N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A), the most prevalent and conserved RNA modification in eukaryotic cells, profoundly influences virtually all aspects of mRNA metabolism. mRNA plays crucial roles in neural stem cell genesis and neural regeneration, where it is highly concentrated and actively involved in these processes. Changes in m^(6)A modification levels and the expression levels of related enzymatic proteins can lead to neurological dysfunction and contribute to the development of neurological diseases. Furthermore, the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells, as well as nerve regeneration, are intimately linked to memory function and neurodegenerative diseases. This paper presents a comprehensive review of the roles of m^(6)A in neural stem cell proliferation, differentiation, and self-renewal, as well as its implications in memory and neurodegenerative diseases. m^(6)A has demonstrated divergent effects on the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells. These observed contradictions may arise from the time-specific nature of m^(6)A and its differential impact on neural stem cells across various stages of development. Similarly, the diverse effects of m^(6)A on distinct types of memory could be attributed to the involvement of specific brain regions in memory formation and recall. Inconsistencies in m^(6)A levels across different models of neurodegenerative disease, particularly Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease, suggest that these disparities are linked to variations in the affected brain regions. Notably, the opposing changes in m^(6)A levels observed in Parkinson's disease models exposed to manganese compared to normal Parkinson's disease models further underscore the complexity of m^(6)A's role in neurodegenerative processes. The roles of m^(6)A in neural stem cell proliferation, differentiation, and self-renewal, and its implications in memory and neurodegenerative diseases, appear contradictory. Since the discovery of HfO2-based ferroelectric （FE） materials in 2011,considerable advancements have been made in material preparation,mechanism research,and device realization [1].Consequently,these materials are now regarded as leading candidates for embedded non-volatile memory（eNVM）.Beyond eNVM applications,recent studies have demonstrated that memory devices with antiferroelectric（AFE） films can achieve high response speeds,low latency,and reduced power consumption while maintaining excellent endurance characteristics [2,3].Additionally,the typical double hysteresis loops and multiple non-overlapping polarization current peaks of AFE films offer a novel approach to designing multistate ***,in order to further promote the application of high storage density AFE,an AFRAM electronic design automation （EDA） model must be developed,and it has yet to be proposed.

Three-dimensional fracture of UO2 ceramic pellets by phase field modeling

Fracture is the primary failure type for the UO2ceramic pellets,which are operated under irradiation and thermal processes,and physically confined by the *** this work,by combining closely coupled physical processes of heat conduction,heat transfer,and mechanical deformation with the cohesive phase field framework,we proposed a high-precision modeling of quasistatic cracking of three-dimensional （3D） UO2ceramic fuel pellets under high temperature and *** simulation results agree well with the experimental results,indicating that the proposed method has the potential to capture 3D crack modes in the interested time ***,we studied the relation of the 3D fracture patterns of fuel pellets with the peak power *** was found that the power level plays a critical role in determining the competition between radial and circumferential cracks,as well as transverse penetrating cracks.

Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)have dominated the portable electronic and electrochemical energy markets since their commercialisation,whose high cost and lithium scarcity have prompted the development of other alkali-ion batteries(AIBs)including sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)and potassium-ion batteries(PIBs).Owing to larger ion sizes of Na^(+)and K^(+)compared with Li^(+),nanocomposites with excellent crystallinity orientation and well-developed porosity show unprecedented potential for advanced lithium/sodium/potassium *** enticing open rigid framework structures,Prussian blue analogues(PBAs)remain promising self-sacrificial templates for the preparation of various nanocomposites,whose appeal originates from the well-retained porous structures and exceptional electrochemical activities after thermal *** review focuses on the recent progress of PBA-derived nanocomposites from their fabrication,lithium/sodium/potassium storage mechanism,and applications in AIBs(LIBs,SIBs,and PIBs).To distinguish various PBA derivatives,the working mechanism and applications of PBA-templated metal oxides,metal chalcogenides,metal phosphides,and other nanocomposites are systematically evaluated,facilitating the establishment of a structure–activity correlation for these *** on the fruitful achievements of PBA-derived nanocomposites,perspectives for their future development are envisioned,aiming to narrow down the gap between laboratory study and industrial reality.

Insight Into the Separation-of-Variable Methods for the Closed-Form Solutions of Free Vibration of Rectangular Thin Plates

The separation-of-variable(SOV)methods,such as the improved SOV method,the variational SOV method,and the extended SOV method,have been proposed by the present authors and coworkers to obtain the closed-form analytical solutions for free vibration and eigenbuckling of rectangular plates and circular cylindrical *** taking the free vibration of rectangular thin plates as an example,this work presents the theoretical framework of the SOV methods in an instructive way,and the bisection–based solution procedures for a group of nonlinear eigenvalue ***,the explicit equations of nodal lines of the SOV methods are presented,and the relations of nodal line patterns and frequency orders are *** is concluded that the highly accurate SOV methods have the same accuracy for all frequencies,the mode shapes about repeated frequencies can also be precisely captured,and the SOV methods do not have the problem of missing roots as well.

