The effect of hydrogen and helium interaction,especially H-he ratio,on the irradiation behavior of nuclear materials has not yet been ***,this is an important basis for evaluating the irradiation properties of nuclear materials and developing high irradiation resistant ***,30 keV H_(2)^(+)and he^(+)dual beams with four H-he ratios of 0:10,3:10,15:10,and 30:10 were used to irradiate the newly developed Fe9Cr1.5W0.4Si F/M steel in TEM to in-situ study the interaction and ratio effect of hydrogen and *** addition of H atoms significantly promoted the nucleation of dislocation loops and *** the early stage of irradiation,the average size and density of dislocation loops increased with the increase of H-he ***,the larger the H-he ratio,the easier it was to form a complex dislocation ***,the final saturation size of bubbles increased with the increase of H-he *** was first found that the swelling was affected by H concentrations,with high H concentrations slowing down the increase in *** a certain irradiation dose,a specific H-he ratio would lead to a swelling peak of Fe9Cr1.5W0.4Si F/M *** super-sized bubbles at grain boundaries(GBs)were found after H addition,resulting in a bigger swelling of GBs than the *** the swelling of the GBs and the matrix show a dependence on the H-he *** current work is of great significance for understanding the interaction between hydrogen and helium in nuclear materials.

The metal-to-insulator transition(MIT) as usually achieved in 3d-orbital transitional metal(TM) compounds opens up a new paradigm in correlated electronics via triggering abrupt variations in their transportation *** to such 3d-orbital TM compounds,the MIT within the platinum group(Pg) element compounds based on the 4d-and 5d-orbital configurations is more complicated,owing to their elevation in the spinorbit coupling and meanwhile weakened intra-atomic Coulomb *** brings in a new freedom to regulate the balance in their metallic or semiconductive orbital configurations,while their MIT properties can be potentially combined with their spintronic properties to enable new electronic ***,we review the electronic transport and MIT behaviors within the existing family of Pg-containing compounds,particularly those showing first-order MIT behaviors that can be useful in correlated *** is also hoped that summarizing the presently reported Pg-containing MIT compounds will lead to the discovery of more new material families and/or new mechanisms associated with the Pg-containing compounds showing MIT properties.

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC),a malignant tumor originating from the nasopharynx,is one of the common malignant tumors of the head and *** are significant geographical differences in the incidence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,with a high incidence in China and Southeast Asian ***,we designed and synthesized a novel near-infrared fluorescent(NIRF)probe to detect glutathione(GSH)in cellular and tumor environments using semi-naphthofluorescein(SNAFL)as the fluorescent molecular backbone and 2-fluoro-4-nitrobenzenesulfonate as the recognition *** reaction with GSH,SNAFL-GSH emitted a fluorescence signal,and its emission wavelength at 650 nm was remarkably *** results of selectivity experiments indicated that SNAFL-GSH was able to discriminate GSH from Cys,Hcy,and H_(2) ***,SNAFL-GSH could image both endogenous and exogenous GSH and distinguish normal and cancer cells by fluorescence signal *** the cellular level,cisplatin(DDP)-induced ferroptosis and inhibition of proliferation of various NPC cell lines(CNE2,CNE1,5-8F cells)by erastin combined with DDP were visualized with the help of *** a mouse tumor xenograft model,we successfully employed SNAFL-GSH for the evaluation of the efficacy of erastin combined with DDP in the treatment of *** importantly,the probe could image cancerous tissue sections from NPC patients with an imaging depth of approximately 80µ*** was foreseen that SNAFL-GSH offered great potential for application in the diagnosis and evaluation of the therapeutic efficacy of NPC,and these results would also provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of NPC.

Oilfield treated oil pipeline network is the link connecting the upstream oilfields and the downstream *** to the differences in operating costs and transportation fee between different pipelines and the fluctuation in the demand and sales prices of the treated oil,there is an optimal flow allocation plan for the pipeline network to make the oilfield company obtain the highest social and economic *** this study,a mixed integer nonlinear programming(MINLP)model is developed to determine the optimal flow rate allocation plan of the large-scale and complex treated oil pipeline network,and both the social and economic benefits are considered *** optimization objective is the multi-objective which includes the largest user satisfaction and the highest economic *** model constraints include the oilfield production capacity,refinery demand,pipeline transmission capacity,flow,pressure,and temperature of the node and station,and the pipeline hydraulic and thermal *** 3.7 is utilized for the programming of the off-line calculation procedure and the MINLP model,and GUROBI 9.0.2 is served as the MINLP ***,the model is applied to a real treated oil pipeline network located in China,and three optimization scenarios are *** social benefit,the values of the user satisfaction of each refinery and the total network are 1 before and after optimization for scenarios 1,2,and *** economic benefit,the annual revenue can be increased by 0.227,0.293,and 0.548 billion yuan after the optimization in scenario 1,2,and 3,respectively.

