Bimetal nickel–cobalt phosphide directly grown on commercial graphite substrate by the one-step electrodeposition as efficient electrocatalytic electrode

It is challenging to find a method to obtain a catalyst with low cost and efficient multifunctional ***, in order to obtain the electrode with high-performance water splitting and non-enzymatic glucose detection, the commercial graphite sheet(GS) with excellent durability and electroconductivity was used as substrate material, and the non-noble ternary component Ni–Co–P catalyst with hierarchical architecture was fabricated on GS via a co-electrodeposition. The catalyst only required low overpotentials of 44.6, 76.5 and 49 m V to drive the current density of 10 m A cmalongside with the smaller Tafel slopes of 39.2, 44.8 and 112 m V decfor hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) in 1.0 M KOH, 0.5 M HSOand 1.0 M PBS solution,respectively. For oxygen evolution reaction(OER), the catalyst demonstrated a low overpotential of 304 m V to achieve the current density of 20 m A cmwith excellent Tafel slope of 89.8 m V decin alkaline ***, the Ni–Co–P/GS electrode serving as non-enzymatic glucose sensor exhibited the superior electrocatalytic activity with an ultrahigh sensitivity of 7400 μA m Mcm, low detection limit of 0.425 μM(S/N = 3), and wide linear range(1–1200 μM).

黄土区地铁暗挖隧道密贴下穿既有车站变形控制措施研究

针对黄土地区新建地铁暗挖隧道密贴下穿既有车站，引起车站沉降过大的问题，依托西安地铁8号线密贴下穿2号线会展中心站工程，采用数值模拟与现场监测的方式，分析下穿施工时各项控制措施对既有车站变形的控制效果，给出了黄土区暗挖隧道密贴下穿既有车站施工参数建议值。研究结果表明：密贴下穿时，施工工法和开挖进尺对车站变形控制效果较为关键，施工工法从上下台阶法调整为现场CRD法后，车站最大沉降减少50%；开挖进尺从1.5 m调整为0.5 m后，车站最大沉降减少30%。上下导洞错距和临时钢支撑架设对车站变形控制效果较弱，可依据工程地质与现场监测情况进行适当调整。依托工程采用现场CRD法+0.5 m开挖进尺+5 m单侧洞室上下导洞错距+5 m间距临时钢支撑施工方案，现场监测数据与数值计算得到的变形规律基本相同，车站侧墙、道床与轨道最大沉降分别为–3.76、–2.91、–2.51 mm，变形缝处最大差异沉降为3.54 mm，均符合车站变形控制标准要求。

Microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of a new Al-Cu-Li-X alloy at different solution temperatures

The micros tructural evolution and mechanical properties of a new Al-3.8 Cu-1.2 Li-0.4 Mg-0.4 Zn-0.4 Ag-0.3 Mn-X alloy treated at different solution temperatures were *** grain size was measured in optical micrograph(OM).The residual particles and the major precipitates were identified by electron probe microanalysis(EPMA),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscope(TEM),*** results show that the peak strength appears at 530℃/1 h+T6(165℃/20 h) and the values are 566.2 MPa(tensile strength) and 538.2 MPa(yield strength) with the elongation of 6.5 %.The strength of the alloy increases rapidly with the amount of the precipitates T1 and θ’ increasing when the solution temperature is530℃.The increase in density of precipitates is resulted from the residual particles Al2 Cu,and particles enriched with Cu,Mg,Zr and Ag dissolve into matrix gradually with the solution temperature ***,the number of precipitates decreases and part of the grain boundary weakens with a further increase in solution temperature from 540 to 550℃,leading to a decline of strength.

Control on the Morphology of ABA Amphiphilic Triblock Copolymer Micelles in Dioxane/Water Mixture Solvent

This work offers a typical understanding of the factors that govern the nanostructures of poly（4-vinyl pyridine）-b-polystyrene-bpoly（4-vinyl pyridine）（P4 VP-b-PS-b-P4 VP） block copolymers（BCs） in dioxane/water, in which water is a selective solvent for the P4 VP block. It is achieved through an investigation of the amphiphilic triblock copolymer micelles by variation of three different factors, including water content（above CWC but under the immobile concentration）, temperature（ranging from 20 °C to 80 °C）, and copolymer composition（low and high PS block length）. Transition of bead-like micelles to vesicles is observed with the increase of water content due to the increase of interfacial energy between the copolymer and the solvent. Effect of temperature superposed on that of water content results in various morphologies, such as beads, fibers, rods, capsules, toroids, lamellae, and vesicles. The interfacial tension between the BC and the solvent increases with the increase of water content but decreases with the increase of temperature, indicating that the micellar morphologies are resulted from the competitive interplay between the temperature and the water content and always change in a direction that decreases the interfacial energy. Based on the micellar structures obtained in this work and the effects of temperature superposed on water concentration, a diagram of phase evolution of different micellar morphologies is illustrated here, covering the temperature range from 20 °C to 80 °C and the water content changing from 20 vol% to 35 vol%. For the investigation of BC composition, morphological transition of vesicle-to-fiber, for high PS length, is observed as compared with bead-to-capsule for low PS length, as the temperature changes from 20 °C to 80 °C. Our research complements the protocols to control over the morphologies and the phase diagram describing P4 VP-b-PS-b-P4 VP micellar nanostructures in aqueous solution.

