Effects of biofertilizer and water-saving irrigation interactions on the leaf photosynthesis and plant growth of tomatoes

Irrigation and fertilizer interaction is an efficient cultivation management strategy for facility ***,the effects of irrigation and fertilizer management on tomato growth and its physiological factors remain *** this study,two irrigation patterns(W1,conventional irrigation;W2,water-saving irrigation)and four fertilizer application patterns(CF,chemical fertilizer;BOF,biological organic fertilizer;NPK,nutrient compound fertilizer;BOF+NPK)were selected to observe the effects of their interaction on cherry tomato plant growth,leaf photosynthesis and fruit quality through pot *** results showed that W2 treatments promoted plant height growth compared to W1 under the same fertilizer ***,irrigation and fertilizer management had significant effects on net photosynthetic rate,intercellular oxidation concentration,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate at the first sequence flowering and fruiting *** maximum tomato plant height(99.0 cm)was achieved under the irrigation and fertilizer pattern of BOF and W2,along with the highest fruit yield of 1.98 kg/plant,which was approximately 31.1%higher than the minimum yield under the combined CF and W2 *** W2 treatments,the application of either NPK or BOF increased the soluble sugar content of *** structural equation models showed that the soil alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen could directly significantly affect the yield and soluble *** findings suggest that optimization of irrigation-fertilizer interactions positively regulates tomato growth,providing an efficient model for tomato irrigation and fertilizer management and a reference for sustainable development of facility agriculture.

Auto-parametric resonance of a continuous-beam-bridge model under two-point periodic excitation:an experimental investigation and stability analysis

The auto-parametric resonance of a continuous-beam bridge model subjected to a two-point periodic excitation is experimentally and numerically investigated in this *** auto-parametric resonance experiment of the test model is conducted to observe and measure the auto-parametric resonance of a continuous beam under a two-point excitation on *** parametric vibration equation is established for the test model using the finite-element *** auto-parametric resonance stability of the structure is analyzed by using Newmark's method and the energy-growth exponent *** effects of the phase difference of the two-point excitation on the stability boundaries of auto-parametric resonance are studied for the test *** with the experiment,the numerical instability predictions of auto-parametric resonance are consistent with the test phenomena,and the numerical stability boundaries of auto-parametric resonance agree with the experimental *** a continuous beam bridge,when the ratio of multipoint excitation frequency(applied to the columns)to natural frequency of the continuous girder is approximately equal to 2,the continuous beam may undergo a strong auto-parametric *** with the present experiment and analysis,a hypothesis of Volgograd Bridge's serpentine vibration is discussed.

Design of acceleration control schedule for adaptive cycle engine based on direct simulation model

To design the optimum acceleration control schedule for the Adaptive Cycle Engine(ACE)in the full flight envelope,this paper establishes a direct simulation model of the ACE transient *** this model,geometric parameters are used to replace the component state *** corresponding relationship between geometric parameters and component state parameters is determined by sensitivity *** geometric variables are controlled when the geometric adjustment speed exceeds the limit,and at the same time the corresponding component state parameters are *** gradient optimization algorism is used to optimize the ground acceleration process of ACE,and the control schedule in terms of operating point of compression components and corrected acceleration rate is used as the full-envelope acceleration control schedule based on the similarity *** acceleration control schedules of the triple-bypass mode and the double-bypass mode are designed in this *** acceleration processes under various flight conditions are simulated using the acceleration control *** with the acceleration process with the linear geometric adjustment schedule,the acceleration performance of ACE is improved by the acceleration control schedule,with the impulse of the acceleration process of the triple-bypass mode being increased by 8.7%-12.3% and the impulse of the double-bypass mode acceleration process being increased by 11.8%-14.1%.

