A Kind of Edge Detection Algorithm with Edge-Preserving Characteristics

Traditional Sobel algorithm is deeply influenced by Gaussian noise,therefore,before boundary extraction,mean filter should be done. But the filtering process is always over-smooth images'details of certain directions,so that images'edges will not be extracted correctly. Aiming at this problem,this paper puts forward a detection algorithm based on edge-preserving characteristics,by matching edge mould of different directions to definite edge preserving directions. Instead of the mean filter process,this algorithm improves the performance of traditional algorithms,and provides the simulation results. The experiment results prove that this algorithm preserves more images'edge information when canceling noise.

目的:^(18)F-FDGPET/CT最大标准摄取值(SUVmax)与进展期结直肠腺瘤的关系尚不明确。本研究旨在探讨^(18)F-FDGPET/CT的SUVmax鉴别进展期及非进展期结直肠腺瘤的能力。方法:回顾性分析153例经^(18)F-FDGPET/CT偶然发现的结直肠腺瘤患者的资料,根据癌化风险分为进展期和非进展期结直肠腺瘤两组。术前PET/CT测量病灶的SUVmax,采用受试者工作特性(ROC)曲线分析确定两组的最佳截断值。纳入常规的临床特征,采用Logistic回归模型进行单因素和多因素分析确定独立危险因素。结果:进展期和非进展期两组结直肠腺瘤患者的SUVmax分别为8.61±4.01、5.02±2.00,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Logistic多因素回归分析显示SUVmax、CEA、CA125和隐血是预测进展期结直肠腺瘤的独立危险因素。单SUVmax检测的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.810,SUVmax联合CEA、CA125及隐血检测的AUC为0.879。结论:基于^(18)F-FDGPET/CT成像的SUVmax是预测进展期结直肠腺瘤的独立危险因素,可以作为一种无创的定量诊断工具,有助于术前指导治疗策略的制定。

Mechanisms of electron transfer of carbazole （CZ） and 9-ethylcarbazole （ECZ） were studied by electrochemistry and in-situ spectroelectrochemistry. The result indicated that the electrochemical reaction mechanism of ECZ was the same as that of CZ. Both of them undergo ECE process： the initial step is removal of one electron to generate very reactive cation radical, this species then proceeded by deprotonation-coupling reaction to form the corresponding dimer, which was oxidized continuously.

Optimal Cooperative Secondary Control for Islanded DC Microgrids via a Fully Actuated Approach

DC-DC converter-based multi-bus DC microgrids(MGs) in series have received much attention, where the conflict between voltage recovery and current balancing has been a hot topic. The lack of models that accurately portray the electrical characteristics of actual MGs while is controller design-friendly has kept the issue active. To this end, this paper establishes a large-signal model containing the comprehensive dynamical behavior of the DC MGs based on the theory of high-order fully actuated systems, and proposes distributed optimal control based on this. The proposed secondary control method can achieve the two goals of voltage recovery and current sharing for multi-bus DC MGs. Additionally, the simple structure of the proposed approach is similar to one based on droop control, which allows this control technique to be easily implemented in a variety of modern microgrids with different configurations. In contrast to existing studies, the process of controller design in this paper is closely tied to the actual dynamics of the MGs. It is a prominent feature that enables engineers to customize the performance metrics of the system. In addition, the analysis of the stability of the closed-loop DC microgrid system, as well as the optimality and consensus of current sharing are given. Finally, a scaled-down solar and battery-based microgrid prototype with maximum power point tracking controller is developed in the laboratory to experimentally test the efficacy of the proposed control method.

The solar-driven reduction of CO_(2) into valuable products is a promising method to alleviate global environmental problems and energy ***,the low surface charge density limits the photocatalytic conversion performance of CO_(2).Herein,a polymeric carbon nitride(PCN)photocatalyst with Zn single atoms(Zn1/CN)was designed and synthesized for CO_(2) *** results of the CO_(2) photoreduction studies show that the CO and CH_(4) yields of Zn1/CN increased fivefold,reaching 76.9 and 22.9μmol/(g·h),respectively,in contrast to the unmodified ***+plasma-etched X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and synchrotron radiation-based X-ray absorption fine structure results reveal that Zn single atom is mainly present in the interlayer space of PCN in the Zn–N_(4) *** characterizations indicate that the interlayer Zn–N_(4) configuration can amplify light absorption and establish an interlayer charge transfer ***-assisted Kelvin probe force microscopy confirms that more photogenerated electrons are delivered to the catalyst surface through interlayer Zn–N_(4) configuration,which increases its surface charge ***,in-situ infrared spectroscopy combined with density functional theory calculation reveals that promoted surface charge density accelerates key intermediates(*COOH)conversion,thus achieving efficient CO_(2) *** work elucidates the role of internal single atoms in catalytic surface reactions,which provides important implications for the design of single-atom catalysts.

