Objective:To explore the influence of physical exercise,psychological resilience,and peer influence on subjective well-being,and then build a model of moderated ***:Physical Activity Rating,Connor Davision Resilience Scale,Peer Influence Scale,and Index of Well-Being were *** paper investigated 790 ***:(1)Physical exercise has a significant positive predictive effect on subjective well-being(β=0.43,P0.05),physical exercise has a stronger positive predictive effect on psychological resilience in college students with high peer influence(β simple=0.87,t=2.07,P<0.05).Conclusion:Physical exercise affects college students'subjective well-being through psychological resilience,and peer influence moderates the mediating effect of psychological resilience.

Per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances(PFASs)constitute a broad group of fluorinated organic chemicals that are widely used in consumer products and industrial applications due to their excellent physicochemical *** that people spend a significant portion of their time in office environments,our understanding of the environmental presence and human exposure to these chemicals is *** this study,we conducted a targeted analysis of 24 PFASs in office indoor *** SPFAS concentrations ranged from 51.6 to 219 ng/g with mean(±SE)and median concentrations of 114(±5.75)and 107 ng/g,*** oxide dimer acid(HFPO-DA)was the most abundant emerging PFAS detected in the dust,with mean and median concentrations of 40.5(±1.62)and 40.4 ng/g,respectively,comprising 34.2%of the SPFAS ***,HFPO-DA exhibited a positive correlation with perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS)(r:0.427,p<0.01),suggesting a potential common source for these two *** findings underscore the significant contribution of emerging PFASs to total PFAS concentrations and raise concerns about their chronic toxicity and potential health risks to humans in office indoor environments.

Ensuring accurate parameter identification and diving motion prediction of marine crafts is essential for safe navigation,optimized operational efficiency,and the advancement of marine *** this,this paper proposes an instrumental variable-based least squares(IVLS)***,aiming to balance complexity with accuracy,a decoupled diving model is constructed,incorporating nonlinear actuator characteristics,inertia coefficients,and damping ***,a discrete parameter identification matrix is designed based on this dedicated model,and then a IVLS algorithm is innovatively derived to reject measurement ***,the stability of the proposed algorithm is validated from a probabilistic point of view,providing a solid theoretical ***,performance evaluation is conducted using four depth control datasets obtained from a piston-driven profiling float in Qiandao Lake,with desired depths of 30 m,40 m,50 m,and 60 *** on the diving dynamics identification results,the IVLS algorithm consistently shows superior performance when compared to recursive weighted least squares algorithm and least squares support vector machine algorithm across all depths,as evidenced by lower average absolute error(AVGAE),root mean square error(RMSE),and maximum absolute error values and higher determination coefficient(R2).Specifically,for desired depth of 60 m,the IVLS algorithm achieved an AVGAE of 0.553 m and RMSE of 0.655 m,significantly outperforming LSSVM with AVGAE and RMSE values of 8.782 m and 11.117 m,***,the IVLS algorithm demonstrates a remarkable generalization capability with R2 values consistently above 0.95,indicating its robustness in handling varied diving dynamics.

BACKGROUND Colon cancer is acknowledged as one of the most common malignancies worldwide,ranking third in United States regarding incidence and ***,approximately 40%of colon cancer cases harbor oncogenic KRAS mutations,resulting in the continuous activation of epidermal growth factor receptor *** To investigate the key pathogenic genes in KRAS mutant colon cancer holds considerable *** Weighted gene co-expression network analysis,in combination with additional bioinformatics analysis,were conducted to screen the key factors driving the progression of KRAS mutant colon ***,various in vitro experiments were also conducted to explore the biological function of transglutaminase 2(TGM2).RESULTS Integrated analysis demonstrated that TGM2 acted as an independent prognostic factor for progression-free *** analysis on tissue microarrays revealed that TGM2 was associated with an elevated probability of perineural invasion in patients with KRAS mutant colon ***,biological roles of the key gene TGM2 was also assessed,suggesting that the downregulation of TGM2 attenuated the proliferation,invasion,and migration of the KRAS mutant colon cancer cell *** This study underscores the potential significance of TGM2 in the progression of KRAS mutant colon *** insight not only offers a theoretical foundation for therapeutic approaches but also highlights the need for additional clinical trials and fundamental research to support our preliminary findings.

