The Moon provides a unique environment for investigating nearby astrophysical events such as *** samples retain valuable information from these events,via detectable long-lived“fingerprint”radionuclides such as^(60)*** this work,we stepped up the development of an accelerator mass spectrometry(AMS)method for detecting^(60)Fe using the HI-13tandem accelerator at the China Institute of Atomic Energy(CIAE).Since interferences could not be sufficiently removed solely with the existing magnetic systems of the tandem accelerator and the following Q3D magnetic spectrograph,a Wien filter with a maximum voltage of±60 kV and a maximum magnetic field of 0.3 T was installed after the accelerator magnetic systems to lower the detection background for the low abundance nuclide^(60)Fe.A 1μm thick Si_(3)N_(4) foil was installed in front of the Q3D as an energy *** particle detection,a multi-anode gas ionization chamber was mounted at the center of the focal plane of the ***,an^(60)Fe sample with an abundance of 1.125×10^(-10)was used to test the new AMS *** results indicate that^(60)Fe can be clearly distinguished from the isobar^(60)*** sensitivity was assessed to be better than 4.3×10^(-14)based on blank sample measurements lasting 5.8 h,and the sensitivity could,in principle,be expected to be approximately 2.5×10^(-15)when the data were accumulated for 100 h,which is feasible for future lunar sample measurements because the main contaminants were sufficiently separated.

Herpes simplex virus （HSV）, a member of the Herpesviridae family, is a significant human pathogen that results in mucocutaneous lesions in the oral cavity or genital infections. Acyclovir （ACV） and related nucleoside analogues can successfully treat HSV infections, but the emergence of drug resistance to ACV has created a barrier for the treatment of HSV infections, especially in immunocompromised patients. There is an urgent need to explore new and effective tactics to circumvent drug resistance to HSV. This review summarises the current strategies in the development of new targets （the DNA helicase/primase （H/P） complex）, new types of molecules （nature products） and new antiviral mechanisms （lethal mutagenesis of Janus-type nucleosides） to fight the drug resistance of HSV.

趋化因子SDF-1对巨噬细胞迁移和极化的调控作用

目的:探讨基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)及其受体C-X-C趋化因子受体4(CXCR4),C-X-C趋化因子受体7(CXCR7)对巨噬细胞迁移和极化的调控作用。方法:Transwell检测SDF-1/CXCR4、SDF-1/CXCR7通路对巨噬细胞迁移能力的影响；Western blot检测SDF-1对CXCR4和CXCR7受体蛋白表达的影响；RT-qPCR、ELISA以及流式细胞术检测SDF-1/CXCR4、SDF-1/CXCR7通路对巨噬细胞极化的影响。结果:SDF-1可明显促进巨噬细胞迁移并促进CXCR4和CXCR7受体蛋白的表达(P0.05);流式细胞术结果表明，与对照组相比，SDF-1显著提高M2型的表达比例，该作用可被CXCR7 antagonist-1抑制。结论:SDF-1可以激活CXCR4/CXCR7信号通路，其促进巨噬细胞迁移作用通过CXCR4和CXCR7两个受体实现，而对巨噬细胞极化的调控主要是通过CXCR7受体发挥作用。

Endolymphatic sac papillary tumor： a case report

Endolymphatic sac papillary tumor （ELST） is an extremely rare and aggressive tumor characterized by hearing loss and temporal bone destruction. A case with clinical, imaging, pathologic and treatment data is reported and relevant literature is reviewed. A 25-year-old woman, with ELST underwent craniotomy for tumor subtotal resection, and the diagnosis was confirmed by pathologic examination. Postoperative radiotherapy consisted of 50.4 Gy/28 f was given accordingly. The patient is currently alive with no signs of tumor recurrence locally and no radiation side-effects observed after one year follow-up. Complete resection is impossible in most cases, local resection, adjuvant radiotherapy may provide favored local control. A long-term follow-up is highly advocated in consideration of its slow development course.

In situ crosslink polymerization induced long-lived multicolor supramolecular hydrogel based on modifiedβ-cyclodextrin

The construction of hydrogels with good mechanical properties and phosphorescent properties is full of ***,we report a supramolecular phosphorescent hydrogel with long lifetime,high tensile strength and self-healing property,which can be easily constructed through in-situ thermalinitiated polymerization of isocyanatoethyl acrylate-modifiedβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD-DA)and acrylatemodified adamantane(Ad-DA),acrylic acid(AA),followed by the non-covalent association with carbon dots(CNDs).The lifetime of phosphorescent hydrogel can reach 1261 ms at room temperature,and the quantum yield is 11%.Importantly,through the efficient triplet to singlet Förster resonance energy transfer(TS-FRET),the phosphorescent hydrogel shows the good phosphorescence energy transfer property for organic dyes Rhodamine B and Eosin Y with the delayed fluorescence lifetime up to 730 ms and 585 ms as well as the energy transfer efficiency(Φ_(ET))up to 99.9%and 99.3%,***,owing to the host-guest interactions betweenβ-CD-DA and Ad-DA,the three-dimensional cross-linked network phosphorescent hydrogel can be easily stretched to 18 times of its original length,and can achieve self-healing of the cut surfaces within 30 *** results will expand the scope of phosphorescent materials and provide new ideas and opportunities for materials science.

