Effect of the Retarder on Initial Hydration and Mechanical Properties of the"one-step"Alkaliactivated Composite Cementitious Materials

This paper studied the effects of different retarders on the performance of the"one-step"alkali-activated composite cementitious material(ACCM)which is composed of ground granulated blast slag(GGBS)and fly ash(FA),and analyzed its mechanical properties,hydration mechanism,and retardation *** effects of retarders on the hydration products,mechanical properties,and hydration kinetics of ACCM were investigated using XRD,SEM,FTIR,EDS,and thermoactive *** results showed that Na_(2)B_(4)O_(7)·10H_(2)O(B)delayed the exotherm during the alkali activation process and could effectively delay the setting time of ACCM,but the mechanical properties were slightly *** setting time of ACCM increased with the increase in SG content,but the mechanical properties of ACCM decreased with the increase in SG content.C1_(2)H_(22)O_(11)(CHO)could effectively delay the hydration reaction of ACCM and weakly enhanced the compressive strength.H_(3)PO_(4)(HP)at a concentration of 0.05 mol/L had a certain effect on ACCM retardation,but HP at a concentration of 0.07 and 0.09 mol/L had an effect of promoting the setting and hardening time of ACCM.

SEMA7A belongs to the Semaphorin family and is involved in the oncogenesis and tumor *** glycosylation has been intricately linked with immune escape and tumor ***7A is a highly glycosylated protein with five glycosylated *** underlying mechanisms of SEMA7A glycosylation and its contribution to immunosuppression and tumorigenesis are ***,we identify overexpression and aberrant N-glycosylation of SEMA7A in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,and elucidate fucosyltransferase FUT8 catalyzes aberrant core fucosylation in SEMA7A at N-linked oligosaccharides(Asn 105,157,258,330,and 602)via a direct protein‒protein interaction.A glycosylated statue of SEMA7A is necessary for its intra-cellular trafficking from the cytoplasm to the *** EGF triggers SEMA7A N-glycosylation through increasing the binding affinity of SEMA7A toward FUT8,whereas TGF-β1 promotes abnormal glycosylation of SEMA7A via induction of epithelial–mesenchymal *** N-glycosylation of SEMA7A leads to the differentiation of CD8^(+)T cells along a trajectory toward an exhausted state,thus shaping an immunosuppressive microenvironment and being resistant immunogenic cell *** of SEMA7A significantly improves the clinical outcome of EGFR-targeted and anti-PD-L1-based ***,we also define RBM4,a splice regulator,as a downstream effector of glycosylated SEMA7A and a pivotal mediator of PD-L1 alternative *** findings suggest that targeting FUT8-SEMA7A axis might be a promising strategy for improving antitumor responses in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma patients.

Radiative cooling coatings are widely used owing to their excellent cooling performance and energy ***,there is a lack of comprehensive research on their weather resistance,long-term performance and effects on building *** fill this research gap,seven coatings were selected for experimental observation and simulation *** results revealed noticeable differences among different coatings regarding anti-aging properties,cooling performance and building load *** coatings exhibited yellowing,cracking and peeling after weathering tests,accompanied by a decline in their radiative ***-term tests showed that the cooling performance of all coatings gradually decreased due to natural aging,and the rate of decline was proportional to the weathering of the *** load simulations revealed the potential effect of coating selection on cooling and heating loads,thereby suggesting that different coatings should be selected based on actual usage scenarios in different climatic zones.

区块链技术作为一种去中心化的分布式账本技术,具有防止证据篡改,实现证据可追溯性的特点,有力契合了公安机关取证工作的需要。本文通过对公安机关应用区块链电子技术的实践价值和理论风险的分析,论证了区块链取证和区块链存证所面临的实践问题。以实际案例探讨区块链电子取证技术的可行路径,构想了公安机关区块链电子取证平台方案,并结合平台建设和运营中的关键技术和难点问题,提出具体的应用场景方案和推广建议。针对上链前、上链中、上链后的取证核心程序,归纳以“技术自证”为核心的电子数据证据鉴真规则,补齐“技治主义”治理规则,制定电子数据的非法证据排除规则,构建去中心化的“司法+联盟链”办案系统。

新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)后神经系统修复尚无特效疗法,是医学界研究的难点与热点。自噬作为一种细胞自我修复机制,在不同阶段通过不同的信号途径发挥作用,但其在HIBD不同阶段的具体作用和机制尚未完全阐明。本文回顾了近些年有关自噬在新生儿期HIBD不同阶段的研究结果:在缺氧缺血的急性期,自噬活性明显增加,其保护或损伤作用仍存在争议;而在亚急性及慢性期,自噬可能对神经元存在促死亡和神经修复双重作用;在后遗症期,自噬相关研究尚不充分,但脑瘫患儿自噬相关基因(ATG)的表达水平揭示了自噬在HIBD后的正反两面性。从整体研究来看,适度的自噬水平有助于清除受损组分和毒性蛋白,发挥神经保护作用。进一步研究自噬在HIBD中的作用和机制,将有助于开发基于自噬的HIBD防治策略,提高患儿的生存率和生活质量。

Preparation of Manganese Oxide and Its Adsorption Properties

The in-situ oxidation of manganese sulfate solution with H2O_(2),sodium hypochlorite,potassium permanganate and oxygen as oxidants was investigated by means of SEM,EDS,XRD,BET and infrared analysis,and the effects of different oxidants on the morphology,phase composition,surface properties and specific surface area of manganese oxides were *** experimental results show that the diameter of manganese oxide particles prepared with H_(2)O_(2)is the smallest,about 50 nm,and the specific surface area is the largest,63.8764 m^(2)/*** has the advantages of abundant surface hydroxyl groups,no introduction of other impurities and large adsorption *** is most suitable to be used as an oxidant for oxidizing manganese sulfate solution to prepare manganese oxide by in-situ *** manganese oxide prepard by H_(2)O_(2)in-situ oxidation method is used as adsorbent to adsorb cobalt and nickel impurities in manganese *** the reaction pH is 6,the reaction time is 30min and the amount of adsorbent is 1.0 g,the adsorption rates of cobalt and nickel impurities in 100ml manganese sulfate solution are 97.59%and 97.67%,*** residual amounts of cobalt and nickel meet the industrial process standard of first-class products(Co,Ni w/%≤0.005)of high-purity manganese sulfate(Hg/t4823-2015)for *** study plays a guiding role in the preparation and regulation of manganese oxide,and provides a new method with high efficiency,purity and adsorbent availability for the preparation of high-purity manganese sulfate solution.

随着文旅行业持续发展,网络评论文本成为影响大众选择出游景点的重要因素。采用文本分析方法对携程网中成都大熊猫繁育研究基地的旅游者评论文本进行研究。使用ROST ContentMining6和UCINET 6软件,对旅游者网络评论进行语义网络分析、中心性分析与情感分析。研究发现:社会语义网络分析“熊猫”“花花”构成一级核心高频词,“排队”“可爱”“成都”为二级核心词汇,且与一级词汇互相关联;旅游者积极情绪占比达75.15%,中性情绪占比为12.13%,消极情绪为12.72%。
