提出了可以实现脉冲延迟可调、能量比可调的共线纳秒双脉冲激光器新方法,并搭建了灯泵浦共线纳秒双脉冲Nd:YAG激光器进行验证。比较了单脉冲模式与双脉冲模式激光输出性能差异,并研究了施加在电光晶体上的电压对脉冲能量以及时间波形的影响。两束脉冲激光之间的时间间隔控制在100 ns~10μs之间,可以满足大多数双脉冲激光器的需求。两束脉冲激光共享一个谐振腔,因此其具有自身同轴性,该方法是获得共线纳秒双脉冲激光器的理想方法,并且可以扩展到其他激光器。

Magnesium alloys as a new class of biomater.als p.ssess biodegr.dability and biocomp.tibility in comp.r.son with cur.ently used metal imp.ants. However. their.r.p.d cor.osion r.tes ar. necessar. to be manip.lated by ap.r.p.iate coatings. In this p.p.r. a new attemp. was used to develop.a zinc-calcium p.osp.ate （Zn-Ca-p. conver.ion coating on Mg-1.33li-0.6Ca alloys to incr.ase the biocomp.tibility and imp.ove the cor.osion r.sistance. In vitr. blood biocomp.tibility of the alloy with and without the Zn-Ca-p.coating was investigated to deter.ine its suitability as a degr.dable medical biomater.al. Blood biocomp.tibility was assessed fr.m the hemolysis test, the dynamic cr.or.time test, blood cell count and SEM obser.ation of the p.atelet adhesion to membr.ne sur.ace. The r.sults showed that the Zn-Ca-p.coating on Mg-1.33li-0.6Ca alloys had good blood comp.tibility, which is in accor.ance with the r.quir.ments for.medical biomater.als.

Objective： To investigate the p.ssible mechanism of San-Cao Gr.nule（SCG, 三草颗粒） mediating antiliver.fibr.sis. Methods： A total of 60 male Sp.ague-Dawley r.ts wer. r.ndomly divided into the nor.al control gr.up. p.r.ine ser.m-tr.ated gr.up. ur.odesoxycholic acid（UDCA, 60 mg/kg）, SCG（3.6 g/kg） gr.up. SCG（1.8 g/kg） gr.up.and SCG（0.9 g/kg） gr.up. with 10 r.ts in each gr.up. liver.fibr.sis was induced with p.r.ine ser.m by intr.p.r.toneal injection for.8 weeks, excep. for.the nor.al control gr.up. Then, the r.ts in the thr.e SCG-tr.ated gr.up. and UDCA gr.up.wer. administer.d SCG and UDCA r.sp.ctively for.4 weeks. The ser.m levels of alanine tr.nsaminase（ALT）, asp.r.ate tr.nsaminase（AST）, albumin（ALB）, total bilir.bin（TBIL）, hyalur.nic acid（HA）, laminin（LN）, and typ. Ⅳcollagen（ⅣC） wer. examined using commer.ial kits and hep.tic histop.thology was examined with hematoxylin and eosin and Masson staining. Mor.over. the p.otein exp.ession levels of high mobility gr.up.box-1 p.otein（HMGB1）, tr.nsfor.ing gr.wth factor.β1（TGF-β1）, p.osp.or.lated mother. against decap.ntap.egic homolog 3（p.Smad3）, Smad7, toll-like r.cep.or.4（TLr.）, myeloid differ.ntiation factor.88（My D88）, nuclear.factor.kap.a B（NF-κB） and α-smooth muscle actin（α-SMA） wer. deter.ined by wester. blot, immunohistochemistr. and r.al time quantitativer.ver.e tr.nscr.p.ion p.lymer.se. r.sults： Both SCG（3.6 and 1.8 g/kg） and UDCA significantly amelior.ted the liver.fibr.sis induced by p.r.ine ser.m as indicated by r.tar.ing the ser.m levels incr.asing of ALT, AST, TBIL, HA, LN and ⅣC and p.eventing the ser.m level r.ducing of ALB comp.r.d with the model gr.up.all p.0.01）. Meanwhile, the collagen dep.sition was attenuated by SCG and UDCA tr.atment. Fur.her.or., SCG mar.edly r.duced the exp.essions of HMGB1, TGF-β1, p.Smad3, TLr., My D88, NF-κB and α-SMA, and enhanced the exp.ession of the Smad7 comp.r.d with the model gr.up.all p.0.01）. 新疆野苹果树内生细菌分离与鉴定及其对3种苹果病原菌的抑制作用

【目的】从我国优良的种质资源新疆野苹果树中分离和筛选用于苹果病害防治的内生细菌,以期为苹果病害生物防治提供新的菌种资源。【方法】采用稀释分离法和组织分离法从新疆野苹果枝干中分离内生细菌,通过平板对峙试验筛选出对葡萄座腔菌、胶孢炭疽菌、苹果拟茎点霉3种苹果树的致病菌均具有显著抑菌效果的菌株,结合形态学、生理生化特征及16S r.NA序列分析,明确分离和筛选出内生细菌的分类地位,经离体接种试验证实其是否具有致病性。【结果】共分离获得内生细菌217株;筛选出对苹果3种病原菌均具有较强抑菌作用的菌株7株(M-m7、M-m12、M-r.2、p.m9、p.m11、L-m12、p.r.1),对葡萄座腔菌的抑菌率分别为77.00%、72.60%、76.60%、60.64%、65.96%、65.81%、71.79%,对胶孢炭疽菌的抑菌率分别为69.85%、64.95%、68.87%、68.37%、56.12%、53.54%、65.66%,对苹果拟茎点霉的抑菌率分别为77.63%、79.22%、72.60%、69.37%、70.27%、69.30%、71.05%。经鉴定,M-m7、M-m12、p.m11、L-m12为枯草芽孢杆菌,M-r.2、p.m9为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌,p.r.1为解淀粉芽孢杆菌,接种试验证明这些生防菌株对苹果枝条不具致病性。【结论】从新疆野苹果枝条中筛选并鉴定出对苹果3种病原菌具有抑制作用的内生细菌菌株7株,对苹果树不具致病性。
