To study the influence of aging heat treatments on the microstructure of single crystal superalloys with high content of refractory elements and optimal the aging heat treatment regimes, a single crystal superalloy containing 22 wt% refractory elements was *** show that for the experimental alloy, even the homogenization-solution heat treatment for 25 h cannot homogenize the alloying elements completely. During primary aging heat treatment, γ＇ phase grows larger and turns to regular cubes. Higher aging temperature induces larger γ＇ cubes. For specimens with primary aging heat treated at 1120 ℃,γ＇ morphology does not change apparently during secondary aging heat treatment. For specimens with primary aging heat treatment at 1150 ℃,γ＇phase in interdendrite grows obviously comparing with that in dendrites. By analyzing the precipitating kinetics of γ＇phase, it is found that owning to the dendrite segregation and different aging heat treatment temperatures, γ＇ phase at different regions grows under the control of different factors at different aging heat treatment stages. The two controlling factors that are driving forces of phase transformation and element diffusion rate induce obviously different growth rates of γ＇ phase. As a result, the γ＇-precipitating behaviors are variable based on different solute concentrations and aging temperatures. For advanced single crystal superalloys that are supposed to be used at relatively high temperatures, the final γ＇ size after aging heat treatment is suggested to be close to the crossing point of diffusion controlling curve and driving force controlling curve corresponding to the serving temperature. And then,high-temperature properties can be improved.

坝体的渗流计算分析是判断土石坝除险加固设计是否合理的主要标准之一,以后山水库工程为例,利用二维渗流有限元法进行渗流计算分析,对比分析大坝除险加固前后的浸润线位置和渗流量,阐述了大坝的除险加固措施。计算结果表明,该水库加固后出逸比降大幅下降,出逸点高程明显降低,满足相关要求,除险加固设计合理,论证了工程的安全可靠性,可供相关类似工程参考借鉴。

To explore the influence of the fusion of different features on recognition,this paper took the electromyography(EMG)signals of rectus femoris under different motions(walk,step,ramp,squat,and sitting)as samples,linear features(time-domain features(variance(VAR)and root mean square(RMS)),frequency-domain features(mean frequency(MF)and mean power frequency(MPF)),and nonlinear features(empirical mode decomposition(EMD))of the samples were *** feature fusion algorithms,the series splicing method and complex vector method,were designed,which were verified by a double hidden layer(BP)error back propagation neural *** show that with the increase of the types and complexity of feature fusions,the recognition rate of the EMG signal to actions is gradually *** the EMG signal is used in the series splicing method,the recognition rate of time-domain+frequency-domain+empirical mode decomposition(TD+FD+EMD)splicing is the highest,and the average recognition rate is 92.32%.And this rate is raised to 96.1%by using the complex vector method,and the variance of the BP system is also reduced.

Cancer is a highly aggressive and devastating disease, and impediments to a cure arise not just from cancer itself. Targeted therapies are difficult to achieve since the majority of cancers are more intricate than ever imagined. Mainstream methodologies including chemotherapy and radiotherapy as routine clinical regimens frequently fail, eventually leading to pathologies that are refractory and incurable. One major cause is the gradual to rapid repopulation of surviving cancer cells during intervals of multiple-dose administration. Novel stressresponsive molecular pathways are increasingly unmasked and show promise as emerging targets for advanced strategies that aim at both de novo and acquired resistance. We highlight recent data reporting that treatments particularly those genotoxic can induce highly conserved damage responses in non-cancerous constituents of the tumor microenvironment （TMEN）. Master regulators, including but not limited to NF-kB and C/EBP-β, are implicated and their signal cascades culminate in a robust, chronic and genome-wide secretory program, forming an activated TMEN that releases a myriad of soluble factors. The damage-elicited but essentially off target and cell non-autonomous secretory phenotype of host stroma causes adverse consequences, among which is acquired resistance of cancer cells. Harnessing signals arising from the TMEN, a pathophysiological niche frequently damaged by medical interventions, has the potential to promote overall efficacy and improve clinical outcomes provided that appropriate actions are ingeniously integrated into contemporary therapies. Thereby, anticancer regimens should be well tuned to establish an innovative clinical avenue, and such advancement will allow future oncological treatments to be more specific, accurate, thor- ough and personalized.

Bergenin, isolated from the herb of Saxifrage stolonifera Curt.(Hu-Er-Cao) has hepatoprotective, anti-inflammatory, antitussive, and neuroprotective activities. The aim of the present study was to establish a simple, rapid, and sensitive RP-HPLC method for determination of bergenin in rat plasma and compare its oral pharmacokinetic behaviors in normal and CCl_4-induced hepatic injury rats. With norisoboldine as an internal standard, chromatographic separation was performed on a C_(18) analytical column with acetonitrile and water(11 : 89, V/V) containing 0.1% formic acid as the mobile phase. A good linearity was obtained over the range of 100^(–1)0 000 ng·m L^(–1). The lower limit of quantification was 50 ng·m L~(^(–1)). The developed method was successfully applied to a study of the pharmacokinetic difference of bergenin(100 mg·kg^(–1)) between normal and hepatic injury rats after oral administration. Marked alterations of pharmacokinetic parameters in hepatic injury rats were observed. Compared to normal rats, the AUC_((0–∞)) of bergenin in hepatic injury rats was elevated to 2.11-fold and C_(max) was increased by 130%, whereas CL value was only 55% of the normal rats, suggesting that the systemic exposure of bergenin was significantly increased under hepatic injury status.

An oasis is a unique natural landscape in arid and semi-arid areas,significant for regulating regional microclimates and hydrological processes in ***,little is known regarding the response of natural oasis plants communities to various environmental *** sample plots(50 m×50 m)were selected in the Daliyabuyi Oasis in the Taklimakan Desert hinterland based on the location of groundwater monitoring wells and 76 vegetation quadrats(25 m×25 m)were established.A two-way indicator species analysis,Mantel test,detrended correspondence analysis,canonical correspondence analysis(CCA),and hierarchical partitioning were used to provide an in-depth analysis of community classification,species composition,and environmental interpretation of the oasis.A generalized linear model was used to verify the results which showed that the current oasis community could be divided into four types according to the dominant species,which is controlled by soil *** of species composition and distribution of communities showed significant differences between species diversity of individual community *** in groundwater depth affects patterns of species diversity which is sensitive to richness,while the degree of surface water disturbance affects the pattern of species ***,the CCA ordination map showed that community distribution and diversity characteristics have their own preferences in habitat *** study concluded that the species dominance of the community and the composition and distribution are not dominated by a single *** are differences in the scale and effect of different water resource types in maintaining community characteristics.

Based on specimens collected in Yinggehai, Hainan, China from 2013 to 2016, a stable epiphytic taxon is found on the surface of the individual of marine green alga Cladophora aokii Yamada. According to the morphological characteristics, the taxonomy of Cl. aokii and its epiphytes is carried out. There are some epiphytes attached on Cl. aokii Yamada including Cl. fascicularis （Mertens ex C. Agardh） Kfitzing, Chaetomorpha pachynerna （Montagne） Kiitzing, Cerarniurn carnouii Dawson, Licmophora abbreviata Agardh, Lyngbya sp. and Chattonella sp.. The formation of the individual of Cl. aokii is dissected and explained, which can help to analyze the adaption in details among this species, its epiphytes and native marine environment. The results reveal the marine macroepiphytic taxonomy in Ha/nan, China, and preliminarily explain the adaptive relationship between macroalgae and environment.
