BACKGROUND Splenic injury following endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)is a rare *** literature contains around 30 articles reporting various degrees of splenic injuries resulting from ERCP since the first report of splenic rupture after ERCP in *** SUMMARY This report describes a case of splenic hematoma and stent displacement in a 69-year-old male patient who developed these conditions 7 days after undergoing ERCP and *** patient had bile duct stenosis caused by a malignant tumor that was obstructing the bile *** diagnosis was confirmed by epigastric computed tomography and magnetic resonance *** patient was successfully treated with percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage,endoscopic pyloric stent placement,and conservative *** causes of splenic injury following ERCP are *** ERCP has the potential to cause splenic *** a patient experiences symptoms such as abdominal pain,decreased blood pressure,and altered hematology after the procedure,it's important to be thoroughly investigated for postoperative bleeding and splenic injury.

The potential of muon colliders opens up new possibilities for the exploration of new physics beyond the Standard *** is worthwhile to investigate whether muon colliders are suitable for studying gluonic quartic gauge couplings(gQGCs),which can be contributed by dimension-8 operators in the framework of the Standard Model effective field theory,and are intensively studied *** this paper,we study the sensitivity of the processμ^(+)μ^(-)→jjν■to *** results indicate that the muon colliders with *** larger than 4 TeV can be more sensitive to gQGCs than the Large Hadron Collider.

Compared with the traditional magnetic bubble,a skyrmion has a smaller size,and better stability and therefore is considered as a very promising candidate for future memory *** skyrmions are manipulated,erased and created,the density of skyrmions can be varied,however the relationship between the radii and the densities of skyrmions needs more *** this paper,we study this problem both theoretically and by using the lattice *** average radius of skyrmions as a function of material parameters,the strength of the external magnetic field and the density of skyrmions is obtained and *** this explicit function,the skyrmion radius can be easily predicted,which is helpful for the future study of skyrmion memory devices.

BACKGROUND:Emergency medical service system(EMSS)is essential in providing acute care services for health ***,trends of emergency and acute care in China haven’t been studied ***:Relevant literature was carefully reviewed,including original and review articles,letters,government reports,yearbooks,both in Chinese and in *** on the number of emergency visits,physicians and beds in emergency departments(EDs),and the workforce of prehospital emergency care were summarized and analyzed from China Health and Family Planning Statistical Yearbooks(2006–2018).RESULTS:Over the past decade,the number of ED visits tripled from 51.9 million to 166.5 million;and utilization of pre-hospital emergency care increased from 3.2 million to 6.8 *** response to rapid increases in demand,the number of licensed emergency physicians raised from 20,058 to 59,409;the beds’number increased from 10,783 to 42,*** pre-hospital emergency care,the volume of health workforce increased from 3,687 to 8,671,with a 109%increase in the number of physicians from 1,774 to 3,***,overcrowding,the long length of stay in EDs,poor work environment,and work exhaustion were still the critical challenges faced by China’s ***:The number of emergency visits has grown with continual capability enhancement during the past ***,overcrowding,the long length of stay in EDs,poor work environment,and work exhaustion still need to be solved by China’s *** fi ndings and comparison with the USA could offer experiences and lessons to EMSS development worldwide,especially for developing countries.

Background:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the sixth most common cancer globally,with limited therapies and unsatisfactory prognosis once in the advanced *** promising advances in locoregional and systematic treatments,fast development of targeted drugs,the success of immunotherapy,as well as the emergence of the therapeutic alliance,conversion therapy has recently become more well developed and an effective therapeutic *** article aimed to review recent developments in conversion therapy in liver transplantation(LT)for *** sources:We searched for relevant publications on Pub Med before September 2022,using the terms“HCC”,“liver transplantation”,“downstaging”,“bridging treatment”and“conversion therapy.”Results:Conversion therapy was frequently represented as a combination of multiple treatment modalities to downstage HCC and make patients eligible for *** combining various local and systematic treatments in conversion therapy is still controversial,growing evidence has suggested that multimodal combined treatment strategies downstage HCC in a shorter time,which ultimately increases the opportunities for ***,the recent breakthrough of immunotherapy and targeted therapy for HCC also benefit patients with advanced-stage ***:In the era of targeted therapy and immunotherapy,applying the thinking of transplant oncology to benefit HCC patients receiving LT is a new topic that has shed light on advanced-stage *** the expansion of conversion therapy concepts,further investigation and research is required to realize the full potential of conversion treatment strategies,including accurately selecting candidates,determining the timing of surgery,improving the conversion rate,and guaranteeing the safety and long-term efficacy of treatment.

