Container-based virtualization isbecoming increasingly popular in cloud computing due to its efficiency and *** isolation is a fundamental property of *** works have indicated weak resource isolation could cause significant performance degradation for containerized applications and enhanced resource ***,current studies have almost not discussed the isolation problems of page cache which is a key resource for *** leverage memory cgroup to control page cache ***,existing policy introduces two major problems in a container-based ***,containers can utilize more memory than limited by their cgroup,effectively breaking memory ***,the Os kernel has to evict page cache to make space for newly-arrived memory requests,slowing down containerized *** paper performs an empirical study of these problems and demonstrates the performance impacts on containerized *** we propose pCache(precise control of page cache)to address the problems by dividing page cache into private and shared and controlling both kinds of page cache separately and *** do so,pCache leverages two new technologies:fair account(f-account)and evict on demand(EoD).F-account splits the shared page cache charging based on per-container share to prevent containers from using memory for free,enhancing memory *** EoD reduces unnecessary page cache evictions to avoid the performance *** evaluation results demonstrate that our system can effectively enhance memory isolation for containers and achieve substantial performance improvement over the original page cache management policy.

Let pi : (X, T) -> (Y, S) be a factor map between two topological dynamical systems, and F a Furstenberg family of Z. We introduce the notion of relative broken F-sensitivity. Let F-s (resp. F-pubd, F-inf) be the families consisting of all syndetic subsets (resp. positive upper Banach density subsets, infinite subsets). We show that for a factor map pi : (X, T) -> (Y, S) between transitive systems, p is relatively broken F-sensitive for F = F-s or F-pubd if and only if there exists a relative sensitive pair which is an F-recurrent point of (R-pi, T-(2)); is relatively broken F inf -sensitive if and only if there exists a relative sensitive pair which is not asymptotic. For a factor map p : (X, T) ->(Y, S) between minimal systems, we get the structure of relative broken F-sensitivity by the factor map to its maximal equicontinuous factor.

The estrogen signaling system is a crucial regulator of ***,abnormal activation of estrogen signaling may play a role in breast cancer initiation and *** to this pathway is the interaction between estrogen receptor alpha(ERa)and various co-transcription activators.1 Although numerous studies have investigated ER coregulators,the protein-protein interaction networks of ERa are not fully *** research has shown that high chromodomain helicase DNA-binding 4(CHD4)expression is linked to poor prognosis in various cancers.2,?In this study,we demonstrated that both CHD4 and ERαcontribute to breast cancer progression while providing evidence of the regulatory processes and functional interplay between these two proteins.

von Hippel-lindau(VHL)disease is a rare autosomal dominant multiorgan disease characterized by several benign and malignant tumors rich in vascular,as well as cysts in other organs.A great clinical treatment strategy is significantly warranted for good prognosis of patients with VHL ***,we reported a case of a 45-year-old woman diagnosed with VHL disease with spinal hemangioblastoma(HB)and clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC).Four years after the resection of the right kidney,a recurrent RCC in the right kidney and a malignant lesion in the left kidney were *** patient was started on sorafenib(800 mg,daily)and tislelizumab(200 mg per 3 weeks).After 6 months of treatment,the size of renal cell carcinoma was dramatically reduced and renal function *** importantly,she achieved partial response during the whole ***,intramedullary masses resection was done and the HB in T4-5 thoracic spinal was *** symptoms such as numbness and pain were remarkably ***,tislelizumab-induced elevation in liver transaminase levels and hypothyroidism were revered by hepatoprotector and levothyroxine,*** short,comprehensive treatment strategies may benefit patients with VHL disease,especially with HB and ccRCC.

The swelling particle grouting material has demonstrated remarkable plugging effectiveness in high-pressure and large-flow burst water within karst ***,current research on the rheolog-ical model,flow computation theory,and plugging mechanism of this material is *** conven-tional grouting slurry diffusion process,using the liquid-liquid two-phase flow method,fails to accurately simulate high solubility slurry and particle *** address these limitations,this study established a precise constitutive model to describe the swelling particle slurry diffusion process in dynamic ***,a coupling calculation method was proposed to analyze the spatiotemporal heterogeneity of viscosity during slurry diffusion by considering the migration of slurry and the changes in *** investigate the interaction between particle swelling and flow field changes,a Compu-tational Fluid Dynamics-Discrete Element Method(CFD-DEM)coupling model was developed for the diffusion of swelling particle *** is demonstrated that slurry viscosity increases exponentially within the diffusion front as the particle swelling rate rises,and the drag force exhibits an intriguing behavior of initially increasing and then decreasing as the slurry flows through the ***-more,the CFD-DEM coupling model proved to be more accurate in describing viscosity distribution and diffusion distance compared to the finite element *** primary objective of this paper is to reveal the plugging mechanism and provide theoretical support for the engineering application of the swelling particle grouting material.
