BACKGROUND Portal venous gas(PVG)is a rare clinical condition usually indicative of severe disorders,including necrotizing enterocolitis,bowel ischemia,or bowel wall rupture/*** intestinalis(PI)is a rare illness characterized by an infiltration of gas into the intestinal *** cystitis(EC)is relatively rare and characterized by intramural and/or intraluminal bladder gas best depicted by cross-sectional *** study reports a rare case coexistence of PVG presenting with PI and *** SUMMARY An 86-year-old woman was admitted to the emergency room due to the progressive aggravation of pain because of abdominal fullness and distention,complicated with vomiting and stopping defecation for 4 *** abdominal computed tomography(CT)plain scan indicated intestinal obstruction with ischemia changes,gas in the portal vein,left renal artery,superior mesenteric artery,superior mesenteric vein,some branch vessels,and bladder pneumatosis with air-fluid *** surgery was conducted on the *** necrosis was found in the small intestine approximately 110 cm below the Treitz ligament and in the ileocecal junction and ascending colon *** included excision of the necrotic small intestine and right colon,fistulation of the proximal small intestine,and distal closure of the transverse ***,the patient displayed postoperative short bowel syndrome but had a good *** received intravenous fluid infusion and enteral nutrition maintenance every other day after discharge from the community *** Emergency surgery should be performed when CT shows signs of PVG with PI and EC along with a clinical situation strongly suggestive of bowel ischemia.

BACKGROUND Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)is curable with first-line chemoimmunotherapy but patients with relapsed/refractory(R/R)DLBCL still face a poor *** patients with R/R DLBCL,the complete response rate to traditional next-line therapy is only 7%and the median overall survival is 6.3 ***,CD19-targeting chimeric antigen receptor T cells(CAR-T)have shown promise in clinical ***,approximately 50%of patients treated with CAR-T cells ultimately progress and few salvage therapies are *** SUMMARY Here,we report on 7 patients with R/R DLBCL whose disease progressed after CAR-T *** received a PD-1 inhibitor(sintilimab)and a histone deacetylase inhibitor(chidamide).Five of the 7 patients tolerated the treatment without any serious adverse *** patients discontinued the treatment due to lung infection and *** the 20-mo follow-up,the median overall survival of these 7 patients was 6 *** note,there were 2 complete response rates(CRs)and 2 partial response rates(PRs)during this novel therapy,with an overall response rate(ORR)of 57.1%,and one patient had a durable CR that lasted at least 20 *** In conclusion,chidamide combined with sintilimab may be a choice for DLBCL patients progressing after CD19-targeting CAR-T therapy.

BACKGROUND The presence of a right-sided sigmoid colon is a rare anatomical variation usually discovered incidentally during surgical *** case report details an unexpected right-sided sigmoid colon identified during a laparoscopic appendectomy and examines the pertinent literature to explore its clinical *** SUMMARY A 71-year-old woman presented with acute appendicitis.A preoperative computed tomography(CT)scan showed peri-appendiceal inflammation but no significant anatomical *** laparoscopic surgery,an unexpected finding was encountered:The sigmoid colon was situated on the right side and exhibited an abnormal relationship with the cecum and ascending *** pathological examination confirmed appendicitis with no additional pathological *** right-sided sigmoid colon anomaly was verified through intraoperative assessment and later re-evaluation with CT and colonographic *** patient underwent a laparoscopic appendectomy and experienced a smooth postoperative *** This case highlights the necessity of being attentive to anatomical variations during laparoscopic surgery,particularly when managing appendicitis.A review of the literature indicated that the occurrence of a right-sided sigmoid colon is infrequent and may be associated with anomalies in midgut rotation during embryonic *** of this variation can help prevent surgical complications and inform future clinical practice.

We describe the case of a 79-year-old male presented with sudden onset of abdominal pain and mild breathlessness, and complicated acute progressive anemia with haemoglobin which declined from 120 g/L to 70 g/L within five days. An urgent computed tomography an- giography showed acute thoracic aortic dissection, DeBakey type IIIb, a dissecting aneurysm in the proximal descending thoracic aorta start- ing immediately after the origin of the left subclavian artery and extending distally below the renal arteries with evidence of rupture into the right pleural cavity for massive pleural effusion. Plasma D-dimer, brain natriuretic peptide and C reactive protein level were elevated. Our case showed that D-dimer can be used as a ＇rule-out＇ test in patients with suspected aortic dissection. A raised BNP may exert a protective role through anti-inflammatory endothelial actions in the systemic circulation.

