The twinning behavior, dynamic recrystallization(DRX) mechanism and the resultant texture evolution of the extruded Mg-xBi(x=0.5 wt.%, 2.0 wt.%) alloys were systematically investigated during hot compression at the strain rate of 10 s^(-1) and temperature of 200℃. The results indicate that the types and intensities of the texture are greatly dependent on the twining behavior and DRX mechanism. At the initial stage, the evolution of texture is mainly domination by the formation and variation of {1012} extension twins, which is benefcial to the compression direction(CD)-tilted basal texture. With an increase in the strain, the texture evolution is more greatly regulated by the DRX mechanism. Besides, the pyramidal slip and basal slip are activated during the compression process, resulting in the Schmid factors(SF) of pyramidal slip remain at ~0.4 and the average SFs for basal slip increase from 0.2 to0.34 as the strain increase. These fndings provide a new insight into controlling the texture of wrought Mg-Bi-based alloys during hot deformation processing.

Three thiostannates （H2en）2Sn2S6· en 1, （Hen）4Sn2S6 2 （en = ethylenediamine, a known compound）and [（H2hmda）3（Hhmda）2]（Sn2S6）2 3 （hmda = hexamethylenediamine） were prepared using SnCl4.5H2O and S8 as starting materials in alkylenediamine solutions under mild solvothermal conditions. Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1^- with a = 8.7491（17）, b = 10.704（2）, c = 12.2031（19） A, a = 74.888（13）, β= 72.998（12）, γ= 89.032（15）°, V = 1052.9（3） A^3, Mr = 614.08, Z= 2, De = 1.937 g/cm^3, p = 2.966 mm^-1, F（000） = 604, S = 1.211, R = 0.0579 and wR = 0.0770 for 3999 observed reβections with I 〉 2σ（I）; while 3 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1^- with a = 9.8075（13）, b = 10.8266（16）, c = 14.303（2） A, a = 88.611 （10）, β = 81.030（9）, γ = 74.609（9）°, V = 1446.1 （4） A^3, Mr = 1448.78, Z = 1, Dc = 1.664 g/cm^3, μ = 2.173 mm^-1, F（000） = 730, S = 1.173, R = 0.0457 and wR = 0.0667 for 5738 observed reβections with I 〉 2σ（I）. The compounds are composed of dimeric [Sn2S6]^4- anions and protohated alkylenediamine cations.

We present stellar parameters and abundances of 15 elements （Na, Mg, A1, Si, Ca, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Y and Ba） for 23 field RR Lyrae variables based on high-resolution （R ~ 60 000） and high signal-to-noise （S/N~ 200） spectra obtained using the High Dispersion Spectrograph on the Subaru Telescope. Six stars in the sample have more than one spectrum observed at different pulsation phases. The derived abundance ratios of [X/Fe] for 14 elements （except for Ba） do not vary during the pulsation cycle. An interesting curve of [Ba/Fe] versus phase is detected for the first time and it shows decreasing [Ba/Fe] with increasing temperature at a given metallicity. Combining with data in the literature, abundances of most RR Lyrae stars as a function of [Fe/H] follow the same trends as those of dwarf stars, but [Sc/Fe] and [Y/Fe] ratios of RR Lyrae stars at solar metallicity are lower than those of dwarf stars. The kinematics of RR Lyrae stars indicate that three comparatively metal-rich RR Lyrae stars might originate from the thick disk and they show higher [a/Fe] ratios than RR Lyrae stars with thin disk kinematics. Among 23 RR Lyrae stars, two special objects are found with abnormal abundances; TV Lib has high [a/Fe], [Sc/Fe], [Y/Fe] and [Ba/Fe] ratios while TW Her has solar [a/Fe] but significantly lower [Sc/Fe], [Y/Fe] and [Ba/Fe] ratios as compared with other RR Lyrae stars.

Lipid-based formulations(LBFs)have demonstrated a great potential in enhancing the oral absorption of poorly water-soluble ***,construction of in vitro and in vivo correlations(IVIVCs)for LBFs is quite challenging,owing to a complex in vivo processing of these *** this paper,we start with a brief introduction on the gastrointestinal digestion of lipid/LBFs and its relation to enhanced oral drug absorption;based on the concept of IVIVCs,the current status of in vitro models to establish IVIVCs for LBFs is reviewed,while future perspectives in this field are *** vitro tests,which facilitate the understanding and prediction of the in vivo performance of solid dosage forms,frequently fail to mimic the in vivo processing of LBFs,leading to inconsistent *** vitro digestion models,which more closely simulate gastrointestinal physiology,are a more promising *** some successes in IVIVC modeling,the accuracy and consistency of these models are yet to be validated,particularly for human data.A reliable IVIVC model can not only reduce the risk,time,and cost of formulation development but can also contribute to the formulation design and optimization,thus promoting the clinical translation of LBFs.

Under conditions of a warmer climate,the advance of the alpine treeline into alpine tundra has implications for carbon dynamics in mountain ***,the above- and below-ground live biomass allocations among different vegetation types within the treeline ecotones are not well *** determine the altitudinal patterns of above-/below-ground carbon allocation,we measured the root biomass and estimated the above-ground biomass(AGB) in a subalpine forest,treeline forest,alpine shrub,and alpine grassland along two elevational transects towards the alpine tundra in southeast *** AGB strongly declined with increasing elevation,which was associated with a decrease in the leaf area index and a consequent reduction in carbon *** fine root biomass(FRB) increased significantly more in the alpine shrub and grassland than in the treeline forest,whereas the coarse root biomass changed little with increasing altitudes,which led to a stable below-ground biomass(BGB) value across *** and infertile soil conditions might explain the large amount of FRB in alpine shrub and ***,the root toshoot biomass ratio increased sharply with altitude,which suggested a remarkable shift of biomass allocation to root systems near the alpine *** findings demonstrate contrasting changes in AGB and BGB allocations across treeline ecotones,which should be considered when estimating carbon dynamics with shifting treelines.

近年来,氧化镓(Ga_(2)O_(3))是新一代超宽禁带(4.9 eV)半导体,基于优越的热稳定和化学稳定性、高击穿场强和可见光透过率等优点,在日盲紫外探测器和透明光电器件领域中引起了广泛的关注.但是,Ga_(2)O_(3)基光电器件存在迁移率较低而限制其应用的现象,而构建合适的Ga_(2)O_(3)异质结是改善光电探测器的光电性能的有效手段之一.基于第一性原理构建β-Ga_(2)O_(3)/BP异质结模型,研究了氧空位(Vo)和Si掺杂对β-Ga_(2)O_(3)/BP异质结光电性质的调控以及相关机理.结果显示:β-Ga_(2)O_(3)/BP异质结结构有效降低β-Ga_(2)O_(3)功函数,提高灵敏度,Si掺杂降低结合能,增强稳定性;β-Ga_(2)O_(3)/BP异质结有效减小带隙,Si掺杂以及氧空位的存在,进一步减小带隙,增强光导电性,并且Si掺杂引起了光电导各向异性.此结果对改善Ga_(2)O_(3)基异质结光电性能提供理论参考.
