偶极远探测声波测井是利用偶极子阵列声波测井仪器接收到的反射波进行井旁构造成像的测井技术,广泛应用于井周远探测储层评价领域,该技术数据处理的关键是从接收到的声波全波列中分离出反射波并进行成像。目前的反射波分离算法虽然实现了波场分离,但存在直达波和反射波的模态混叠问题,分离后的反射波信号能量损失较大。针对这些问题,基于引入的二维变分模态分解(2D-VMD)建立反射波提取新算法,将原始信号分解为多个具有特定方向和振动特性的固有模态分量,然后选取特定的分量进行重构,实现反射波的分离。采用2D-VMD、中值滤波、F-K变换对模拟和实测数据进行反射波提取。结果表明,相比中值滤波、F-K变换,基于2D-VMD的方法能够在有效压制模式波和随机噪声的同时,准确地提取出完整的反射波信号,最大限度保留反射波的幅度。证明了该方法在偶极阵列声波测井反射波提取中的有效性和优越性。

针对传统测井曲线深度校正需要手动调整曲线,而对于多口井的深度校正工作量巨大,需要大量人工参与,且工作效率较低的问题,提出一种多智能体深度强化学习方法(MARL)来实现多条测井曲线自动深度匹配。该方法基于卷积神经网络(CNN)定义多个自上而下的双滑动窗口捕捉测井曲线上相似的特征序列,并设计一个智能体与环境的互动机制来控制深度匹配过程。通过双深度Q学习网络(DDQN)选取一个动作来平移或缩放测井特征序列,并利用反馈的奖励信号来评估每个动作的好坏,以学习到最优的控制策略达到提升深度校正精度的目的。研究表明,MARL方法可以自动完成多口井、不同测井曲线的深度校正任务,减少人工干预。在油田实例应用中,对比分析了动态时间规整(DTW)、深度Q学习网络(DQN)和DDQN等方法的测试结果,DDQN算法采用双网络评估机制有效改进了算法的性能,能够识别和对齐测井曲线特征序列上更多的细节,具有较高的深度匹配精度。

针对井周深部储层评价问题,采用深探测反射波测井成像方法,利用Shearlet变换去除阵列声波测井数据中的滑行波,从而准确提取高分辨率反射波,结合井周层析速度成像获取径向速度剖面分布,进而优化偏移算法以改善井周反射界面成像效果。该方法可以对井眼周围几十米范围的地层界面、裂缝、溶洞、流体分布和岩性等进行成像,并在此基础上评价井周小尺度地质构造、识别储层和监测裂缝发育情况。将该方法用于多个油田实际测井数据处理,结果显示,深探测反射波测井成像方法的探测深度可达到30 m,分辨率达到20 cm,可以利用不同反射体同相轴的特征不同,直观观察压裂对储层的改造效果和井周流体分布状态,实现对地震成像的有效细化,在页岩气层产能评价中取得了突出效果,展示了巨大的潜在应用价值。该方法的发展方向主要集中于:①在油气资源勘探开发评价中,针对储层裂缝、溶洞以及流体分布,研究反射方位信息的获取和成像方法,以有效指导压裂方位的确定;②充分利用不同方位接收器记录的反射波信息,对井周反射体、岩性和流体分布进行三维成像,为深地油气资源探测提供有力的新工具;③由于沿井壁传播并在层界面、过井裂缝等位置产生的反射波未携带地层深处的有用信息,对反射成像产生干扰,因此,开发基于不同地层波速的自适应井壁反射波滤除方法是亟需研究的问题。

The reservoir evaluation as a key technology in oil exploration and production is based on the electrical transport property (ETP) of saturated rock that is described in a mathematical form with Arhcie’s equa-tion. But there have been increasing cases observed in many researches indicating that the ETP is non-Archie especially for the complex reservoir with low porosity and permeability. In this paper,the numerical experiments based on the Lattice Boltzmann method (LBM) have been employed to study the effect of porous structure and fluids on the ETP for revealing the nature of non-Archie phenomenon in micro-scale. The results of numerical experiments have proved that the saturation exponent n is a function of water saturation and porosity instead of being a constant in Archie’s equation. And then,a new formula has been developed for the EPT through combining the result of numerical simulation with that of laboratory measurements. The calculations from the new formula show very good agreement with laboratory measurements to demonstrate the efficiency of the new formula over the conventional methods in non-Archie rock.

It is desirable to develop new signal processing techniques for effectively extracting reflected waves under the strong interferences of borehole guided waves. We presented a multi-scale semblance method for the separation and velocity （slowness） analysis of the reflected waves and guided waves in borehole acoustic logging. It was specially designed for the newly developed tools with ultra-long source- receiver spacing for acoustic reflection survey. This new method was a combination of the dual tree com- plex wavelets transform （DT-CWT） and the slowness travel time coherence （STC） method. Applications to the 3D finite difference （FD） modeling simulated data and to the field array sonic waveform signals have demonstrated the ability of this method to appropriately extract the reflected waves under severe interference from the guided waves and to suppress noise in the time-frequency domain.