The layout and characteristics of the hard X-ray spectroscopy beamline(BL11B)at the Shanghai synchrotron radiation facility are described ***11B is a bending-magnet beamline dedicated to conventional and millisecond-scale quick-scanning X-ray absorption fine *** is equipped with a cylindrical collimating mirror,a double-crystal monochromator comprising Si(111)and Si(311),a channel-cut quick-scanning Si(111)monochromator,a toroidal focusing mirror,and a high harmonics rejection *** can provide 5-30 keV of X-rays with a photon flux of~5×10^(11)photons/s and an energy resolution of~1.31×10^(-4)at 10 *** performance of the beamline can satisfy the demands of users in the fields of catalysis,materials,and environmental *** paper presents an overview of the beamline design and a detailed description of its performance and capabilities.

In situ generation of oxyanions-decorated cobalt(nickel)oxyhydroxide catalyst with high corrosion resistance for stable and efficient seawater oxidation

The development of efficient and robust anode materials for stable alkaline seawater electrolysis is severely limited by chlorine evolution reaction and chloride ***,the sulfur-doped cobalt-nickel bimetallic phosphides(CoNiPS)are specifically designed as a pre-catalyst for navigating a surface reconstruction to fabricate the anions(PO^(3-)_(4) and SO^(2-)_(4))-decorated Co(Ni)OOH catalyst(R-CoNiPS)with exceptional durability and high activity for stable alkaline seawater oxidation(ASO).Various experiment techniques together with theoretical simulations both demonstrate that the in situ-generated PO^(3-)_(4) and SO^(2-)_(4) anions on catalyst surface can improve the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)activity,regulating and stabilizing the catalytic active species Co(Ni)OOH,as well as make a critical role in inhibiting the adsorp-tion of chloride ions and extending the service life of ***,this R-CoNiPS electrode exhi-bits superb OER activity toward AsO and stands out among the non-precious ASO electrocatalysts reported recently,requiring low overpotentials of 420 and 440 mV to attain large current densities of 500 and 1000 mA cm^(-2) in an alkaline natural seawater electrolyte,***,the catalyst displays a negligible chloride corrosion at room temperature during ASO operation(>200 h)at 500 mA cm^(-2).This work opens up a new viewpoint for designing high-activity and durable electrocata-lystsforseawaterelectrolysis.

Electric double layer(EDL)is a critical topic in electrochemistry and largely determines the working performance of lithium ***,atomic insights into the EDL structures on heteroatom-modified graphite anodes and EDL evolution with electrode potential are very ***,a constant-potential molecular dynamics(CPMD)method is proposed to probe the EDL structure under working conditions,taking N-doped graphite electrodes and carbonate electrolytes as an *** interface model was developed,incorporating the electrode potential and atom *** a result,an insightful atomic scenario for the EDL structure under varied electrode potentials has been established,which unveils the important role of doping sites in regulating both the EDL structures and the following electrochemical reactions at the atomic ***,the negatively charged N atoms repel the anions and adsorb Li~+at high and low potentials,*** preferential adsorption suggests that Ndoped graphite can promote Li~+desolvation and regulate the location of Li~+*** CPMD method not only unveils the mysterious function of N-doping from the viewpoint of EDL at the atomic level but also applies to probe the interfacial structure on other complicated electrodes.

Photoperiod Mediates the Effects of Temperature and Light Intensity on the Proliferation of Ulva prolifera

In order to study the complex effects of photoperiod,temperature,and light intensity on the spore maturation and release number of Ulva prolifera,we cultured thalli segment(2–3 mm)under three different photoperiods(L:D=12:12,14:10 and 10:14),temperature(15℃(LT),25℃(MT)and 30℃(HT))and light intensity(100,200 and 400μmol m^(−2)s^(−1),noted as LL,ML and HL,respectively)*** the maturation time,spore release number and chlorophyll fluorescence were *** results suggested that:1)The spore maturation time was accelerated by higher temperature or higher light intensity from 62 h to 36 h,and changes in day length accelerated the spore maturation to a certain extent as compared with 12:12 light/dark cycle;2)Higher light intensity significantly decreased the chlorophyll fluorescence(Fv′/Fm′,NPQ,rETRmax andα)of the mature reproductive segment under 30℃with 12:12 light/dark *** when in the other photoperiods(10:14 and 14:10 conditions),the inhibitory effects of high light intensity were alleviated significantly;3)The optimum condition for the spore maturation and release was 12:12 light/dark cycle,25℃,400μmol m^(−2)s^(−1),with both shorter and longer photoperiod reducing the spore release number;4)Higher light intensity significantly increased the spore release number under 25℃,but these effects were alleviated by 30℃*** study is the first attempt to elucidate the coincidence effects of photoperiod,temperature and light intensity on the reproduction of Ulva,which would help to reveal the mechanism of the rapid proliferation of green tide.
