Hydroxychloroquine(HCQ)is widely used in the treatment of autoimmune disorders such as systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)and rheumatoid arthritis,and in recent years it has also been used in diseases such as cancer,neurodegenerative diseases,metabolic diseases,and microbial infections.(1)Due to the complex pharmacokinetic characteristics of HCQ,overdose or long-term use of the drug will lead to accumulation in the tissue of organism,and severe HCQ-related retinal toxicity may occur.A cohort study in America showes that after 10 and 15 years of HCQ use,the incidence of HCQ retinopathy will be 2.5%and 8.6%,respectively.(2)The clinical manifestations of HCQ retinopathy are various,mainly photoreceptor and retinal pigment epithelium(RPE)defects,some combined with cystoid macular edema(CME),and ireversible central vision loss.

To identify the root causes of heavy metal contamination in soils as well as prevent and control such contamination from its sources,this study explored the accumulation patterns and ecological risks of heavy metals like Cd and Pb in solid waste in mining areas and across the water body,sediment,soil and agricultural product ecosystem surrounding the mining *** on the residual solid waste samples in lead-zinc deposits in a certain area of Guizhou Province,along with samples of topsoils,irrigation water,river sediments,and crops from surrounding *** study analyzed the distributions of eight heavy metals,i.e.,Cd,As,Cr,Hg,Pb,Zn,Cu,and Ni,in the samples through field surveys and sample ***,this study assessed the contamination levels and ecological risks of heavy metals in soils,sediments,and agricultural products using methods such as the single-factor index,Nemerow composite index,and potential ecological risk *** results indicate that heavy metals in the solid waste samples all exhibited concentrations exceeding their risk screening values,with 60%greater than their risk intervention *** soils and sediments demonstrate slight and moderate comprehensive ecological risks of heavy *** single-factor potential ecological risks of heavy metals in both the soil and sediment samples decreased in the order of Hg,Cd,Pb,As,Cu,Zn,Cr,and Ni,suggesting the same sources of heavy metals in the soils and *** of the agricultural product samples exhibited over-limit concentrations of heavy metals dominated by Cd,Pb,Ni,and Cr,excluding Hg and *** agricultural product assessment using the Nemerow composite index reveals that 35%of the agricultural product samples reached the heavy metal contamination level,implying that the agricultural products from farmland around the solid waste dumps have been contaminated with heavy *** eight heavy metals in the soil,sediment,and agricultural product samples manifested hig

The essential photoprotective role of proton gradient regulation 5(PGR5)-dependent cyclic electron flow(CEF)has been reported in Arabidopsis,rice,and ***,its functional assessment has not been performed in tomato *** this study,we focused on elucidate the function of SlPGR5 and SlPGR5-like photosynthetic phenotype 1(PGRL1)in *** performed RNA interference and found that SlPGR5/SlPGRL1-suppressed transformants exhibited extremely low CO_(2)assimilation capacity,their photosystem I(PSI)and PSII were severely photoinhibited and chloroplasts were obviously *** SlPGR5/SlPGRL1-suppressed plants almost completely inhibited CEF and Y(ND),and PSII photoinhibition may be directly related to the inability to produce sufficient proton motive force to induce *** transgenic plants overexpressing SlPGR5 and SlPGRL1 driven by 35S promoter capable alleviate photoinhibition of plants under low night *** transcriptomic and proteomic analyses suggested that the nuclear gene transcription and turnover of chloroplast proteins,including the plastoglobule-related proteins,were closely related to SlPGR5/SlPGRL1 pathway dependent *** bridge relationship between CEF and chloroplast quality maintenance was a novel report to our *** conclusion,these results revealed the regulatory mechanism of the SlPGR5/SlPGRL1 pathway in photoprotection and maintenance of chloroplast function in tomato,which is crucial for reduce yield loss,especially under adverse environmental conditions.

The growth of dendrites and the side reactions occurring at the Zn anode pose significant challenges to the commercialization of aqueous Zn-ion batteries(AZIBs). These challenges arise from the inherent conflict between mass transfer and electrochemical kinetics. In this study, we propose the use of a multifunctional electrolyte additive based on the xylose(Xylo) molecule to address these issues by modulating the solvation structure and electrode/electrolyte interface, thereby stabilizing the Zn anode. The introduction of the additive alters the solvation structure, creating steric hindrance that impedes charge transfer and then reduces electrochemical kinetics. Furthermore, in-situ analyses demonstrate that the reconstructed electrode/electrolyte interface facilitates stable and rapid Zn^(2+)ion migration and suppresses corrosion and hydrogen evolution reactions. As a result, symmetric cells incorporating the Xylo additive exhibit significantly enhanced reversibility during the Zn plating/stripping process, with an impressively long lifespan of up to 1986 h, compared to cells using pure ZnSO4electrolyte. When combined with a polyaniline cathode, the full cells demonstrate improved capacity and long-term cyclic stability. This work offers an effective direction for improving the stability of Zn anode via electrolyte design, as well as highperformance AZIBs.