本文基于40个CMIP6模式输出结果,系统评估了模式对历史时期太平洋年代际振荡(PDO)的模拟性能,并利用其中17个模式的4种共享社会经济路径情景数据预估了PDO未来可能变化趋势.结果表明,CMIP6模式能够合理再现PDO相关海表温度异常的空间模态,但模式模拟PDO位相演变的能力普遍较弱.多模式集合能够合理再现PDO的50年左右周期,但无法模拟出其20年左右周期,并且低估了PDO的变化幅度.在未来变暖情景下,PDO可能在2050左右出现由负位相向正位相的转变,同时其50年左右周期也将明显缩短.

Attention Guided Multi Scale Feature Fusion Network for Automatic Prostate Segmentation

The precise and automatic segmentation of prostate magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)images is vital for assisting doctors in diagnosing prostate *** recent years,many advanced methods have been applied to prostate segmentation,but due to the variability caused by prostate diseases,automatic segmentation of the prostate presents significant *** this paper,we propose an attention-guided multi-scale feature fusion network(AGMSF-Net)to segment prostate MRI *** propose an attention mechanism for extracting multi-scale features,and introduce a 3D transformer module to enhance global feature representation by adding it during the transition phase from encoder to *** the decoder stage,a feature fusion module is proposed to obtain global context *** evaluate our model on MRI images of the prostate acquired from a local *** relative volume difference(RVD)and dice similarity coefficient(DSC)between the results of automatic prostate segmentation and ground truth were 1.21%and 93.68%,*** quantitatively evaluate prostate volume on MRI,which is of significant clinical significance,we propose a unique *** essential performance evaluation and validation experiments have demonstrated the effectiveness of our method in automatic prostate segmentation.

Reaction pathways and selectivity in the chemo-catalytic conversion of cellulose and its derivatives to ethylene glycol:A review

Biomass-to-ethylene glycol is an effective means to achieve high-value utilisation of cellulose but is hindered by low conversion efficiency and poor catalyst activity and *** and cellobiose are derivatives of cellulose conversion to ethylene glycol,and it is found that studying the reaction process of both can help to understand the reaction mechanism of *** is desirable to develop a reusable,highly active catalyst to convert cellulose into ethylene *** ideal catalyst might have one or more active sites described the conversion steps ***,we discuss the catalyst development of celluloseto-ethylene glycol,including tungsten,tin,lanthanide,and other transition metal catalysts,and special attention is given to the reaction mechanism and kinetics for preparing ethylene glycol from cellulose,and the economic advantages of biomass-to-ethylene glycol are briefly *** insights given in this review will facilitate further development of efficient catalysts,for addressing the global energy crisis and climate change related to the use of fossil fuels.

Modulating Co-Co bonds average length in Co_(0.85)Se_(1-x)S_(x) to enhance conversion reaction for potassium storage

While alloying transition metal chalcogenides(TMCs)with other chalcogen elements can effectively improve their conductivity and electrochemical properties,the optimal alloying content is still *** this study,we study the influence of dopant concentration on the chemical bonds in TMC and reveal the associated stepwise conversion reaction mechanism for potassium ion *** to density function theory calculations,appropriate S-doping in Co0.85Se(Co_(0.85)Se_(1-x)S_(x))can reduce the average length of Co-Co bonds because of the electronegativity variation,which is thermodynamically favourable to the phase transition *** optimal Se/S ratio(x=0.12)for the conductivity has been obtained from experimental *** assembled as an anode in potassium-ion batteries(PIBs),the sample with optimized Se/S ratio exhibits extraordinary electrochemical *** rate performance(229.2 mA h g^(-1)at 10 A g^(-1))is superior to the state-of-the-art *** assembled with Prussian blue(PB)as a cathode,the pouch cell exhibits excellent performance,demonstrating its great potential for ***,the stepwise K+storage mechanism caused by the coexistence of S and Se is revealed by in-situ X-ray diffraction and ex-situ transmission electron microscopy ***,this work not only provides an effective strategy to enhance the electrochemical performance of transition metal chalcogenides but also reveals the underlying mechanism for the construction of advanced electrode materials.