Fertilization Affects Biomass Production of Suaeda salsa and Soil Organic Carbon Pool in East Coastal Region of China

Land use practice significantly affects soil properties. Soil is a major sink for atmospheric carbon, and soil organic carbon （SOC） is considered as an essential indicator of soil quality. The objective of this study was to assess the effects of N and P applied to Suaeda salsa on biomass production, SOC concentration, labile organic carbon （LOC） concentration, SOC pool and carbon management index （CMI） as well as the effect of the land use practice on soil quality of coastal tidal lands in east coastal region of China. The study provided relevant references for coastal exploitation, tidal land management and related study in other countries and regions. The field experiment was laid out in a randomized complete block design, consisting of four N-fertilization rates （0 （NO）, 60 （N1）, 120 （N2） and 180 kg ha-1 （N3））, three P-fertilization rates （0 （P0）, 70 （P1） and 105 kg ha-~ （P2）） and bare land without vegetation. N and P applied to S. salsa on coastal tidal lands significantly affected biomass production （above-ground biomass and roots）, bulk density （Pb）, available N and P, SOC, LOC, SOC pool and CMI. Using statistical analysis, significantly interactions in N and P were observed for biomass production and the dominant factor for S. salsa production was N in continuous 2-yr experiments. There were no significant interactions between N and P for SOC concentration, LOC concentration and SOC pool. However, significant interaction was obtained for CMI at the 0-20 cm depth and N played a dominant role in the variation of CMI. There were significant improvements for soil measured attributes and parameters, which suggested that increasing the rates of N and P significantly decreased Pb at the 0-20 cm depth and increased available N and P, SOC, LOC, SOC pool as well as CMI at both the 0-20 and 20-40 cm depth, respectively. By correlation analysis, there were significantly positive correlations between biomass （above- ground biomass and roots） and SOC as well as LOC in 2010

The evolution of Ce-containing inclusions and its correlation with the reoxidation of liquid steel during protective atmosphere electroslag remelting(ESR)of heat-resistant steel were *** reoxidation of liquid steel took place during the ESR,resulting in the oxygen pickup from 0.0014 to 0.0053 wt.%.The inclusions in the consumable electrode,liquid metal pool and remelted ingot are Ce_(2)O_(2)S and Ce_(2)O,inclusions *** inclusions in the remelted ingot are originated from three ways:(I)the original inclusions from the electrode;(Il)the newly formed Ce_(2)O_(2)S and Ce_(2)O_(3) inclusions in the liquid metal pool by reoxidation remaining still in remelted ingot;(IlI)the newly generated Ce2O2S and Ce_(2)O_(3) inclusions during cooling and solidification of liquid *** relative proportions of Ce_(2)O_(3) inclusions in liquid metal pool and remelted ingot are 41% and 76.5%,*** inclusions ranging from 2 to 5μm in the remelted ingot take up 55%,followed by the inclusions smaller than 2μm(43%of total inclusions).The number proportion of the Ce_(2)0,inclusions in the liquid metal pool which were removed by floating up into slag is 1.96×10-5%.

Evaluation of Burden Descent Model for Burden Distribution in Blast Furnace

Mathematical models for burden descending process have been applied to obtain whole burden structures in blast furnace,whereas the accuracy of those burden descent models has not been sufficiently *** evaluation method based on timeline burden profiles was established to quantitatively evaluate the error between experimental and modeled burden *** existing burden descent models were utilized to describe the burden structure of a 1/20 scaled warm blast *** modeling conditions including initial burden profile,descending volumes in each time interval,and normalized descending velocity distribution were determined via special image processing *** burden structures were evaluated combined with the published experimental *** is found that all the models caught the main profile of the burden ***,the improved nonuniform descent model（Model IV）shows the highest level of precision especially when burden descends with unstable velocity distribution ***,the traditional nonuniform descent model（Model III）may also be desirable to model the burden descending process when the burden descending velocity presents a linear ***,the uniform descent model（Model I）might be the first option for roughly predicting burden structure.
