Recently, Kundu and Gupta （Metrika, 48：83 C 97, 1998） established the asymptotic normality of the least squares estimators in the two dimensional cosine model. In this paper, we give the approximation to the general least squares estimators by using random weights which is called the Bayesian bootstrap or the random weighting method by Rubin （Annals of Statistics, 9：130 C 134, 1981） and Zheng （Acta Math. Appl. Sinica （in Chinese）, 10（2）： 247 C 253, 1987）. A simulation study shows that this approximation works very well.

Underground coal gasification is one of the clean technologies of in-situ coal *** production from underground gasification of lignite was investigated in this study based on simulation *** of lignite, gasification activity, oxygen-steam gasification and the effect of groundwater influx were *** well, the advantages of lignite for stable underground gasification were *** results indicate that lignite has a high activity for *** pyrolysis is an important source of hydrogen *** special heating conditions, hydrogen is released from coal seams at temperatures above 350 °C and reaches its maximum value between 725 and 825 °*** with a hydrogen concentration of 40% to 50% can be continuously obtained by oxygen-steam injection at an optimum ratio of steam to oxygen, while lignite properties will ensure stable *** influx can be utilized for hydrogen preparation under certain geological conditions through pressure ***, enhanced-hydrogen gas production through underground gasification of lignite has experimentally been proved.

We present a theoretical investigation of the multiphoton resonance dynamics in the high-order-harmonic generation(HHG)process driven by a strong driving continuous wave(CW)field along with a weak control harmonic *** Floquet theorem is employed to provide a nonperturbative and exact treatment of the interaction between a quantum system and the combined laser *** multiphoton-transition paths for the harmonic emission are coherently *** phase information about paths can be extracted via the Fourier transform analysis of the harmonic signals which oscillate as a function of the relative phase between driving and control *** jumps are observed when sweeping across the resonance by varying the frequency or intensity of the driving *** phase variation as a function of driving frequency at a fixed intensity and as a function of the intensity at a fixed driving frequency allows us to determine the intensity dependence of the transition energy of quantum systems.

Prognostic Factors of Liver Transplantation for Hepatocellular Carcinoma: A Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) Database Analysis

Objective We aimed to identify new,more accurate risk factors of liver transplantation for liver cancer through using the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results(SEER)*** Using the SEER database,we identified patients that had undergone surgical resection for non-metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and subsequent liver transplantation between 2010 and *** survival(OS)was estimated using Kaplan-Meier *** proportional hazards regression modelling was used to identify factors independently associated with recurrent disease[presented as adjusted hazard ratios(HR)with 95%CIs].Results Totally,1530 eligible patients were included in the *** were significant differences in ethnicity(P=0.04),cancer stage(P<0.001),vascular invasion(P<0.001)and gall bladder involvement(P<0.001)between the groups that survived,died due to cancer,or died due to other *** the Cox regression model,there were no significant differences in OS at 5 years with different operative strategies(autotransplantation versus allotransplantation),nor at survival at 1 year with neoadjuvant ***,neoadjuvant radiotherapy did appear to improve survival at both 3 years(HR:0.540,95%CI:0.326–0.896,P=0.017)and 5 years(HR:0.338,95%CI:0.153–0.747,P=0.007)from *** This study demonstrated differences in patient characteristics between prognostic groups after liver resection and transplantation for *** criteria can be used to inform patient selection and consent in this *** radiotherapy may improve long-term survival post-transplantation.

Background:Long-term survival after liver transplantation(LT)for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)patients remains poor because of tumor *** improve the prognosis of HCC patients after LT,we aimed to identify different transplantation criteria and risk factors related to tumor recurrence and evaluate the effect of preventive chemotherapy in a single ***:In total,data on 20 variables and the survival of 199 patients with primary HCC who underwent LT between 2005 and 2015 were included for *** patients were divided into the following three groups:Group 1,within the Milan and Hangzhou criteria(n=51);Group 2,beyond the Milan but within the Hangzhou criteria(n=36);and Group 3,beyond the Milan and Hangzhou criteria(n=112).Survival probabilities for the three groups were calculated using multivariate Cox regression *** association between preventive therapy and HCC-recurrence after LT was analyzed by multiple logistic regression ***:Child-Pugh stage C and hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection were independent risk factors for patients with tumor recurrence who did not meet the Milan *** overall survival rates of the 199 patients showed statistically significant differences among the three groups(P0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that postoperative prophylactic chemotherapy reduced the risk of tumor recurrence in patients who did not meet the Hangzhou and Milan criteria(OR=0.478;95%CI:0.308–0.741;P=0.001).Conclusions:Child-Pugh classification and HBV infection were the independent risk factors of tumor recurrence in HCC patients with *** Hangzhou criteria were effective and analogous compared with the Milan *** chemotherapy significantly reduced the risk of recurrence and prolonged the survival time for HCC patients beyond the Milan and Hangzhou criteria after LT.

Plant leaf litter decomposition provides a source of energy and nutrients in forest *** addition to traditional environmental factors,the degradation process of litter is also affected by plant functional traits and litter ***,at the community level,it is still unclear whether the relative importance of plant traits and litter quality on the litter decomposition rate is consistent.A year-long mixed leaf litter decomposition experiment in a similar environment was implemented by using the litterbag method in seven typical forest types in Dongling Mountain,Beijing,North China,including six monodominant communities dominated by Juglans mandshurica,Populus cathayana,Betula dahurica,Betula platyphylla,Pinus tabuliformis and Larix gmelinii ***-rupprechtii and one codominant community dominated by Fraxinus rhynchophylla,Quercus mongolica and Tilia *** results showed that there were considerable differences in the litter decomposition rate(k-rate)among the different forest *** community weighted mean(CWM)traits of green leaves and litter quality explained 35.60%and 9.05%of the k-rate variations,respectively,and the interpretation rate of their interaction was 23.37%,indicating that the CWM traits and their interaction with litter quality are the main factors affecting the k-rate *** the recommended daily allowance,leaf nitrogen content,leaf dry matter content,leaf tannin content and specific leaf area were the main factors affecting the k-rate ***,we suggest that future studies should focus on the effects of the CWM traits of green leaves on litter decomposition at the community level.

Primary hyperoxaluria type 1(PH1)is a rare but devastating autosomal recessive inherited disease caused by mutations in gene *** mutations of AGXT were mostly reported in Caucasian but infrequently in Asian,especially in *** update the genotypes of PH1 in the Chinese population,we collected and identified 7 Chinese probands with PH1 from 2013 to 2017 in our center,five of whom had delayed diagnosis and failed in kidney *** of peripheral blood DNA from the 7 patients and their family members were collected and sequencing analysis was performed to test the mutations of gene *** blotting and enzyme activity analysis were conducted to evaluate the function of the ***,a systematic review from 1998 to 2017 was performed to observe the genetic characteristics between Chinese and Caucasian. The results showed that a total of 12 mutations were identified in the 7 *** the best of ourknowledge,2 novel variants of A GXT,***41 Trp and ***33Met,were first *** and functional analysis showed that only 7 mutations led to a reduced expression of alanine-glyoxylate amino transferase (AGT)at a protein *** systematic review revealed significant population heterogeneity in *** conclusion,new genetic subtypes and genetic characteristics of PH1 are updated in the Chinese population. Furthermore,a genotype-phenotype correlation is found in PH1.
