Owing to the unique structure,anode-free lithium metal batteries(AFLMBs)have higher energy density and lower production cost than traditional lithium metal batteries(LMBs)or lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),However,AFLMBs suffer from an inherently finite Li reservoir and exhibit poor cycle stability,low Coulombic efficiency(CE)and severe dendrite *** this work,polydiallyl lithium disulfide(PDS-Li)was successfully synthesized and coated on Cu current collector by electrochemical *** PDS-Li acts as an additional lithium resource to compensate for the irreversible loss of lithium during *** addition,the special structure and lithiophilicity of PDS-Li contribute to lower nucleation overpotential and uniform lithium *** coupled with Li-rich manganese-based(LRM)cathode of Li1.2Mn0.54Ni0.13Co0.13O2,the anode-free full cell exhibits significantly improved cycle stability over 100 cycles and capacity retention of 63.3%and 57%after 80 and 100 cycles,*** believe that PDS-Li can be used to ensure stable cycling performance and high-energy-density in AFLMBs.

Distribution and correlation of refractive parameters in children with different corneal curvatures in southeast China

AIM:To analyze the distribution of refractive status in school-age children with different corneal curvatures(CC)and the correlation between CC and refractive ***:A total of 2214 school-aged children of grade 4 in Hangzhou who were screened for school myopia were *** distance visual acuity(UCDVA),non-cycloplegic refraction,axial length(AL),horizontal and vertical corneal curvature(K1,K2)were measured and spherical equivalent(SE),corneal curvature radius(CCR)and axial length/corneal radius of curvature ratio(AL/CR)were ***<5.0 and SE≤-0.50 D were classified as school-screening *** to the different CCRs,the patients were divided into the lower corneal curvature(LCC)group(CCR≥7.92)and the higher corneal curvature(HCC)group(CCR<7.92).Each group was further divided into the normal AL subgroup and the long AL *** refractive parameters were compared to identify any differences between the two ***:Both SE and AL were greater in the LCC group(P=0.013,P<0.001).The prevalence of myopia was 38% in the LCC group and 44% in the HCC group(P<0.001).The proportion of children without screening myopia was higher in the LCC group(62%)than in the HCC group(56%).Among these children without screening myopia,the proportion of long AL in the LCC group(24%)was significantly higher than that in the HCC group(0.012%;P<0.001).The change of SE in the LCC group was less affected by the increase of AL than that in the HCC ***:School-aged children in the LCC group have a lower incidence of screening myopia and longer *** CC can mask SE reduction and AL growth to some extent,and the change of AL growth change more in children with low CC than high *** the onset of myopia,its growth rate is even faster than that after the onset of myopia.

Clinical nursing value of predictive nursing in reducing complications of pregnant women undergoing short-term massive blood transfusion during cesarean section

BACKGROUND Cesarean hemorrhage is one of the serious complications,and short-term massive blood transfusion can easily cause postoperative infection and physical stress ***,predictive nursing intervention has important clinical significance for *** To explore the effect of predictive nursing intervention on the stress response and complications of women undergoing short-term mass blood transfusion during cesarean section(CS).METHODS A clinical medical record of 100 pregnant women undergoing rapid mass blood transfusion during sections from June 2019 to June *** to the different nursing methods,patients divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).Among them,the control group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group implemented predictive nursing intervention based on the control ***,compared the differences in stress res-ponse,complications,and pain scores before and after the nursing of pregnant women undergoing rapid mass blood transfusion during *** The anxiety and depression scores of pregnant women in the two groups were significantly improved after nursing,and the psychological stress response of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate and mean arterial pressure(MAP)of the observation group during delivery were lower than those of the control group,and the MAP at the end of delivery was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,different pain scores improved significantly in both groups,with the observation group considerably less than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,complications such as skin rash,urinary retention,chills,diarrhea,and anaphylactic shock in the observation group were 18%,which significantly higher than in the control group(4%)(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Predictive nursing intervention can effectively relieve the pain,reduce the incidence of complications,improve mood and stress response,and serve as a