As a highly invasive malignancy,esophageal cancer(EC)is a global health issue,and was the eighth most prevalent cancer and the sixth leading cause of cancerrelated death worldwide in *** to its highly immunogenic nature,emerging immunotherapy approaches,such as immune checkpoint blockade,have demonstrated promising efficacy in treating EC;however,certain limitations and challenges still *** addition,tumors may exhibit primary or acquired resistance to immunotherapy in the tumor immune microenvironment(TIME);thus,understanding the TIME is urgent and crucial,especially given the importance of an immunosuppressive microenvironment in tumor *** aim of this review was to better elucidate the mechanisms of the suppressive TIME,including cell infiltration,immune cell subsets,cytokines and signaling pathways in the tumor microenvironment of EC patients,as well as the downregulated expression of major histocompatibility complex molecules in tumor cells,to obtain a better understanding of the differences in EC patient responses to immunotherapeutic strategies and accurately predict the efficacy of ***,personalized treatments could be developed to maximize the advantages of immunotherapy.

Chemical-looping oxidative dehydrogenation(CL-ODH)is a process designed for the conversion of alkanes into olefins through cyclic redox reactions,eliminating the need for gaseous O_(2).In this work,we investigated the use of Ca_(2)MnO_(4)-layered perovskites modified with NaNO_(3) dopants,serving as redox catalysts(also known as oxygen carriers),for the CL-ODH of ethane within a temperature range of 700-780℃.Our findings revealed that the incorporation of NaNO_(3) as a modifier significantly-nhanced the selectivity for-thylene generation from Ca_(2)MnO_(4).At 750℃and a gas hourly space velocity of 1300 h^(-1),we achieved an-thane conversion up to 68.17%,accompanied by a corresponding-thylene yield of 57.39%.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis unveiled that the doping NaNO_(3) onto Ca_(2)MnO_(4) not only played a role in reducing the oxidation state of Mn ions but also increased the lattice oxygen content of the redox ***,formation of NaNO_(3) shell on the surface of Ca_(2)MnO_(4) led to a reduction in the concentration of manganese sites and modulated the oxygen-releasing behavior in a step-wise *** modulation contributed significantly to the enhanced selectivity for ethylene of the NaNO_(3)-doped Ca_(2)MnO_(4) *** findings provide compelling evidence for the potential of Ca_(2)MnO_(4)-layered perovskites as promising redox catalysts in the context of CL-ODH reactions.

Low carbon development of blast furnaces is one of the key technological directions in the current development of *** to the differences in the physical and chemical properties of hydrogen and carbon,hydrogen-rich media entering a blast furnace will change the heat distribution,thus affecting the stability of ***,a heat distribution model was proposed to study the temperature distribution in a blast furnace,simultaneously considering gas-solid heat exchange,slag and iron melting,and chemical *** model was used to analyze the temperature distribution of a 2300 m^(3) blast furnace and was verified via comparison with actual production ***,the effects of the injection rate of hydrogen-rich media,H2 concentration,and oxygen enrichment rate of the blast on the temperature distribution were *** indicated that the increase in the injection rate of the hydrogen-rich media decreased the amount of direct reduction and led to an increase in the furnace ***,an increase in the oxygen enrichment rate led to a decrease in the furnace temperature,but could reduce the solid fuel ratio,while the change in H2 concentration had less effect on the temperature *** combination of hydrogen-rich media injection and the increase in the oxygen enrichment rate would help to adjust the temperature distribution to the same level as the conventional blast furnace conditions.

This paper investigates the problem of cooperative localization(CL)for a multi-robot system(MRS)under dynamic measurement topology,which involves a group of robots collectively estimating their poses with respect to a common reference frame using ego-motion measurements and robot-to-robot relative *** authors provide a theoretical analysis of the time-varying unobservable subspace and propose a consistent cooperative localization ***,the authors introduce the relative measurement graph(RMG)to represent the relative pose measurements obtained by the MRS at each ***,the authors derive the local observability matrix over a time *** equivalent relationship is established between the local observability matrix and the spectral matrices of the ***,the authors present a method for constructing the unobservable subspace based on the RMG under different topology *** on this analysis,the authors design a consistent cooperative localization algorithm that satisfies the constraints of the time-varying unobservable *** analytical optimal solution is derived for the constrained optimization *** Carlo numerical simulations are conducted to demonstrate the consistency and accuracy of the proposed method.