Phosphate tailings are usually used as backfill material in order to recycle tailings *** study considers the effect of the mix proportions of clinker-free binders on the fluidity,compressive strength and other key performances of cementitious backfill materials based on phosphate *** particular,three solid wastes,phosphogypsum(PG),semi-aqueous phosphogypsum(HPG)and calcium carbide slag(CS),were selected to activate wet ground granulated blast furnace slag(WGGBS)and three different phosphate tailings backfill materials were ***,rheology,settling ratio,compressive strength,water resistance and ion leaching behavior of backfill materials were *** to the results,when either PG or HPG is used as the sole activator,the fluidity properties of the materials are *** tailings backfill material activated with PG present the largest fluidity and the lowest yield ***,the backfill material’s compressive strength is considerably increased to 2.9 MPa at 28 days after WGGBS activation using a mix of HPG and CS,all with a settling ratio of only 1.15 ***,all the three ratios of binder have obvious solidification effects on heavy metal ions Cu and Zn,and P in phosphate tailings.

Active control of terahertz(THz)waves is attracting tremendous attentions in terahertz communications and active photonic ***,due to its excellent photoelectric conversion performance and simple manufacturing process,has emerged as a promising candidate for optoelectronic ***,the exploration of perovskites in optically controlled THz modulators is still *** this work,the photoelectric properties and carrier dynamics of FA_(0.4)MA_(0.6)PbI_(3)perovskite films were investigated by optical pumped terahertz probe(OPTP)*** ultrafast carrier dynamics reveal that FA_(0.4)MA_(0.6)PbI_(3)thin film exhibits rapid switching and relaxation time within picosecond level,suggesting that FA_(0.4)MA_(0.6)PbI_(3)is an ideal candidate for active THz devices with ultrafast ***,as a proof of concept,a FA_(0.4)MA_(0.6)PbI_(3)-based metadevice with integrating plasma-induced transparency(PIT)effect was fabricated to achieve ultrafast modulation of THz *** experimental results demonstrated that the switching time of FA_(0.4)MA_(0.6)PbI_(3)-based THz modulator is near to 3.5 ps,and the threshold of optical pump is as low as 12.7μJ cm^(-2).The simulation results attribute the mechanism of ultrafast THz modulation to photo-induced free carriers in the FA_(0.4)MA_(0.6)PbI_(3)layer,which progressively shorten the capacitive gap of PIT *** study not only illuminates the potential of FA_(0.4)MA_(0.6)PbI_(3)in THz modulation,but also contributes to the field of ultrafast photonic devices.

Soil erosion by snow or ice melt waterflow is an important type of soil erosion in many high-altitude and high-latitude regions and is further aggravated by climate *** snowmelt waterflow erosion process is affected by soil freeze-thaws and is highly dynamically *** this study,a methodology was developed to conduct in situ field experiments to investigate the effects of the thawed depth of the frozen soil profile on snowmelt waterflow *** method was implemented on an alpine meadow soil slope at an altitude of 3700 m on the northeastern Tibetan *** erosion experiments involved five thawed soil depths of 0,10,30(35),50,and 80(100)mm under two snowmelt waterflow rates(3 and 5 L/min).When the topsoil was fully frozen or shallow-thawed(≤10 mm),its hydrothermal and structural properties caused a significant lag in the initiation of runoff and delayed soil erosion in the initial *** runoff and sediment concentration curves for fully frozen and shallow-thawed soil showed two-stage patterns characteristic of a sediment supply limited in the early stage and subject to hydrodynamic-controlled processes in the later ***,this effect did not exist where the thawed soil depth was greater than 30 *** deep-thawed cases(≥30 mm)showed normal hydrograph and sedigraph patterns similar to those of the unfrozen *** findings of this study are important for understanding the erosion rates of partially thawed soil and for improving erosion simulations in cold regions.
