Efficient bifunction electrocatalyst is extremely interesting for electrochemical overall water splitting （OWS）.Herein,a new RuO2-Ru/MoO2@CC（RRM/CC） bifunctional electrocatalyst was prepared via a solid phase reaction *** obtain a suitable precursor for SPR,MoS2nanosheets and RuO2nanoparticles （NPs）were sequentially loaded onto carbon cloth conductive ***,the prepared RuO2/MoS2/CC precursor was sealed in a furnace and annealed in Ar to trigger the redox *** SPR,active RuO2-Ru/MoO2units containing metal–metal oxide interfaces were formed on CC substrate *** optimized RRM/CC sample annealed at 400℃ exhibited a overpotential of 13 m V for hydrogen evolution reaction （HER） and 231 mV for oxygen evolution reaction （OER） at 10 mA·cm-2under alkaline condition,respectively,which can be deduced to the modulated electronic structure and unique hierarchica *** addition,a low cell voltage of 1.48 V for OWS was required at 10 mA·cm-2under alkaline condition Meanwhile,RRM/CC exhibited excellent pH-independent durability.

Climate change leads to an increase in both the frequency and intensity of extreme *** runoff generated by extreme precipitation has a significant impact on ***,the impact of persistent precipitation on surface water quality is easy to neglect,due to its prolonged duration and lower-intensity *** study established eight sampling points within selected surface waters to observe the variation of microbial characteristics in a typical persistence precipitation *** primary difference between Furong Lake(FL)and Chengqian Reservoir(CR)was:the concentrations of dissolved organic carbon(DOC)were 21.3±0.7 and 8.3±1.5 mg/L in FL and CR,*** concentrations of R2A culturable bacteria and coliforms were 10^(4.57)and 10^(1.58)colony-forming units(CFU)/mL in FL,and were 10^(5.46)and 10^(2.64)CFU/mL in CR,*** precipitation,the maximum increase concentrations of R2A,NA culturable bacteria,and coliforms were 10^(0.75),10^(1.30),and 10^(2.27)CFU/mL in FL,***,microbial concentration and rainfall did not increase simultaneously,and a delay phenomenon was observed in the increasing microbial *** analyzing the concentration change trends and correlation of various water quality indicators during persistent precipitation,the significant correlation between the DOC concentration and the changes in the dominant species of microbial community structure was found in this study(p<0.05).For example,as the DOC concentration declined,the abundance of hgcl_clade and CL500-29_marine_group ***,although persistent precipitation might not obviously alter the water quality visibly,it could still pose potential microbial risks.

The planar-chiral ligands have been widely applied as a class of unique and significant ligands in asymmetric *** them,chiral[2.2]paracycyclophane has emerged as a privileged type of planar-chiral framework and has been utilized as an important toolbox due to their structural ***,we design and synthesize[2.2]paracyclophane-derived oxazole-pyrimidine ligands(abberviated as PYMCOX).These N,N-ligands with stable properties,rigid structure and large steric hindrance performed successfully in nickel-catalyzed asymmetric 1,2-reduction ofα,β-unsaturated ketones,affording the chiral allylic alcohols with up to 99%yield and 99%***,this reduction reaction could be conducted on gram-scale without loss of activity and enantioselectivity,and the chiral ligand could be conveniently recovered with high yield.

The backreaming operation plays a significant role in safe drilling for horizontal wellbores, while it may cause severe stuck pipe accidents. To lower the risk of the stuck pipe in backreaming operations, the mechanism of cuttings transport needs to be carefully investigated. In this research, a transient cuttings transport with multiple flow patterns model is developed to predict the evolution of cuttings transported in the annulus while backreaming. The established model can provide predictions of the distribution of cuttings bed along the wellbore considering the bulldozer effect caused by large-size drilling tools(LSDTs). The sensitivity analyses of the size of LSDTs, and backreaming operating parameters are conducted in Section 4. And a new theory is proposed to explain the mechanism of cuttings transport in the backreaming operation, in which both the bit and LSDTs have the “cleaning effect” and “plugging effect”.The results demonstrate that the cuttings bed in annuli is in a state of dynamic equilibrium, but the overall trend and the distribution pattern are obvious. First, larger diameters and longer drilling tools could lead to a higher risk of the stuck pipe. Second, we find that it is not the case that the higher flow rate is always better for hole cleaning, so three flow-rate intervals are discussed separately under the given conditions. When the “dangerous flow rate”(35 L/s in Case 4),the higher the flow rate, the better the cleaning effect of cuttings beds. This study employs the regional Climate-Weather Research and Forecasting model(CWRF)to first investigate the primary physical mechanisms causing biases in simulating summer precipitation over the Yangtze River Basin(YRB),and then enhance its predictive ability through an optimal multi-physics ensemble *** CWRF 30-km simulations in China are compared among 28 combinations of varying physics parameterizations during 1980−***-term average summer biases in YRB precipitation are remotely correlated with those of large-scale *** teleconnections of biases are highly consistent with the observed correlation patterns between interannual variations of precipitation and circulations,despite minor shifts in their primary action *** YRB precipitation aligns with a southward shifted East Asian westerly jet,an intensified low-level southerly flow south of YRB,and a south-eastward shifted South Asian high,alongside higher moisture availability over ***,decreased YRB precipitation corresponds to an opposite circulation *** CWRF control configuration using the ensemble cumulus parameterization(ECP),compared to other cumulus schemes,best captures the observed YRB precipitation characteristics and associated circulation *** ECP with the Morrison or Morrison-aerosol microphysics and the CCCMA or CAML radiation schemes enhances the overall CWRF *** to the control CWRF,the ensemble average of these skill-enhanced physics configurations more accurately reproduces YRB summer precipitation’s spatial distributions,interannual anomalies,and associated circulation *** Bayesian Joint Probability calibration to these configurations improves the ensemble’s spatial distributions but compromises its interannual anomalies and teleconnection *** findings highlight substantial potential for refining the representation of climate system physics to improve YRB precipitation *** is notabl

Fully polarized Compton scattering from a beam of spin-polarized electrons is investigated in plane-wave backgrounds in a broad intensity region from the perturbative to the nonperturbative *** the perturbative regime,polarized linear Compton scattering is considered for investigating polarization transfer from a single laser photon to a scattered photon,and in the high-intensity region,the polarized locally monochromatic approximation and locally constant field approximation are established and are employed to study polarization transfer from an incoming electron to a scattered *** numerical results suggest an appreciable improvement of about 10%in the scattering probability in the intermediate-intensity region if the electron’s longitudinal spin is parallel to the laser *** longitudinal spin of the incoming electron can be transferred to the scattered photon with an efficiency that increases with laser intensity and collisional *** collision between an optical laser with frequency1 eV and a 10 GeV electron,this polarization transfer efficiency can increase from about 20%in the perturbative regime to about 50%in the nonperturbative regime for scattered photons with relatively high energy.
