Currently,as the electromagnetic(EM)environment becomes increasingly complex,single-function EM materials can hardly resist the increasing electromagnetic interference(EMI),and there is an urgent need to develop multifunctional EM *** this work,multifunctional WSe_(2)/Co_(3)C was prepared by simple hydrothermal *** dielectric performance and EM response were *** absorption,shielding performance,and energy conversion devices were *** tailoring the loading content,WSe_(2)/Co_(3)C can switch between EM absorption and EMI *** maximum shielding effectiveness(SE)of WSe_(2)/Co_(3)C reached 36 dB,and high reflection loss(RL)of-60.28 dB and wide effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)of 6.16 GHz can be obtained at low *** multiple EM attenuation mechanisms brought by the combination of two-dimensional(2D)WSe_(2) and magnetic Co_(3)C are considered to be the main reason for the enhanced EM attenuation *** WSe_(2)/Co_(3)C composite provides a viable candidate for developing multifunctional EM materials in 2–18 GHz.

As a fundamental problem in the field of the network science,the study of topological evolution model is of great significance for revealing the inherent dynamics and mechanisms of complex network *** order to study the influence of different scales of preferential attachment on topological evolution,a topological evolution model based on the attraction of the motif vertex is *** the perspective of network motif,this model proposes the concept of attraction of the motif vertex based on the degree of the motif,quantifies the influence of local structure on the node preferential attachment,and performs the preferential selection of the new link based on the Local World *** simulation experiments show that the model has the small world characteristic apparently,and the clustering coefficient varies with the scale of the local *** degree distribution of the model changes from power-law distribution to exponential distribution with the change of *** some cases,the piecewise power-law distribution is *** addition,the proposed model can present a network with different matching patterns as the parameters change.

The aim of this study is to investigate the impacts of the sampling strategy of landslide and non-landslide on the performance of landslide susceptibility assessment(LSA).The study area is the Feiyun catchment in Wenzhou City,Southeast *** types of landslides samples,combined with seven non-landslide sampling strategies,resulted in a total of 14 *** corresponding landslide susceptibility map(LSM)for each scenario was generated using the random forest *** receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve and statistical indicators were calculated and used to assess the impact of the dataset sampling *** results showed that higher accuracies were achieved when using the landslide core as positive samples,combined with non-landslide sampling from the very low zone or buffer *** results reveal the influence of landslide and non-landslide sampling strategies on the accuracy of LSA,which provides a reference for subsequent researchers aiming to obtain a more reasonable LSM.

High efficiency microwave absorption(MA)materials with tunable electromagnetic(EM)features have been highly ***,it is still a challenge to achieve multi-bands absorption performance by simple optimizing the chemical composition of MA ***,a simple solvothermal method was used to embed magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4) nanodusters on MoS2 nanosheets,in which magnetic nanodusters weme quantitatively customized More importantly,the MA frequency and MA properties of the material are highly tailored,and multi-bands absorption is *** minimum reflection loss(RL)of Fe_(3)O_(4)/MoS_(2) composite reaches-87.24 dB and is about 4 times more than pure MoS_(2) *** effective ab-sorption bandwidth reaches 5.52 GHz(≤-10 dB).These desirable properties result from the introduction of appropriate magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoclusters,which provide optimal synegistic effect of dielectric and magnetic *** result provides a feasible idea for designing high efficiency MA materials with tunable EM features in the future.

A deep-learning-based method,called ConvLSTMP3,is developed to predict the sea surface heights(SSHs).ConvLSTMP3 is data-driven by treating the SSH prediction problem as the one of extracting the spatial-temporal features of SSHs,in which the spatial features are“learned”by convolutional operations while the temporal features are tracked by long short term memory(LSTM).Trained by a reanalysis dataset of the South China Sea(SCS),ConvLSTMP3 is applied to the SSH prediction in a region of the SCS east off Vietnam coast featured with eddied and offshore currents in *** results show that ConvLSTMP3 achieves a good prediction skill with a mean RMSE of 0.057 m and accuracy of 93.4%averaged over a 15-d prediction *** particular,ConvLSTMP3 shows a better performance in predicting the temporal evolution of mesoscale eddies in the region than a full-dynamics ocean *** the much less computation in the prediction required by ConvLSTMP3,our study suggests that the deep learning technique is very useful and effective in the SSH prediction,and could be an alternative way in the operational prediction for ocean environments in the future.

Optimization of modelling strategies for regional landslide susceptibility assessment based on machine learning methods -A viewpoint from the modelling dataset design and partition

The inappropriatemodelling strategies can lead to unsatisfactory prediction results for landslide susceptibility assessment (LSA). The objectivesof this study are to reveal the impact of dataset design value (ratio of negative to positive samples) and partition (ratio of training to testing dataset) on the accuracy of LSA based on different machine learning models. The Yunyang County of the Three Gorges Reservoir area (China) was taken as the study area and 15 conditioning factors were determined. Ten modelling datasets design values (0.125， 0.25， 0.5， 1， 2， 5， 8， 10， 12 and 15) were determined for the ratio of non-landslide and landslide samples， and each modelling dataset was divided into five partitions ((50:50) %， (60:40) %， (70:30) %， (80:20) % and (90:10) %) for the ratio of training and testing datasets. Each scenario was then applied on four machine learning models (Classification and Regression tree (CART)， Bayes Network (BN)， Logistic Regression (LR) and Multilayer Perceptron (MLP)). The optimal parameters of the modelling dataset were obtained by comparing 200 sets of the AUC under different combined scenarios. The results showed that different sampling strategies significantly affect the accuracy of LSA. With increasing of the design values， the AUC of the CART and MLP models first increased and then decreased， peaking at 1 (AUC=0.85 and 0.83)， while the AUC of the BN and LR models remained stable， vary from 0.755 to 0.796. Comparatively， different partitions had less impact on the AUC of various models， AUC vary by around 0.04. The highest prediction accuracy was obtained when the design value was 1 and the partition was (80:20) %. The outcome can provide a guideline for researchers to choose an optimal modelling strategy for LSA in the future.

Controlling the aggregation of small-molecule acceptors(SMAs)is essential to obtain an optimal morphology and to improve the photovoltaic performance of polymer solar cells(PSCs).However,reducing intermolecular aggregation of SMAs is usually accompanied by the disruption of compact molecular packing thereby leading to their decreased electron ***,two novel M-series SMAs(MD1T and MD2T)based on ladder-type heterononacenes with neighboring side-chains separated by one or two thiophene rings are designed and *** is found that shortening the spacing of the neighboring side-chains of the SMAs can greatly alleviate the intermolecular aggregation and alter the molecular orientation from bimodal edge-on/face-on to predominant face-on while maintaining the compact molecular *** a result,a more favorable morphology with smaller domain sizes is formed for the MD1T-based blend films,which greatly improves the charge generation and charge transport for the corresponding *** best-performing MD1T-based device affords an efficiency of 12.43%,over seven times higher than that of the MD2T-based *** work reveals the importance of the spacing between the neighboring side-chains in modulating the molecular aggregation and active layer morphology,and the obtained structure-performance relationships shall provide important guidance for designing highly efficient SMAs.
