Effect of cardiac rehabilitation care after coronary intervention on cardiac function recovery and negative mood in patients with myocardial infarction

BACKGROUND Cardiovascular disease,particularly myocardial infarction(MI)profound impact on patients'quality of life and places a substantial burden on the healthcare and economy *** in medical technology have led to the emer-gence of coronary intervention as an essential method for treating *** To assess the effects of cardiac rehabilitation care on cardiac function recovery and negative emotions in MI after coronary *** This study included a total of 180 patients with MI during the period from June 2022 to July *** patients were divided into two groups:An observation group,which receiving cardiac rehabilitation care;a control group,which re-ceiving conventional *** comparing multiple observation indicators such as cardiac function indicators,blood pressure,exercise tolerance,occurrence of adverse cardiac events,and negative emotion scores between the two groups of *** the data were analyzed and compared between two *** There were 44 males and 46 females in the observation group with an average age of 36.26±9.88 yr;there were 43 males and 47 females in the control group,with an average age of 40.87±10.5 *** receiving the appropriate postoperative nursing measures,the results of the observation group showed significant improvement in several indicators compared with the control *** of cardiac function,such as left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Exercise endurance assessment showed that the 6-minute walking test distance was significantly increased in the patients of the observation group(P<0.01).In addition,the incidence of adverse cardiac events was significantly lower in the observation group,and negative mood scores were significantly reduced(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Cardiac rehabilitation care after coronary intervention has a significant positive

BACKGROUND According to the population statistics in 2023,there were 110000 people aged over 100 years in China,and the experience of using Paxlovid(nirmatrelvir/ritonavir)for centenarians is particularly *** article reports our experience of using Paxlovid in a centenarian with the novel coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)*** SUMMARY A 103-year-old female with mild COVID-19 and renal insufficiency was given sufficient Paxlovid for 2 days and a half dose for 3 *** treatment,the patient was complicated with lung infection and heart failure,and nucleic acid remained *** expert consultation,a full dose of Paxlovid was given again on the 9th day of admission for 2 days and a half dose for 3 ***,anti-heart failure and antibiotics were administered;the heart failure and pulmonary infection were ***,on the 33^(th) day of admission,nucleic acid turned negative,body temperature returned to normal,cough and sputum,fatigue,poor appetite and other symptoms basically *** patient was given Paxlovid via nasal feeding for 2 courses without deterioration of liver and kidney function,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting,myalgia,chest tightness and other side effects,and was discharged from hospital with good *** This case suggests that Paxlovid can be used cautiously in centenarians with renal insufficiency and two courses of treatment can be considered in patients with persistent positive nucleic acid.

Tailoring sulfur-doped and nitrogen-defective carbon nitride nanosheets for efficient photo-controlled radical polymerizations

Despite the challenges that remain,the synergistic adjustment of various microstructures and photochemical parameters of graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))in photocatalytic reactions holds promises for improving catalytic efficiency and reducing energy ***,sulfur-doped and nitrogen-defective g-C_(3)N_(4)(n-SC_(3)N_(x))nanosheets were designed and elaborately *** resultant n-SC_(3)N_(x)possessed a precisely defined 2D layer structure with extensive porosity and incremental specific surface *** photoinduced electron transfer-reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(PET-RAFT)polymerization of vinyl monomers with low dispersity,excellent temporal control and high chain-end fidelity was achieved under mild blue light irradiation in a nondegassed *** to their ultrathin nanostructures with nitrogen defects and sulfur dopants,n-SC_(3)N_(x)was capable of catalyzing RAFT polymerization in aqueous solutions at significantly accelerated rates,which were nearly 8 times faster compared to bulk g-C_(3)N_(4).The ease of separation and efficient reusability in subsequent polymerizations was enabled by the heterogeneous nature of n-SC_(3)N_(x).The appeal of this approach was illustrated by the fact that utilizing a reusable and metal-free photocatalyst in aqueous environments allowed for the synthesis of polymers with molecular weight up to 300 kg mol^(-1) and a dispersity of 1.32.

The circular electron-positron collider(CEPC)is designed to precisely measure the properties of the Higgs boson,study electroweak interactions at the Z-boson peak,and search for new physics beyond the Standard *** a component of the 4th conceptual CEPC detector,the drift chamber facilitates the measurement of charged *** study implemented a Geant4-based simulation and track reconstruction for the drift *** the simulation,detector construction and response were implemented and added to the CEPC simulation *** development of track reconstruction involves track finding using the combinatorial Kalman filter method and track fitting using the tool of *** the simulated data,the tracking performance was *** results showed that both the reconstruction resolution and tracking efficiency satisfied the requirements of the CEPC experiment.

Competitive assembling strategy to construct carbon nitride homojunctions for boosting photocatalytic performance

Both morphology and composition have a great influence on the properties and functions of materials,however,how to rational modulate both of them to achieve their synergistic effects has been a longstanding ***,we demonstrate a competitive assembling strategy for the construction of metal-free graphite carbon nitride(CN)homojunctions in which morphology and composition can be easily controlled simultaneously by only changing the ratio of assembly raw *** homojunctions are comprised of porous nanotubular S-doped CN(SCN)grafted with CN nanovesicles,which are derived from thermal polycondensation of melamine-thiocyanuric acid(M-T)/melamine-cyanuric acid(M-C)supramolecular hybrid *** unique architecture and component engineering endows the novel SCN-CN homojunction with abundant active sites,enhanced visible trapping ability,and intimate interface *** a result,the synthesized SCN-CN homojunctions demonstrate high photocatalytic activity for hydrogen evolution and pollutant *** developed strategy opens up intriguing opportu-nities for the rational construction of intricate metal-free heterostructures with controllable architecture and interfacial contact for applications in energy-related fields.