Pig pangenome graph reveals functional features of non‑reference sequences

Background The reliance on a solitary linear reference genome has imposed a significant constraint on our compre-hensive understanding of genetic variation in *** constraint is particularly pronounced for non-reference sequences(NRSs),which have not been extensively *** In this study,we constructed a pig pangenome graph using 21 pig assemblies and identified 23,831 NRSs with a total length of 105 *** findings revealed that NRSs were more prevalent in breeds exhibiting greater genetic divergence from the reference ***,we observed that NRSs were rarely found within coding sequences,while NRS insertions were enriched in immune-related Gene Ontology ***,our investigation also unveiled a close association between novel genes and the immune capacity of *** observed substantial differences in terms of frequencies of NRSs between Eastern and Western pigs,and the heat-resistant pigs exhibited a substantial number of NRS insertions in an 11.6 Mb interval on chromosome ***,we discovered a 665 bp insertion in the fourth intron of the TNFRSF19 gene that may be associated with the ability of heat tolerance in South-ern Chinese *** Our findings demonstrate the potential of a graph genome approach to reveal important functional features of NRSs in pig populations.

Aluminum oxide(Al_(2)O_(3))ceramics have been widely utilized as circuit substrates owing to their exceptional *** this study,boron nitride microribbon(BNMR)/Al_(2)O_(3)composite ceramics are prepared using spark plasma sintering(SPS).This study examines the effect of varying the amount of toughened phase BNMR on the density,mechanical properties,dielectric constant,and thermal conductivity of BNMR/Al_(2)O_(3)composite ceramics while also exploring the mechanisms behind the toughening and increased thermal conductivity of the fabricated *** results showed that for a BNMR content of 5 wt%,BNMR/Al_(2)O_(3)composite ceramics displayed more enhanced characteristics than pure Al_(2)O_(3)*** particular,the relative density,hardness,fracture toughness,and bending strength were 99.95%±0.025%,34.11±1.5 GPa,5.42±0.21 MPa·m^(1/2),and 375±2.5 MPa,*** values represent increases of 0.76%,70%,35%,and 25%,respectively,compared with the corresponding values for pure Al_(2)O_(3)***,during the SPS process,BNMRs are subjected to high temperatures and pressures,resulting in the bending and deformation of the Al_(2)O_(3)matrix;this leads to the formation of special thermal pathways within *** dielectric constant of the composite ceramics decreased by 25.6%,whereas the thermal conductivity increased by 45.6%compared with that of the pure Al_(2)O_(3)*** results of this study provide valuable insights into ways of enhancing the performance of Al_(2)O_(3)-based ceramic substrates by incorporating novel BNMRs as a second *** improvements are significant for potential applications in circuit substrates and related fields that require high-performance materials with improved mechanical properties and thermal conductivities.

Design of graph computing accelerator based on reconfigurable PE array

Due to the diversity of graph computing applications， the power-law distribution of graph data， and the high memory access-to-computation ratio， traditional architectures face significant challenges in terms of poor flexibility， imbalanced workload distribution， and inefficient memory access when executing graph computing tasks. Graph computing accelerator， GraphApp， based on a reconfigurable processing element (PE) array is proposed to address the aforementioned challenges. GraphApp utilizes 16 reconfigurable PEs for parallel computation and employs tiled data. By reasonably dividing the data into tiles， it achieves load balancing and enhances the overall efficiency of parallel computation. Additionally， it preprocesses graph data using the compressed sparse columns independently (CSCI) data compression format to alleviate the issue of low memory access efficiency caused by the high memory access-to-computation ratio. Lastly， GraphApp is evaluated using triangle counting (TC) and depth-first search (DFS) algorithms. Performance analysis is conducted by measuring the execution time of these algorithms in GraphApp against existing typical graph frameworks， Ligra， and GraphBIG， using six datasets from the stanford network analysis project (SNAP) database. The results show that GraphApp achieves a maximum performance improvement of 30.86% compared to Ligra and 20.43% compared to GraphBIG when processing the same datasets.
