The self-assembly of clusters in inorganic systems is an interesting subject. The self-assembly of big molecules has been well established in biological systems. In addition, the coordination chemistry of metal-sulfur-nitrogen cluster complexes has been a very active and attracting field for many years as a result of the novelty and versatility of the crystal structures and reactivities of such clusters, as well as their potential applications as the models for the active sites in non-heme proteins. At the same time, there is currently considerable interest in the formation of metal complexes with heterocyclic ligands because of the diverse characteristics of ligands and their consequential wide range of applications.

Background Alleviation of microcirculation disorders in severe acute pancreatitis （SAP） can improve survival rates, and low molecular weight heparin （LMWH） is well known to have potent ameliorative effect on microcirculation disorders caused by anti-coagulant activity. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of LMWH on pancreatic microcirculation in SAP in rats. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups： sham operation （S） group, SAP group, and LMWH treatment （LT） group. The concentrations of serum amylase, tumor necrosis factor-alpha （TNF-α）, endothelin-1 （ET-1）, pancreatic ultrastructure were examined at 24 hours after the models were set up in each group. Results Compared with S group, the concentration of serum amylase, ET-1, and TNF-α in SAP group were significantly increased （P〈0.001）; After LMWH treatment, the concentration of serum amylase, ET-1, TNF-α were decreased significantly compared with SAP group （P〈0.001, 0.01, 0.001, respectively）. On electron microscopy, the microthrombosis in LT group was significantly less than that in SAP group. The 3-day survival rate in SAP group （25.0%） was significantly lower than that in S group （100.0%, P〈0.05） and in LT group （87.5%, P〈0.05）. Conclusions The disorder of pancreatic microcirculation may be involved in the inflammatory response of rats with SAP. LMWH can effectively improve the survival rate of SAP, and alleviate the severity of microcirculation disorders through its antithrombin effects and down-regulate the levels of serum ET-1 and TNF-α.

Environmental noise can lead to complex stochastic dynamical behaviors in nonlinear *** this paper,a Lorenz system with the parameter region with two stable fixed points and a chaotic saddle subject to white Gaussian noise is investigated as an ***‐induced phenomena,such as noise‐induced quasi‐cycle,three‐state intermittency,and chaos,are *** the intermittency process,the optimal path used to describe the transition mechanism is calculated and confirmed to pass through an unstable periodic orbit,a chaotic saddle,a saddle point,and a heteroclinic trajectory in an orderly sequence using generalized cell mapping with a digraph method *** corresponding optimal fluctuation forces are delineated to uncover the effects of noise during the transition *** the process will switch frequently between the attractors and the chaotic saddle as noise intensity increased further,that is,noise induced chaos emerging.A threshold noise intensity is defined by stochastic sensitivity analysis when a confidence ellipsoid is tangent to the stable manifold of the periodic orbit,which agrees with the simulation *** is finally reported that these results and methods can be generalized to analyze the stochastic dynamics of other nonlinear mechanical systems with similar structures.

Wheat crops in China are constantly challenged by stripe rust. Deployment of cultivars with diverse resistances is the best strategy to control the disease. A recombinant inbred line(RIL) population derived from a cross between the resistant cultivar Chakwal 86 and susceptible landrace Mingxian 169 was studied in multiple environments to examine the underlying genetics and to identify quantitative trait loci(QTL) for stripe rust *** hundred and twenty-eight RILs were genotyped with wheat 35 K SNP array and a genome-wide linkage map with 1480 polymorphic SNP markers, or bins, was *** major QTL on chromosomes 1BL and 3BS, and one minor QTL on 6BS had significant effects in reducing stripe rust severity. The QTL were validated using composite interval mapping(CIM) and inclusive composite interval mapping(ICIM). These methods explained59.0%–74.1% of the phenotype variation in disease response. The QTL on chromosome 1 BL was confirmed to be Yr29/Lr46 and the one on 3BS was the resistance allele identified in CIMMYT germplasm but was not Yr30/Sr2. The QTL on 6BS probably corresponded to previously known QTL. RILs with combined QTL were more resistant than those with single or no QTL. Kompetitive allele-specific PCR(KASP) assays for the QTL with largest effect QTL on chromosome 3BS were performed on a subset of RILs and 150 unrelated wheat lines. The QTL on 3BS with its linked KASP markers can be used in marker-assisted selection to improve stripe rust resistance in breeding programs.

Objective: Although the prognostic value of programmed cell death-ligand 1(PD-L1) expression in non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL) has been evaluated in many studies, the results remain controversial. To investigate the prognostic role of PD-L1 expression and the association between PD-L1 expression and clinicopathological features of NHL, we performed a ***: The Pub Med, EMBASE, and Cochrane Library databases were searched up to November 30, 2017. The hazard ratio(HR), 95% confidence interval(CI), and odds ratios(OR) with 95% CIs were combined to evaluate the association of PD-L1 expression with overall survival(OS) and clinicopathological features. Review manager 5.3 and STATA 12.0 were used in this ***: A total of 2,005 patients across nine studies were enrolled in our meta-analysis, and the pooled results showed that high PD-L1 expression was associated with a poor prognosis(HR=2.04, 95% CI: 1.18–3.54, P=0.01). In the subgroup analysis according to histology types, pooled results demonstrated that an increased PD-L1 expression was an unfavorable prognostic factor for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(HR=1.92, 95% CI: 1.06–3.48, P=0.03) but not for natural killer/T-cell lymphoma(HR=2.41, 95%CI: 0.47–12.22, P=0.29). Pooled ORs indicated that PD-L1 expression was higher in NHL with international prognostic indices of≥3. However, PD-L1 expression had no correlation with gender, age, disease stage, lactate dehydrogenase level, B symptoms, and germinal center B-cell-like ***: High PD-L1 expression was a poor prognostic biomarker in patients with NHL. Because of our limited sample size,high-quality studies with larger sample sizes are needed to validate our results.

Purpose-Multi-domain convolutional neural network(MDCNN)model has been widely used in object recognition and tracking in the field of computer ***,if the objects to be tracked move rapid or the appearances of moving objects vary dramatically,the conventional MDCNN model will suffer from the model drift *** solve such problem in tracking rapid objects under limiting environment for MDCNN model,this paper proposed an auto-attentional mechanism-based MDCNN(AA-MDCNN)model for the rapid moving and changing objects tracking under limiting ***/methodology/approach-First,to distinguish the foreground object between background and other similar objects,the auto-attentional mechanism is used to selectively aggregate the weighted summation of all feature maps to make the similar features related to each ***,the bidirectional gated recurrent unit(Bi-GRU)architecture is used to integrate all the feature maps to selectively emphasize the importance of the correlated feature ***,the final feature map is obtained by fusion the above two feature maps for object *** addition,a composite loss function is constructed to solve the similar but different attribute sequences tracking using conventional MDCNN ***-In order to validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed AA-MDCNN model,this paper used ImageNet-Vid dataset to train the object tracking model,and the OTB-50 dataset is used to validate the AA-MDCNN tracking *** results have shown that the augmentation of auto-attentional mechanism will improve the accuracy rate 2.75%and success rate 2.41%,*** addition,the authors also selected six complex tracking scenarios in OTB-50 dataset;over eleven attributes have been validated that the proposed AA-MDCNN model outperformed than the comparative models over nine *** addition,except for the scenario of multi-objects moving with each other,the proposed AA-MDCNN model solved the