Composite solid-state electrolytes represent a critical pathway that balances the interface compatibility and lithium-ion conductivity in all-solid-state *** quest for stable and highly ion-conductive combinations between polymers and fillers is vital,but blind attempts are often made due to a lack of understanding of the mechanisms involved in the interaction between polymers and ***,we employ in-situ polymerization to prepare a polymer based on an ether-nitrile copolymer with high cathode stability as the foundation and discuss the performance enhancement mechanisms of argyrodite and *** 1%content of sulfide interacting with the polymer at the two-phase interface,the local enhancement of lithium-ion migration capability can be achieved,avoiding the reduction in capacity due to the low ion conductivity of the passivation layer during *** capacity retention after 50cycles at 0.5 C increases from 83.5%to 94.4%.Nano-alumina,through anchoring the anions and interface inhibition functions,eventually poses an initial discharge capacity of 136.8 m A h g^(-1)at 0.5 C and extends the cycling time to 1000 h without short-circuiting in lithium metal *** the combined action of dual fillers on the composite solid-state electrolyte,promising insights are provided for future material design.

Three rare anti-inflammatory sesquiterpene lactones from Magnolia grandiflora

Four new sesquiterpene lactones(SLs)(1–4),along with a biosynthetically related SL(5),have been isolated from the leaves of Magnolia *** A(1)is notable as the first C18 homogemarane type SL,featuring a unique 1,7-dioxaspiro[4.4]nonan-6-one *** 2 and 3,representing the first instances of chlorine-substituted gemarane-type SL analogs in natural products,were also *** structures of these isolates were elucidated through a combination of spectroscopic data analysis,electronic circular dichroism calculations,and X-ray single-crystal diffraction *** isolates demonstrated anti-inflammatory activity in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW264.7 ***,3–5 showed a significant inhibitory effect on nitric oxide production,with IC50 values ranging from 0.79 to 4.73μmol·L^(−1).Additionally,4 and 5 exhibited moderate cytotoxic activities against three cancer cell lines,with IC50 values between 3.09 and 11.23μmol·L^(−1).

The Investigation of Data Voting Algorithm for Train Air-Braking System Based on Multi-Classification SVM and ANFIS

The pressure data of the train air braking system is of great significance to accurately evaluate its operation state. In order to overcome the influence of sensor fault on the pressure data of train air braking system, it is necessary to design a set of sensor fault-tolerant voting mechanism to ensure that in the case of a pressure sensor fault, the system can accurately identify and locate the position of the faulty sensor, and estimate the fault data according to other normal data. A fault-tolerant mechanism based on multi-classification support vector machine(SVM) and adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system(ANFIS) is introduced. Multi-classification SVM is used to identify and locate the system fault state, and ANFIS is used to estimate the real data of the fault sensor. After estimation, the system will compare the real data of the fault sensor with the ANFIS estimated data. If it is similar,the system will recognize that there is a false alarm and record it. Then the paper tests the whole mechanism based on the real data. The test shows that the system can identify the fault samples and reduce the occurrence of false alarms.

A Probe on the Influential Factors in Content-Based ESP Courses Design

Recent years, problems of the current college English courses, such as test-oriented teaching, wasteful duplication of language skills teaching, etc., have been criticized by educators and students in China. Thus, turning skill-based English courses into content-based ESP （English for Special Purposes） courses has become a tendency at colleges and universities in China. The purpose of this paper is to analyze factors influencing the design of such courses through the means of questionnaire, individual interviews, data survey （e.g., educational plans） etc.. We found the following factors throw light on the questions relating to curriculum design of ESP courses：（1） the learners＇ learning needs; （2） the social needs （esp. labor market needs）; and （3） the academic needs from the university. The analysis serves to reveal the gap between the school system and actual social and students needs. With these factors in mind, designers of such courses can adjust goals, contents, approaches, and assessments in the practical teaching. And thus these factors would enable content-based ESP courses to reflect learners＇ needs better and lead to more effective langrage learning in college English teaching field.

To the Editor:Primary familial brain calcification (PFBC) is a rare genetically degenerative disease that is generally characterized by symmetrical,bilateral calcinosis in the basal ganglia,thalamus,dentate nuclei,and other brain regions and mainly manifests with neurological and psychiatric symptoms. A growing number of studies have reported associations between this condition and pathogenic mutations,such as those in the SLC2OA2,PDGFRB,PDGFB,XPR1,and MYORG genes, Few studies have evaluated familial clinical characteristics, such as the volume of basal ganglia calcification (VBGC), and the results of clinical tests to determine serum levels of calcium (Ca),magnesium (Mg),phosphorus (P),iron (Fe), aluminum (A1),arsenic (As),cobalt (Co),parathyroid hormone (PTH),and calcitonin (Ct),or the relationship between patient age and the VBGC in PFBC.