In motion estimation, illumination change is always a troublesome obstacle, which often causes severely per- formance reduction of optical flow computation. The essential reason is that most of estimation methods fail to formalize a unified definition in color or gradient domain for diverse environmental changes. In this paper, we propose a new solution based on deep convolutional networks to solve the key issue. Our idea is to train deep convolutional networks to represent the complex motion features under illumination change, and further predict the final optical flow fields. To this end, we construct a training dataset of multi-exposure image pairs by performing a series of non-linear adjustments in the traditional datasets of *** estimation. Our multi-exposure flow networks （MEFNet） model consists of three main components： low-level feature network, fusion feature network, and motion estimation network. The former two components belong to the contracting part of our model in order to extract and represent the multi-exposure motion features; the third component is the expanding part of our model in order to learn and predict the high-quality optical flow. Compared with many state- of-the-art methods, our motion estimation method can eliminate the obstacle of illumination change and yield optical flow results with competitive accuracy and time efficiency. Moreover, the good performance of our model is also demonstrated in some multi-exposure video applications, like HDR （high dynamic range） composition and flicker removal.

BACKGROUND Stress urinary incontinence(SUI)is a common disease in *** emergence of the needle-free sling has led to a new clinical treatment for SUI in *** To explore the clinical value of the needleless sling without acupuncture in the treatment of SUI in *** From February 2017 to November 2018,according to the order of admission,44 patients(mid-suspension group)were treated by tension-free transobturator urethral suspension,and 44 patients(non-acupuncture group)were treated with a needleless non-acupuncture *** clinical effects of the two treatments were *** There was no significant difference between the two groups in the total clinical effectiveness rate(P=0.374),but intraoperative blood loss and visual analogue scale score at postoperative day 1 were significantly lower in the non-acupuncture suspension group than in the middle urethral suspension group(P=0.396).The incidence of complications in the needle-free sling group was significantly lower than that in the middle urethral suspension group(P=0.025).CONCLUSION The clinical effectiveness of acupuncture-free suspension in treating SUI in female patients is better than that of traditional tension-free transobturator mid-urethral suspension.

Refinery sour water primarily originates from the tops of towers in various units and coker condensate,and cannot be discharged directly to a wastewater treatment plant due to high levels of chemical oxygen demand(COD)and organic sulfur *** after the recovery of H_(2)S from the sour water by the stripping process,the effluent still contains a high concentration of dissolved organic sulfur(DOS),which can have a huge bad *** chemical composition of dissolved organic matter(DOM)in refinery wastewater has been extensively studied,the investigation of recalcitrant DOS from sour waters remains *** the present study,chemical composition of sour water DOMs(especially DOS)was investigated using fluorescence spectroscopy(excitation-emission matrix,EEM)and mass spectrometry,including gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and high-resolution Orbitrap *** GC-MS and EEM results showed that volatile and low-aromaticity compounds were effectively removed during the stripping process,while compounds with high hydrophilicity and humification degree were found to be more *** Orbitrap MS results showed that weak-polar oxygenated sulfur compounds were easier to be removed than oxygenated ***,the effluent still contained significant amounts of sulfur-containing compounds with multiple sulfur atoms,particularly in the form of highly unsaturated and aromatic *** Orbitrap MS/MS results of CHOS-containing compounds from the effluent indicate that the sulfur atoms may exist as sulfonates,disulfide bonds,*** the composition and structure of sour water DOS is crucial for the development of effective treatment processes that can target polysulfide compounds and minimize their impact on the environment.

Spin-engineering with electrocatalysts have been exploited to suppress the“shuttle effect”in Li–S *** selec-tion,spin-dependent electron mobility and spin potentials in activation barriers can be optimized as quantum spin exchange interactions lead-ing to a significant reduction of the electronic repulsions in the orbitals of ***,we anchor the MgPc molecules on fluorinated carbon nanotubes(MgPc@FCNT),which exhibits the single active Mg sites with axial *** to the density functional theory calculations,the electronic spin polarization in MgPc@FCNT not only increases the adsorption energy toward LiPSs intermediates but also facilitates the tunneling process of electron in Li–S *** a result,the MgPc@FCNT provides an initial capacity of 6.1 mAh cm^(-2) even when the high sulfur loading is 4.5 mg cm^(-2),and still maintains 5.1 mAh cm^(-2) after 100 *** work provides a new perspective to extend the main group single-atom catalysts enabling high-performance Li–S batteries.