Multivariate synergy for heightening ionic HOF robustness and proton conductivity

Multicomponent crystalline materials construct more complex and diversified structures with different combinations and modes,which expands the material structure space and application *** this work,we have successfully synthesized two twocomponent ionic hydrogen-bonded organic frameworks （iHOF-32 and iHOF-33） and a three-component iHOF （iHOF-34）.Guanidine hydrochloride which is rich in N and H and has a short chain length strengthens the hydrogen bonding network of iHOF,thereby aiding in the efficient migration of *** rigid architecture of 1,1'-diamino-4,4'-bipyridine diiodide furnishes additional scaffolding for the iHOFs and enhances its robustness under harsh ***-34 accomplishes the combination of the ultra-high proton conductivity of iHOF-32 and the robustness of iHOF-33 by the synergistic interaction among the three components of *** addition,iHOF-34 was fabricated as a composite membrane with a peak proton conductivity of 1.55×10-1S cm-1,which is 3.8 times higher than that of recast Nafion,and has extensive potential in fuel *** self-assembly strategy of multicomponent HOFs opens up new avenues for constructing diverse structures while promising new opportunities for applications in the fields of proton conduction and energy storage.

Drone-YOLOv7: small target detection in UAV remote sensing images using YOLOv7-tiny with dynamic head

In the task of detecting targets in unmanned aerial vehicles （UAVs） aerial images， the challenge arises from small size and wide scale span of targets， making their location， extraction and feature distinction difficult. Similar categories are susceptible to confusion. To address these issues， an improved YOLOv7-tiny aerial detection algorithm is proposed. Firstly， to improve the identification of small targets， a small target detection layer is added while removing the maximum target detection layer to enhance the localization ability of small targets and make the model lightweight. Secondly， a CBAM （Convolutional Block Attention Module） attention mechanism is incorporated at the connection between the backbone and neck to focus on the target area and eliminate interference. Additionally， to further enhance the classification and location capabilities of the targets， the detection head is replaced with a dynamic head （DYHead） with a unified channel number to fuse scale， space and task awareness in a single module. Finally， to overcome the difficulty of extracting features， the neck is replaced with a CS-FPN （Cross-Scale Feature Pyramid Network） structure with cross-scale connections to amplify feature fusion. Comparative experiments on the VisDrone2021 dataset show that the proposed model can improve mAP50and mAP0.5:0.95by 8.3% and 6.1%， respectively， compared to the original YOLOv7-tiny model， and significant improvements are also observed on CARPK and SeaDronesSee datasets.

Sky location of massive black hole binaries in the foreground of Galactic white dwarf binaries

For space-based gravitational wave （GW） detection,the main noise source for massive black hole binaries （MBHBs） is attributed to approximately 10～7double white dwarf binaries in the *** a GW source,the amplitude of the detector response,recorded by a space-based gravitational wave detector,exhibits a modulation effect with a year period when observing the source from various orbital *** the adverse conditions mentioned above,where there is a strong foreground noise and annual modulation in the signals,we employed the wavelet transform and the strong-amplitude relevant orbital position search methods,which allows the weak MBHB sources to achieve higher locating *** detail,for two MBHB sources of lower intensity,the precision of luminosity distance,represented by the ratio ?DL/DLat the 95%confidence level,is enhanced by factors of ～*** angular resolutions,denoted by??s,are enhanced by a factor of ～*** improvements increase the number of detectable GW sources,facilitate multi-messenger follow-up observations and provide constraints on the cosmological constant.

Dual modulation of homogeneous nanomaterialization and electrochemical activation enhancing zinc ion storage

Vanadium-based electrode materials are widely investigated,but the low specific capacity and slow electrochemical kinetics in aqueous zinc-ion batteries still limit their commercial ***,the VS2/Ca V4O9material with the morphology of nanoflower was synthesized by a one-step hydrothermal *** to the blocky structure of pure VS2material,the VS2/Ca V4O9material is composed of thinner homogeneous *** open structures could provide abundant electrochemical active sites and ion transport channels,and then promote the electrochemical reaction *** addition,they can also buffer the bulk strain during the reaction *** improve the utilization of vanadium elements,an in-situ electrochemical activation strategy is used to explore the storage performance of the VS2/Ca V4O9material,the different activation voltage range of 0.4–1.6 and 0.4–1.4 V are selected,*** with the longer activation plateau of activated-VS2,the VS2/Ca V4O9cathode could quickly reach the activation state in the range of 1.4–1.6 V and cause the release of additional Zn storage sites *** VS2/Ca V4O9cathode delivers a higher power density of 37,000 W kg-1and a significant energy density of 423 Wh *** the high current density of 15 A g-1,the VS2/Ca V4O9cathode still has a discharge capacity of 183.9m Ah g-1after 5,000 cycles,and the capacity decay rate per cycle is only 0.0042%.Continuous cyclic voltammetry （CV） curves,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy （EIS） measurements,density functional theory （DFT） calculation and galvanostatic intermittent titration technique （GITT） measurements demonstrate that the VS2/Ca V4O9cathode has a faster ion diffusion/charge transfer ***,the assembled flexible device has an excellent mechanical stability.

Efficient photocatalytic reduction of CO2 to formate by a molecular noble metal-free system

Reducing CO2to carbon-neutral solar fuels can not only alleviate the energy demand but also mitigate the greenhouse *** present,developing an efficient non-noble metal photo/electrocatalytic system for converting CO2to a specific product beyond CO is still a big ***,we report a new cobalt complex bearing 2,2′-bi-1,10-phenanthroline ligand that can photocatalytically reduce CO2to formate （HCOO-）.Turnover number （TON） for HCOO-up to 677 with 99%selectivity can be achieved using organic dyes purpurin as photosensitizer and 1,3-dimethyl-2-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-benzo[d]imidazole （BIH） as sacrificial reductant in a CO2-saturated NMP/TEA （v/v,3:1） solution under visible light *** potential electrolysis at-1.41 V （***/Ag Cl） in the presence of 12 m M Et3NHBF4also produced HCOO-with Faradaic efficiency of 39%.Spectroscopic and electrochemical studies suggest that a[CoI-H]species is the key intermediate for CO2reduction.
