Accompanying the unceasing progress of integrated circuit manufacturing technology, the mainstream production mode of current semiconductor wafer fabrication is featured with multi-variety, small batch, and individual customization, which poses a huge challenge to the scheduling of cluster tools with single-wafer-type fabrication. Concurrent processing multiple wafer types in cluster tools, as a novel production pattern, has drawn increasing attention from industry to academia, whereas the corresponding research remains insufficient. This paper investigates the scheduling problems of dual-arm cluster tools with multiple wafer types and residency time constraints. To pursue an easy-to-implement cyclic operation under diverse flow patterns,we develop a novel robot activity strategy called multiplex swap sequence. In the light of the virtual module technology, the workloads that stem from bottleneck process steps and asymmetrical process configuration are balanced satisfactorily. Moreover, several sufficient and necessary conditions with closed-form expressions are obtained for checking the system's schedulability. Finally, efficient algorithms with polynomial complexity are developed to find the periodic scheduling, and its practicability and availability are demonstrated by the offered illustrative examples.

新时代法学教育对深化法学与国家安全学交叉融合、培养法科生的国家安全意识和依法维护国家安全的能力提出了新要求。我国法学专业本科教学中缺乏国家安全法学教育的现状不利于国家安全法学新兴学科的建设和国家安全法治人才的培养。为克服法学专业本科课时量趋于饱和、国家安全法学师资力量不足及相关教材数量较少的问题,本文提出应立足我国法学专业本科教学实际,结合国家安全法学教育的特点,仔细识别发现法学课程中蕴含的国家安全法学内容,精心选择适宜与国家安全法学教育相结合的特定教学内容以实现二者“融通”的路径。

Several variants of concern(VOCs)have emerged since the WIV04 strain of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)was first isolated in January 2020.Due to mutations in the spike(S)protein,these VOCs have evolved to enhance viral infectivity and immune evasion.However,whether mutations of the other viral proteins lead to altered viral propagation and drug resistance remains obscure.The replicon is a noninfectious viral surrogate capable of recapitulating certain steps of the viral life cycle.Although several SARS-CoV-2 replicons have been developed,none of them were derived from emerging VOCs and could only recapitulate viral genome replication and subgenomic RNA(sgRNA)transcription.In this study,SARS-CoV-2 replicons derived from the WIV04 strain and two VOCs(the Beta and Delta variants)were prepared by removing the S gene from their genomes,while other structural genes remained untouched.These replicons not only recapitulate viral genome replication and sgRNA transcription but also support the assembly and release of viral-like particles,as manifested by electron microscopic assays.Thus,the S-deletion replicon could recapitulate virtually all the post-entry steps of the viral life cycle and provides a versatile tool for measuring viral intracellular propagation and screening novel antiviral drugs,including inhibitors of virion assembly and release.Through the quantification of replicon RNA released into the supernatant,we demonstrate that viral intracellular propagation and drug response to remdesivir have not yet substantially changed during the evolution of SARS-CoV-2 from the WIV04 strain to the Beta and Delta VOCs.

南京城墙砖文中存在大量明洪武时期官员的姓名与职务,是一座露天史料库。然而明清以来学界对其研究与利用不足,所见的4例也并非有意识和系统地研究。本文共收录261名官员的信息,其中方志有记载的74名,没有记载的187名。再从中选择31名官员从砖文与方志互证的视角对他们的姓名与职务等信息进行确认与考补。这些成果既弥补了长江中下游各地方志中明初官员记载的缺失,也部分完成主要南京城墙砖文图录的校补,还为洪武砖文学、长江文化研究内涵的拓展开辟了方向。

Background:Tuberculosis(TB)remains a major threat to human health,and TB diagnostic methods remain unsatisfactory.Nucleic acid amplification tests(NAATs)show higher sensitivity compared with culture for the diagnosis of pulmonary TB(PTB).However,NAATs are expensive and cannot be easily implemented outside major medical centers.To improve the sensitivity of NAATs for PTB diagnosis,we investigated the predictive factors that might optimize NAAT utilization.Methods:A total of 1263 patients with suspected PTB were enrolled for evaluation.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of methods including smear-microbiology,culture of Mtb and NAAT for Mycobacterium tuberculosis(Mtb)detection in sputum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples were compared.Odds ratios and 95%confidence intervals were used to assess variables that might be associated with positive NAAT results for sputum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid from patients with suspected PTB.Results:NAAT showed higher sensitivity for Mtb detection(61.1%)when compared with smear(9.0%)and Mtb culture(47.8%).We found that an elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate,the presence of cavities,and positive interferon-𝛾release assay(IGRA)results were indicative of positive Mtb detection by NAAT.Moreover,individuals who had all three of these characteristics showed an 86%diagnostic positivity for PTB from Mtb detection by NAAT.Conclusions:Our study suggests that an elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate,a positive IGRA result,and the presence of pulmonary cavities are helpful factors for predicting positive Mtb detection by NAAT.Patients with the three positive clinical markers should undergo NAAT for Mtb detection because they are the most likely individuals to be bacteriologically confirmed as having TB.

采用蒸发诱导自组装法制备了铁钴掺杂介孔碳复合材料(FeCo_(2)-MC).通过SEM、TEM、XRD、FTIR、BET及XPS对FeCo_(2)-MC进行表征,考察了催化剂投加量、过一硫酸盐(PMS)浓度、初始pH、环境温度和水体中常见阴离子及有机物对酸性橙7(AO7)去除的影响.结果表明,FeCo_(2)-MC具有多孔结构,铁钴合金以球状颗粒形式均匀分布在介孔碳上.在最佳条件下(FeCo_(2)-MC 0.2 g·L^(-1)、PMS 1 mmol·L^(-1)、AO720 mg·L^(-1)、pH=7、T=25℃),30 min内AO7几乎能被完全降解.淬灭实验和XPS测试结果表明,自由基(SO_(4)^(·-)和·OH)与非自由基(^(1)O_(2))在AO7的降解过程中均发挥着重要作用.紫外-可见光光谱和LC-MS分析说明,A07分子经过脱氨、脱硫及氧化等反应生成有机中间体,并部分被完全矿化为CO_(2)和H_(2)O.
