Crystalline carbon nitride(CCN)has emerged as a highly promising semiconductor photocatalyst with unique properties,such as enhanced charge migration rate,reduced carrier recombination probability,narrow band gap and improved light-harvesting efficiency,which are suitable for a wide range of applications in solar-to-chemical conversion,energy storage,therapeutic and environmental pollution *** the past few years,there has been an increasing number of reviews on CCN ***,most of these reviews mainly focus on synthesis methods,modification and applications,with less emphasis on the relationship between structures and properties,as well as on indepth exploration of the crystalline *** electronic instability of CCN presents challenges for conventional characterization techniques to directly and thoroughly investigate the relationship between its intrinsic atom structure and photocatalytic *** mini-review not only highlights the progress in CCN-based photocatalysts,with a focus on molten-salt synthesis(including solid-salt-induced crystallization),but also emphasizes the atomic structure characterization by specifically introducing the differential phase contrast(DPC)scanning transmission electron microscopy(STEM)technique,which is essential for enhancing our understanding of the crystal structure and photocatalytic mechanisms of ***,the review outlines the photocatalytic performance and puts forward potential challenges on CCN *** review will provide a clearer understanding of the relationship in developing precise customization strategies for CCN materials and ultimately explain the regularity and specificity of the enhanced performance in targeted photocatalytic systems.

Intramolecular charge transfer(ICT)derived from a donor-acceptor system has been applied for years to enhance the charge mobility in the field of organic photovoltaics and chemical *** strategies have gradually been developed in polymeric graphitic carbon nitride(GCN)photocatalytic systems for promoting the light absorption and charge ***,there are no reviews focusing on the effects of ICT after the modification of GCN so ***,we summarize some typical literature on GCN engineering to expound profoundly the roles of ICT in electronic properties regulation in terms of in-situ formation and molecular *** last,some important perspectives are also *** review will deepen understanding of the traditional theory for a new recognition among such many methods to improve the performance of GCN.

A facile method to introduce a donor-acceptor system into polymeric carbon nitride for efficient photocatalytic overall water splitting

It is a prospective strategy to produce sustainable energy by photocatalytic overall water splitting(POWS).This work aims to develop a simple method for integrating a donor-acceptor system into polymeric car-bon nitride(PCN)structure,which could accelerate the charge separation *** the as-prepared photocatalyst(COCNT),carbon and oxygen were successfully incorporated into the framework of PCN,and the chemical environment of C and O was well probed by X-ray absorption near-edge structure(XANES)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).It showed that the C-containing and O-containing segments of COCNT played the role of a donor,while the heptazine part played the role of an *** addition,Density-functional-theory(DFT)calculations confirmed the spatial split of the highest occupied molec-ular orbital(HOMO)and lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO)for promoting charge ***,COCNT could efficiently split pure water to generate hydrogen and ***,the photo-catalytic hydrogen evolution rate over COCNT(1550.9μmol g^(-1)h^(-1))is about 17-fold higher than that of ***,we proposed a possible photocatalytic mechanism to explain the above results.

Asymptotic Behaviour of Solutions to the Navier-stokes Equations of a Two-dimensional Compressible Flow

In this paper, we are concerned with the asymptotic behaviour of a weak solution to the Navier-Stokes equations for compressible barotropic flow in two space dimensions with the pressure function satisfying p（g） = aglog^d（g） for large g. Here d 〉 2, a 〉 0. We introduce useful tools from the theory of Orlicz spaces and construct a suitable function which approximates the density for time going to infinity. Using properties of this function, we can prove the strong convergence of the density to its limit state. The behaviour of the velocity field and kinetic energy is also briefly discussed.

Shape Optimization in Two-Dimensional Viscous Compressible Fluids

We present a method for solving the optimal shape problems for profiles surrounded by viscous compressible fluids in two space dimensions. The class of admissible profiles is quite general including the minimal volume condition and a constraint on the thickness of the boundary. The fluid flow is modelled by the Navier-Stokes system for a general viscous barotropic fluid with the pressure satisfying p（o） = aQlog^d（o） for large Q. Here d 〉 1 and a 〉 0.

Influence of ground effect on flow field structure and aerodynamic noise of high-speed trains

The simulation of the ground effect has always been a technical difficulty in wind tunnel tests of high-speed *** this paper,large eddy simulation and the curl acoustic integral equation were used to simulate the flow-acoustic field results of high-speed trains under four ground simulation systems(GSSs):“moving ground+rotating wheel”,“stationary ground+rotating wheel”,“moving ground+stationary wheel”,and“stationary ground+stationary wheel”.By comparing the fluid-acoustic field results of the four GSSs,the influence laws of different GSSs on the flow field structure,aero-acoustic source,and far-field radiation noise characteristics were investigated,providing guidance for the acoustic wind tunnel testing of high-speed *** calculation results of the aerodynamic noise of a 350 km/h high-speed train show that the moving ground and rotating wheel affect mainly the aero-acoustic performance under the train *** influence of the rotating wheel on the equivalent sound source power of the whole vehicle was not more than 5%,but that of the moving ground slip was more than 15%.The average influence of the rotating wheel on the sound pressure level radiated by the whole vehicle was 0.3 dBA,while that of the moving ground was 1.8 dBA.