---Double data rate synchronous dynamic random access memory （DDR3） has become one of the most mainstream applications in current server and computer systems. In order to quickly set up a system-level signal integrity （SI） simulation flow for the DDR3 interface, two system-level SI simulation methodologies, which are board-level S-parameter extraction in the frequency-domain and system-level simulation assumptions in the time domain, are introduced in this paper. By comparing the flow of Speed2000 and PowerSI/Hspice, PowerSI is chosen for the printed circuit board （PCB） board-level S-parameter extraction, while Tektronix oscilloscope （TDS7404） is used for the DDR3 waveform measurement. The lab measurement shows good agreement between simulation and measurement. The study shows that the combination of PowerSI and Hspice is recommended for quick system-level DDR3 SI simulation.

迷走神经刺激(VNS)广泛应用于癫痫和抑郁等多种药物难治性疾病的治疗,实现VNS个性化调控对疗法的临床推广具有重要意义。该文提出了以术中复合动作电位(CAP)为评估依据的VNS疗法个性化参数选择方法。搭建了CAP信号采集平台,开展了中华小型猪的活体实验,在恒流刺激模式下分析了电流幅度、脉宽和频率等VNS刺激参数与迷走神经CAP信号的量化关系,明确了VNS疗法临床常用刺激参数的选择依据,进而提出了个性化治疗参数的选择标准及选择范围。实验结果表明:应以CAP信号中A类纤维和B类纤维的不同响应特性为依据,开展VNS治疗癫痫和抑郁的个性化参数调控。该方法为VNS疗效的提高以及闭环VNS疗法的发展奠定了基础。

The combination of photodynamic therapy（PDT） and chemodynamic therapy（CDT） in tumor treatment has attracted considerable ***,tumor hypoxia and glutathione（GSH） overproduction in the tumor tissue restricted the progress of their ***,a Mn-porphyrinic metal-organic framework（Mn-TCPP） was constructed by the one-pot method and further used for immobilizing glucose oxidase（GOx） to obtain GOx@*** would rapidly exhaust endogenous glucose into hydrogen peroxide（H2O2） and gluconic acid,thus shutting off the energy supply of tumor cells for starvation ***-TCPP catalyzed H2O2to produce oxygen,regulating the hypoxic tumor microenvironment and in turn improving1O2generation under laser ***,Mn-TCPP can reduce reactive oxygen species consumption owing to the redox reaction between Mn3+and GSH,thus greatly enhancing ***,benefiting from GOx-mediated starvation therapy,Mn2+produced by Mn3+reduction can react with sufficient intracellular H2O2to generate ·OH with high cytotoxicity through a Fenton-like *** treatment by GOx@Mn-TCPP under laser irradiation in vitro,the cell viability of 4T1 and A549 tumor cells reached to 20%,reflecting GOx@Mn-TCPP could give full play to the advantages of PDT/CDT/starvation *** results in vivo demonstrated that GOx@Mn-TCPP mediated synergistic cascade therapy could significantly inhibit tumor growth and improve the therapeutic effect.

Flexible wearable optoelectronic devices fabricated fromorganic–inorganic hybrid perovskites significantly accelerate the developmentof portable energy,biomedicine,and sensing fields,but their poor thermal stabilityhinders further ***,all-inorganic perovskites possessexcellent thermal stability,but black-phase all-inorganic perovskite filmusually requires high-temperature annealing steps,which increases energy consumptionand is not conducive to the fabrication of flexible wearable *** this work,an unprecedented low-temperature fabrication of stable blackphaseCsPbI3perovskite films is demonstrated by the in situ hydrolysis reactionof diphenylphosphinic chloride *** released diphenyl phosphateand chloride ions during the hydrolysis reaction significantly lower the phasetransition temperature and effectively passivate the defects in the perovskitefilms,yielding high-performance photodetectors with a responsivity of 42.1 AW−1 and a detectivity of 1.3×10^(14)***,high-fidelity imageand photoplethysmography sensors are demonstrated based on the fabricated flexible wearable *** work provides a newperspective for the low-temperature fabrication of large-area all-inorganic perovskite flexible optoelectronic devices.