Immune-adjuvant loaded Bi2Se3 nanocage for photothermal-improved PD-L1 checkpoint blockade immune-tumor metastasis therapy

Checkpoint blockade based immune therapy has shown to be effective but benefit only the minority of patients whose tumors have been pre-infiltrated by T cells. To overcome this obstacles, a PEG-modified Bi2Se3 nanocage (NC) loaded with imiquimod (R848), which could efficiently destroy the tumors thus producing enough tumor-associated antigens (TAA) and with the existence of R848, a toll-like-receptor-7 agonist, could generate strong anti-cancer immune responses is reported in this study. Moreover, immunogenic Bi2Se3 NC-PEG/R848 mediated photothermal therapy (PTT) sensitizes tumors to checkpoint inhibition mediated by a PD-L1 antibody, not only ablating cancer cells upon NIR laser but also causing strong anti-cancer immunity to suppress distant tumor growth post PTT. Both in vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrate that the Bi2Se3 NC-PEG/R848 could effectively activate a PTT-induced immune response as well as silence immune resistance based on PD-L1 checkpoint blockade to ablate the primary tumor and further inhibit the tumor metastasis. Bi2Se3 NC reported here exhibits high photothermal conversion efficiency and stability, as well as competent drug loading capacity with large hollow structures and high surface area. Our study not only provides a facial way to synthesize Bi2Se3 NC, but also offers an alternative strategy for tumor metastasis.

日本食品废物不同资源化技术下的碳排放比较研究

应用生命周期评价法(LCA),采用日本农林水产省和环境省的调查数据和统计数据,对不同资源化技术处理食品废物碳排放进行评价.10种资源化技术相比于3种非资源化(主要是焚烧)技术的结果表明,食品废物生命周期各阶段碳排放最多的是预处理+处理阶段,约占85%;最少的是回收阶段,可抵消部分排放.此外,全生命周期总排放,甲烷化(循环消化液)是最有利于温室气体减排的技术,可减排380.6kg CO_(2)e/t,通过调节参数核算日本城市生活垃圾的减排潜力每年约为5586万tCO_(2)e.甲烷化(单纯)、肥料化均减少温室气体排放,并且前者减排效果优于后者.而废物固形燃料(RDF)、甲烷化(与地下水混合)、饲料化(液化)、甲烷化(混合焚烧)、碳化、乙醇化、饲料化(额外干燥)与发电焚烧、无发电焚烧、焚烧可燃垃圾(无发电)依次增加了温室气体的排放.不考虑再生品的异地运输,则甲烷化(与地下水混发电焚烧合)相比饲料化(液化)产生更少的温室气体排放,其他次序按照技术的优劣性保持不变.

Polymer light-emitting devices based on europium(Ⅲ) complex with 11-bromo-dipyrido[3,2-a:2′,3′-c]phenazine

Polymer light-emitting diodes(PLEDs) containing Eu(DBM)3(Br DPPz)(DBM is dibenzoylmethane, and Br DPPz is 11- bromo-dipyrido[3,2-a:2′,3′-c]phenazine) doped in a blend of poly(9,9-dioctylfluorene)(PFO) and 2-tert-butylphenyl-5- biphenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole(PBD) as the host matrix were reported. Eu(DBM)3(Br DPPz) exhibited high thermal stability and intense UV-Vis absorption. Narrow-bandwidth red emission at 612 nm with a full width at half-maximum(FWHM) of 14.0 nm was observed from Eu(DBM)3(Br DPPz) in these double-layered PLEDs at dopant concentrations from 1 wt% to 8 wt%. For the PLED containing 1 wt% Eu(DBM)3(Br DPPz), a maximum luminance of 829 cd/m2 at 153.5 m A/cm2, highest external quantum efficiency of 1.70% at 2.1 m A/cm2 and maximum luminance of 0.74 cd/A at 4.31 m A/cm2 were obtained.

Sulfur speciation and bioaccumulation in camphor tree leaves as atmospheric sulfur indicator analyzed by synchrotron radiation XRF and XANES

Analyzing and understanding the effects of ambient pollution on plants is getting more and more attention as a topic of environmental biology.A method based on synchrotron radiation X-ray fluorescence and X-ray absorption near edge structure spectroscopy was established to analyze the sulfur concentration and speciation in mature camphor tree leaves （CTLs）,which were sampled from 5 local fields in Shanghai,*** SO2 concentration,SO42-concentration in atmospheric particulate,SO42-and sulfur concentration in soil were also analyzed to explore the relationship between ambient sulfur sources and the sulfur nutrient cycling in *** sulfur concentration in mature camphor tree leaves was 766-1704 mg/*** mainly detected sulfur states and their corresponding compounds were ＋6 （sulfate,include inorganic sulfate and organic sulfate）,＋5.2 （sulfonate）,＋2.2 （suloxides）,＋0.6 （thiols and thiothers）,＋0.2 （organic sulfides）.Total sulfur concentration was strongly correlated with sulfate proportion with a linear correlation coefficient up to 0.977,which suggested that sulfur accumulated in CTLs as sulfate *** sulfur compounds （organic sulfides,thiols,thioethers,sulfoxide and sulfonate） assimilation was sufficed to meet the nutrient requirement for growth at a balanced level around 526 mg/*** sulfate accumulation mainly caused by atmospheric sulfur pollution such as SO2 and airborne sulfate particulate instead of soil *** urban to suburb place,sulfate in mature CTLs decreased as the atmospheric sulfur pollution reduced,but a dramatic increase presented near the seashore,where the marine sulfate emission and maritime activity pollution were *** sulfur concentration and speciation in mature CTLs effectively represented the long-term biological accumulation of atmospheric sulfur pollution in local environment.
