲击劳动力市场,提高劳动力成本,倒逼制造业进行智能化转型。

Feasibility assessment of up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket treatment of sulfamethoxazole pharmaceutical wastewater

Treatment of sulfamethoxazole pharmaceutical wastewater is a big *** this study,a series of anaerobic evaluation tests on pharmaceutical wastewater from different operating units was conducted to evaluate the feasibility of using anaerobic digestion,and the results indicated that the key refractory factor for anaerobic treatment of this wastewater was the high sulfate concentration.A laboratory-scale up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB)reactor was operated for 195 days to investigate the effects of the influent chemical oxygen demand(COD),organic loading rate(OLR),and COD/SO_(4)^(2-) ratio on the biodegradation of sulfamethoxazole in pharmaceutical wastewater and the process *** electron flow indicated that methanogenesis was still the dominant reaction although sulfidogenesis was enhanced with a stepwise decrease in the influent COD/SO_(4)^(2-) *** the treated sulfamethoxazole pharmaceutical wastewater,a COD of 4983 mg/L(diluted by 50%),OLR of 2.5 kg COD/(m^(3)·d),and COD/SO_(4)^(2-) ratio of more than 5 were suitable for practical *** recovery performance indicated that the system could resume operation quickly even if production was halted for a few days.

To suppress the charge accumulation on the spacer surface in direct current(DC)gas insulated transmission line(GIL)is an important and emergent issue for the development of a clean,safe and economic smart grid.A design method of the DC spacer is proposed,and a spacer prototype is prepared and evaluated both by simulation and type *** DC withstand voltage test and polarity reversal test are performed using the new DC spacer compared with a commercialised 220 kVAC *** simulation results indicate that the surface electric field and surface charge of the DC spacer are lower than those of the alternating current(AC)spacer under DC *** test results verify that the surface flashover voltage of this DC spacer is higher than that of the AC *** potential feasibility of the spacer design for HVDC is *** is hoped that the content of this paper can bring new ideas in the development of HVDC gas insulated equipment.

对灰铸铁、球墨铸铁阶梯试块及超重型数控机床横梁铸件弹性模量及其自身变形量进行了研究。发现:灰铸铁、球墨铸铁的弹性模量至关重要的影响因素是共晶凝固中的冷速,冷速决定着铸铁中石墨大小、粗细以及奥氏体形态大小,由此也决定着弹性模量的高低;同种铸件下,球墨铸铁件自身变形量是灰铸铁件自身变形量的0.5~0.7倍。

介绍了托盘球墨铸铁件的结构及技术要求,阐述了原生产工艺及铸件出现气孔与缩松的位置和特征。分析了托盘产生气孔与缩松缺陷的原因,认为铸型水分过高导致了侵入性气孔缺陷的出现,冷铁使用不合理导致热节处产生了缩松缺陷。通过采取烘烤砂芯和砂型减少水分含量,提高砂型透气性和增加出气,优化冷铁摆放位置和形状以消除热节,增大冒口尺寸以提升液态补缩,提高铁液碳含量来增强自补缩能力等措施,消除了球墨铸铁托盘的气孔和缩松缺陷。验证试验生产的同型号托盘铸件均未产生气孔与缩松缺陷。

3-Epi-betulinic acid 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(eBAG)is a pentacyclic triterpene mainly distributed in food and medicinal plants,which exhibits various pharmacological ***,whether these functions are attributed to eBAG or additional components in these plants remain ***,we report that eBAG exerted an inhibitory activity against hepatocellular carcinoma and esophageal cancer *** induced non-apoptotic cell death in hepatocellular carcinoma *** eBAG-induced cell death was inhibited by knock-down of autophagy related gene(ATG)5 and ATG7,by administration of 3-methyladenine,a selective autophagy inhibitor that suppresses phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K),and by chloroquine,a classic autophagy flux *** demonstrated that eBAG induced an autophagy-mediated cell *** of eBAG mimicked cellular bioenergetics depletion leading to the reduction of intracellular ATP,activation of AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK),and inhibition of ***-treatment with compound C,an AMPK inhibitor,abrogated cell death induced by *** further validated the anti-tumor effect of eBAG in the murine xenograft model of hepatocellular carcinoma and found that eBAG treatment promoted the induction of autophagy and reduction of tumor growth in *** a functional food ingredient,eBAG is a potential therapeutic agent for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma and esophageal cancer.