Autonomous decision-making is crucial for aircraft to achieve quick victories in diverse scenarios. Based on a 6-degree-of-freedom aircraft model, this paper proposes a decoupled guidance and control theory for autonomous aircraft maneuvering, distinguishing between close and long-range engagements. We introduce a method for heading attitude control to enhance stability during close-range interactions and a speed-based adaptive grid model for precise waypoint control in mid-to-long-range engagements. The paper transforms dynamic aircraft interactions into a Markov decision process and presents a hybrid discrete and continuous action reinforcement learning approach. This unified learning framework offers enhanced generalization and learning speed for dynamic aircraft adversarial processes. Experimental results indicate that in a symmetric environment, our approach rapidly achieves Nash equilibrium, securing over a 10% advantage. In unmanned aerial aircraft game control with higher maneuverability, the probability of gaining a situational advantage increases by more than 40%. Compared to similar methods, our approach demonstrates superior effectiveness in decision optimization and adversarial success ***, we validate the algorithm's robustness and adaptability in an asymmetric environment, showcasing its promising application potential in collaborative control of aircraft clusters.

MXenes obtained significant attention in the field of energy storage devices due to their characteristic layered structure,modifiable surface functional groups,large electrochemically active surface,and regulable interlayer ***,the self-restacking and sluggish ions diffusion kinetics performance of MXenes during the alkali metal ions insertion/extraction process severely impedes their cycle stability and rate *** paper proposes an aniline molecule welding strategy for welding p-phenylenediamine（PPDA） into the interlayers of Ti2C through a dehydration condensation *** welded PPDA molecules can contribute pillar effect to the layered structure of *** pillar effect effectively maintains the structural stability during the sodium ions insertion/extraction process and effectively expands the interlayer spacing of Ti2C from 1.16 to 1.38 nm,thereby enhancing ions diffusion kinetics performance and improving the long-term cycle *** Ti2C-PPDA demonstrates outstanding Na+storage capability,exhibiting a specific capacity of 100.2 mAh·g-1at a current density of 0.1 A·g-1over 960 cycles and delivering a remarkable rate capability 81.2 mAh·g-1at a current density of 5 A·*** study demonstrates that expanding interlayer spacing is a promising strategy to enhance the Na+storage capacity and improve long-term cycling stability,which provides significant guidance for the design of two-dimensional Na+storage materials with high-rate capability and cycle stability.

This paper introduces a method for modeling the entire aggregated electric vehicle(EV)charging process and analyzing its dispatchable *** methodology involves developing a model for aggregated EV charging at the charging station level,estimating its physical dispatchable capability,determining its economic dispatchable capability under economic incentives,modeling its participation in the grid,and investigating the effects of different scenarios and EV penetration on the aggregated load dispatch and dispatchable *** results indicate that using economic dispatchable capability reduces charging prices by 9.7%compared to physical dispatchable capability and 9.3%compared to disorderly ***,the peak-to-valley difference is reduced by 64.6%when applying economic dispatchable capability with 20%EV penetration and residential base load,compared to disorderly charging.

Reference crop evapotranspiration(ET_(0)) is essential for determining crop water requirements and developing irrigation *** this study,ET_(0) was calculated via the FAO-56 Penman-Monteith model,and the spatiotemporal variations in ET_(0) over China from 1960 to 2019 were *** then quantified the contributions of five driving factors(air temperature,wind speed,relative humidity,sunshine hours,and CO_(2) concentration)to the ET_(0) trends via a detrending *** results revealed that nationwide ET_(0) showed no significant(p>0.05)decreasing trend from 1960 to 2019,with a trend of−8.56×10^(−2)mm a^(−2).The average temperature and wind speed were identified as the dominant factors affecting ET_(0)trends at the national *** contributions of the driving factors to the ET_(0) trends were ranked in the following order:average temperature(21.3%)>wind speed(−15.63%)>sunshine hours(−11.99%)>CO_(2) concentration(6.36%)>relative humidity(3.58%).Spatially,the dominant factors influencing the ET_(0) trends varied *** the southeastern region,average temperature and sunshine hours dominated the trends of ET_(0),whereas wind speed and average temperature were the dominant factors in the northwestern *** findings provide valuable insights into the dominant factors affecting ET_(0)trends in China and highlight the importance of considering different driving factors in calculating crop water requirements.

Deep coal-energy mining frequently results in microseismic(MS)events,which may be a precursor to the risk of rockbursts and pose risks to human safety and ***,quantitatively predicting the time,energy,and location(TEL)of future MS events is crucial for understanding and preventing potential catastrophic *** this study,we introduced the application of spatiotemporal graph convolutional networks(STGCN)to predict the TEL of MS events induced by deep coal-energy ***,this was the first application of graph convolution networks(GCNs)in the spatiotemporal prediction of MS *** adjacency matrices of the sensor networks were determined based on the distance between MS sensors,the sensor network graphs we constructed,and GCN was employed to extract the spatiotemporal details of the *** model is simple and *** testing the model with on-site MS monitoring data,our results demonstrated promising efficacy in predicting the TEL of MS events,with the cosine similarity(C)above 0.90 and the mean relative error(MRE)below *** is critical to improving the safety and operational efficiency of deep coal-energy mining.
