BACKGROUND The stent embedded in the esophageal mucosa is one of the complications after stenting for esophageal *** present a case of stent adjustment with the aid of a transparent cap after endoscopic injection of an esophageal varices *** SUMMARy A 61-year-old male patient came to the hospital with discomfort of the chest after the stent implanted for the stenosis because of endoscopic injection of esophageal *** gastroscopy was performed,and the stent embedded into the esophageal *** first,we pulled the recycling line for shrinking the stent,however,the mucosa could not be removed from the *** a forceps was performed to remove the mucosa in the stent,nevertheless,the bleeding form the mucosa was *** then,we used a transparent cap to scrape the mucosa along the stent,and the mucosa were removed successfully without *** A transparent cap helps gastroscopy to remove the mucosa embedded in the stent after endoscopic injection of the esophageal varices stent.

The impregnation method in the preparation of metal cluster catalysts typically inadvertently introduces single atoms （SAs） into the substrate. However, the question of whether the introduction of SAs will further improve the catalytic activity of cluster systems for specific reactions such as the hydrogen oxidation reaction （HOR） remains unraveled. Herein, we demonstrate Ru clusters anchored on WN nanowires （RuC/WN） show a higher alkaline HOR catalytic activity in comparison with Ru SAs and nanoclusters （NCs）-coupled catalyst anchored on WN nanowires system （RuC,S/WN）. Notably, the RuC/WN exhibits superb intrinsic catalytic activity with a mass-normalized exchange current density of 890 mA mg-1PGM, which is among the top level of well developed Ru-based HOR catalysts. Both theoretical simulation and experimental investigation suggest that RuC/WN owns an optimized H*and OH*reaction intermediates for the alkaline HOR, therefore resulting in the excellent intrinsic HOR catalytic performance.

通过粉末冶金烧结方法制备A2B7型含镁La_(1.9-x)y_(x)Mg_(0.1)Ni_(6.48)Mn_(0.32)Al_(0.2)(x=0~1.8)和无镁La_(0.8)y_(1.2)Ni_(6.48)Mn_(0.32)Al_(0.2)合金,研究了掺杂Mg条件下y元素对合金物相组成、晶体结构和电化学性能的影响规律和协同作用。结果表明,适量增加y含量有助于含Mg合金形成2H-Ce_(2)Ni_(7)型相单相组织,Mg与y原子优先占据2H-Ce_(2)Ni_(7)型主相中的[A_(2)B_(4)]结构单元,随y含量x增加,2H-Ce_(2)Ni_(7)型主相晶胞参数a,c,V_(cell)及[A_(2)B_(4)]与[AB_(5)]单元结构的体积差ΔV_(d)均逐渐减小,但无镁及含镁x=1.8合金的2H-Ce_(2)Ni_(7)型主相具有相对较高的V_(cell)和ΔV_(d)值。合金的放氢PCT曲线特征和电化学性能与掺Mg,y含量及ΔV_(d)关系密切,含镁合金的电化学性能优于无镁合金,其中含镁x=1.0~1.2合金具有较小的ΔV_(d)和最佳的电化学性能,该电极放电容量达到最大值375 m Ah·g^(-1),经100周充放电循环后的容量保持率S100为91%,放电电流密度为900 mA·g^(-1)时的高倍率放电性能HRD_(900)为80%。通过掺Mg和优化y含量可明显改善La-y-Ni系A_(2)B_(7)型合金的电化学性能。

Owing to its viscoelastic nature, axon exhibits a stress rate-dependent me- chanical behavior. An extended tension-shear chain model with Kelvin-Voigt viscoelas- ticity is developed to illustrate the micromechanical behavior of the axon under dynamic torsional conditions. Theoretical closed-form expressions are derived to predict the de- formation, stress transfer, and failure mechanism between microtubule （MT） and tau protein while the axon is sheared dynamically. The results obtained from the present an- alytical solutions demonstrate how the MT-tau interface length, spacing between the tau proteins, and loading rate affect the mechanical properties of axon. Moreover, it is found that the MTs are more prone to rupture due to the contributions from the viscoelastic effects. Under the torsional force, the MTs are so long that the stress concentrates at the loaded end where axonal MTs will break. This MT-tau protein dynamics model can help to understand the underlying pathology and molecular mechanisms of axonal injury. Additionally, the emphasis of this paper is on the micromechanical behavior of axon, whereas this theoretical model can be equally applicable to other soft or hard tissues, owning the similar fibrous structure.

