Clarifying effect of welding conditions on microstructure and mechanical properties of friction stir spot-welded DH590 automotive high-strength steel plates

Friction stir spot welding was successfully applied to the 1.2-mm-thick DH590 dual-phase steel plates by using a polycrystalline cubic boron nitride rotating *** welding,the rotation speed ranged from 600 to 1000 r/min and the penetration depth ranged from 0.1 to 0.3 *** the spot joints,the size of the stir zone increased with the increase in rotation speed as well as the penetration depth of the *** with the banded ferrite and martensite structure of the base metal,a mixed microstructure of ferrite and tempered martensite,refined bainite structure and coarse martensite structure were found in the heat-affected zone,thermomechanically affected zone and stir zone of the joints,*** kinds of interfacial shapes were formed between the upper and lower steel plates,and the formation of the bonded interface was dominated mainly by the penetration depth of the rotating tool rather than the rotation *** was revealed that the joints with straight interfaces showed higher shear tensile loads comparing with those with hook-like *** tensile tests showed that the maximum shear tensile load reached about 15.56 kN when the rotation speed and penetration depth were set as 800 r/min and 0.3 mm,*** specimen was fractured through plug failure mode with a total elongation of about 5.6 mm.

Odorant-binding proteins （OBPs） are soluble proteins mediating chemorecep- tion in insects. In previous research, we investigated the molecular mechanisms adopted by aphids to detect the alarm pheromone （E）-fl-farnesene and we found that the recogni- tion of this and structurally related molecules is mediated by OBP3 and OBP7. Here, we show the differential expression patterns of 5 selected OBPs （OBP 1, OBP3, OBP6, OBPT, OBPS） obtained performing quantitative RT-PCR and immunolocalization experiments in different body parts of adults and in the 5 developmental instars, including winged and unwinged morphs, of the pea aphid Acyrthosiphon pisum. The results provide an overall picture that allows us to speculate on the relationship between the differential expression of OBPs and their putative function. The expression of OBP3, OBP6, and OBP7 in the antennal sensilla suggests a ehemosensory fimction for these proteins, whereas the con- stant expression level of OBP8 in all instars could suggest a conserved role. Moreover, OBP1 and OBP3 are also expressed in nonsensory organs. A light and scanning electron microscopy study of sensilla on different body parts of aphid, in particular antennae, legs, mouthparts, and coruicles-cauda, completes this research providing a guide to facilitate the mapping of OBP expression profiles.

Because of the widely-used nonlinear loads, the problems of harmonics and low power factor in power systems are becoming more and more serious. In view of the above problems, a shunt three-phase active power filter （SAPF） based on discrete sliding mode control to suppress the harmonics was designed and the power factor improved. First, built the mathematical model of SAPF. Then, controlled the switch through analyzing the harmonic current that was controlled signal using discrete sliding mode control. Through simulation using MATLAB, verified the validity of the algorithm. By the simulation waveforms, it can be found that after the load current containing a large number of harmonics passes the active power filter, the waveform of the power current approximately becomes a sine wave and the harmonics is significantly reduced. As a result, it plays a good role in purifying power systems. Moreover, from the waveforms of harmonic current and power current, it can be found that the algorithm has a faster tracking speed. In a polymerization model with low density polyethylene (LDPE) as the substrate and acrylic acid (AA) as the monomer, the performance of isopropylthioxanthone (ITX) in initiating surface photografting polymerization was evaluated. The results show that the reactivity of photopolymerization and photografting of ITX locate between benzophenone (BP) and benzildimethylketal (BDK) for polymerization, BDK > ITX > BP; for surface grafting polymerization, BP > ITX > BDK. These results can be explained by a reaction mechanism of the inter-molecular or intra-molecular hydrogen abstraction reaction of ITX.

The rapid development of short video platforms poses new challenges for traditional recommendation *** systems typically depend on two types of user behavior feedback to construct user interest profiles:explicit feedback(interactive behavior),which significantly influences users’short-term interests,and implicit feedback(viewing time),which substantially affects their long-term ***,the previous model fails to distinguish between these two feedback methods,leading it to predict only the overall preferences of users based on extensive historical behavior ***,it cannot differentiate between users’long-term and shortterm interests,resulting in low accuracy in describing users’interest states and predicting the evolution of their *** paper introduces a video recommendationmodel calledCAT-MFRec(CrossAttention Transformer-Mixed Feedback Recommendation)designed to differentiate between explicit and implicit user feedback within the DIEN(Deep Interest Evolution Network)*** study emphasizes the separate learning of the two types of behavioral feedback,effectively integrating them through the cross-attention ***,it leverages the long sequence dependence capabilities of Transformer technology to accurately construct user interest profiles and predict the evolution of user *** results indicate that CAT-MF Rec significantly outperforms existing recommendation methods across various performance *** advancement offers new theoretical and practical insights for the development of video recommendations,particularly in addressing complex and dynamic user behavior patterns.