To investigate the relationship between velocity structure and earthquake activity on the southeastern front of the Tibetan Plat- eau, we make use of continuous observations of seismic ambient noise data obtained at 55 broadband stations from the regional yunnan Seismic Network. These data are used to compute Rayleigh wave Green＇s Functions by cross-correlating between two stations, extracting phase velocity dispersion curves, and finally inverting to image Rayleigh wave phase velocity with periods between 5 and 34 s by ambient noise tomography. The results tie structures in the studied region. Phase velocity anomalies show significant lateral variations in crustal and uppermost man- at short periods （5-12 s） are closely related to regional tectonic features such as sediment thickness and the depth of the crystalline basement. The Sichuan-yunnan rhombic block, enclosed by the Honghe, Xiaojiang and Jianchuan faults, emerges as a large range of low-velocity anomalies at periods of 16-26 s, that in- verts to high-velocity anomalies at periods of 30-34 s. The phase velocity variation in the vicinity of the Sichuan-yunnan rhombic block suggests that the low-velocity anomaly area in the middle-lower crust may correspond to lower crustal channel- ized flow of the Tibetan Plateau. The spatial distribution of strong earthquakes since 1970 reveals that the yunnan region is inhomogeneous and shows prominent characteristics of block motion. However, earthquakes mostly occur in the upper crust, with the exception of the middle-yunnan block where earthquakes occur at the interface zone between high and low velocity as well as in the low-velocity zones, with magnitudes being generally less than 7. There are few earthquakes of magnitude 5 at the depths of 15-30 km, where gather earthquakes of magnitude 7 or higher ones which mainly occur in the interface zone between high and low velocities with others extending to the high-velocity abnormal zone.

Chloride solid electrolytes(SEs)have attracted widespread attention due to their high room-temperature ionic conductivity and excellent cathode ***,the conventionally selected central metal elements(e.g.,In,y and Ta)are usually rare and heavy,inevitably causing the high cost and high density of the obtained chloride ***,by choosing abundant and light Mg and Al as central metal elements,we develop a cheap and low density Li_(1.2)Mg_(0.95)Al_(0.3)Cl_(4)SE for high active material ratio in all solid state *** replacement of Mg^(2+)by Al^(3+)in the framework yields vacancies and lowers the non-lithium metal ions occupancy at Mg/Li co-occupied 16d site,effectively relieving the blocking effects by Mg^(2+)in the pristine spinel Li_(2-2x)Mg_(1+x)Cl_(4).Thus,a significantly improved room-temperature conductivity of 3.08×10^(-4)S·cm^(-1)is achieved,two orders of magnitude higher than that of Li_(1.2)Mg_(1.4)Cl_(4).More attractively,its low density of only 1.98 g·cm-3 enables low SE mass ratio in cathodes(only 16 wt.%)with still effective electrolyte/cathode contact and lithium-ion conduction *** charged to potential of 4.30 V,the asfabricated Li_(1.2)Mg_(0.95)Al_(0.3)Cl_(4)-based solid lithium battery with uncoated NCM523 cathode can be cycled for over 100 cycles with a capacity retention of 86.68%at room temperature.

We have conducted a comprehensive investigation into the bright single pulse emission from PSR B1133+16using the Giant Metrewave Radio *** time resolution data(61μs)were obtained at a center frequency of 322 MHz with a bandwidth of 32 MHz over a continuous observation period of 7.45 hr.A total of 1082 bright pulses were sporadically detected with peak flux densities ranging from 10 to 23 times stronger than the average pulse ***,no giant pulse-like emission with a relative pulse energy larger than 10 and extremely short duration was detected,indicating that these bright pulses cannot be categorized as giant pulse *** majority of these bright pulses are concentrated in pulse phases at both the leading and trailing windows of the average pulse profile,with an occurrence ratio of approximately *** pulse energy distribution for all individual pulses can be described by a combination of two Gaussian components and a cutoff power-law with an index of α=-*** updated nulling fraction of 15.35%±0.45% was determined from the energy *** emission of individual pulses follows a log-normal distribution in peak flux density *** is imperative that regular phase drifting in bright pulse sequence is identified in both the leading and trailing components for the first *** physical mechanisms are discussed in detail to provide insights into these observations.

Dawdle （DDL） is a microRNA processing protein essential for the development of Arabidopsis. DDL contains a putative nuclear localization signal at its amino-terminus and forkhead-associated （FHA） domain at the carboxyl-termi- nus. Here, we report the crystal structure of the FHA domain of Arabidopsis Dawdle, determined by multiple-wavelength anomalous dispersion method at 1.7-A resolution. DDL FHA structure displays a seven-stranded 13-sandwich architec- ture that contains a unique structural motif comprising two long anti-parallel strands. Strikingly, crystal packing of the DDL FHA domain reveals that a glutamate residue from the symmetry-related DDL FHA domain, a structural mimic of the phospho-threonine, is specifically recognized by the structurally conserved phospho-threonine binding cleft. Consistently with the structural observations, co-immuno-precipitation experiments performed in Nicotiana benthami- ana show that the DDL FHA domain co-immuno-precipitates with DCL1 fragments containing the predicted pThr＋3（lle/ Val/Leu/Asp） motif. Taken together, we count the recognition of the target residue by the canonical binding cleft of the DDL FHA domain as the key molecular event to instate FHA domain-mediated protein-protein interaction in plant miRNA processing.
