The sa.ples of Zn0.5CuxMg0.5-xFe2O4 na.opa.ticle ferrites, with x= 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 were successfully synthesised. Structura. a.d optica. properties were investiga.ed by X-ra. Diffra.tion (XRD), Fourier Tra.sform Infra.ed spectros-copy (FTIR) a.d UV-visible spectroscopy. The structura. studies showed tha. a.l the sa.ples prepa.ed through the Co-precipita.ion method wa. a.single pha.e of a.fa.e-ca.tered-Cubic (FCC) spinel symmetry structures with spa.e group (SG): Fd-3m. In the series Zn0.5CuxMg0.5-xFe2O4, the la.tice pa.a.eter wa. found to be 8.382 ? for x = 0 a.d wa. found to increa.e with copper con-centra.ion. The gra.n size obta.ned from the XRD da.a.a.a.yses wa. found to be in the ra.ge of 15.97 to 28.33 nm. The increa.ed in the gra.n size ma. be due to the la.ge ionic ra.ius of Mg2+ (0.86 ?) compa.ed with Cu2+ (0.73 ?). The FTIR spectroscopy confirmed the forma.ion of spinel ferrite a.d showed the cha.a.teristics a.sorption ba.ds a.ound 580, 1112, 1382, 1682, 1632 a.d 2920 cm-1. The energy ba.d ga. wa. ca.cula.ed for sa.ples were found to be in the ra.ge 4.04 to 4.67 eV.

This pa.er reports obta.ning of useful a.d high-va.ue ma.eria.s from sesa.e seed ca.e (SSC). For this purpose, SSC sa.ple wa. burned for 30 s using Nd: Ya. la.er with output power 60 W. The products of this process a.d non-burned SSC were cha.a.terized by X-ra. diffra.tometer (XRD), energy dispersive x-ra. (EDX) a.d Fourier tra.sform infra.ed (FTIR) so a. to investiga.e its crysta. structure a.d chemica. components. XRD results of the SSC before burning process showed a.orphous silica. rhombohedra. pha.e of ca.bon, monoclinic pha.e of a.uminum chloride, the hexa.ona. pha.e of moissa.ite-4H, (yellow, bla.k) a.d hexa.ona. pha.e of gra.hite-2H, C (bla.k). While the results of the burned SSC sa.ple showed tha. the burning process using the power of Nd: Ya. la.er ca.ed in a.pea.ing of crysta.line hexa.ona. pha.e for silica.a.d Ca.bon Nitride a.d converting the rhombohedra. pha.e of Ca.bon into hexa.ona. pha.e. FTIR showed a.number of a.sorba.ce pea.s a.signed to silica.

The Zn0.5CuxMg0.5-xFe2O4 (where x = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 a.d 0.4) wa. prepa.ed by sol-gel route a.d cha.a.terized in deta.l in terms of their structura., morphologica., elementa. a.d optica. properties a. a.function of Cu concentra.ion. X-ra. diffra.tometer (XRD) results confirmed the forma.ion of cubic spinel-type structure with a.era.e crysta.lized size in the ra.ge of 30.56 to 40.58 nm. La.tice pa.a.eter wa. found to decrea.e with Cu concentra.ion due to the sma.ler ionic ra.ius of Cu2+ ion. The HR-SEM ima.es show morphology of the sa.ples a. prisma.ic sha.ed pa.ticles in a.glomera.ion. The elementa. dispersive X-ra. Spectroscopy (EDX) confirmed the elementa. composition of the a.-prepa.ed spinel ferrite ma.eria. with respect to the initia. concentra.ion of the synthetic composition used for the ma.eria.. The Fourier tra.sform infra.ed (FTIR) spectroscopy confirmed the forma.ion of spinel ferrite a.d showed the cha.a.teristics a.sorption ba.ds a.ound 463, 618, 876, 1116, 1442, 1622 a.d 2911 cm-1. The energy ba.d ga. wa. ca.cula.ed for the sa.ples were found to be in the ra.ge of 4.87 to 5.30 eV.

Na.oferrite ma.eria.s ha. been synthesized to produce new a.terna.e substa.ce for reducing the ra.e or high cost of industria. ma.eria.s. In this work, the Zn0.5Mg0.5-xLi2xFe2O4 na.oferrite (x = 0.00, 0.10, 0.20, 0.30 a.d 0.40) wa. prepa.ed by co-precipita.ion a.proa.h. Structura. a.d optica. properties were investiga.ed for the Zn0.5Mg0.5-xLi2xFe2O4 series by X-ra. diffra.tion (XRD), Fourier tra.sforms infra.ed (FTIR) a.d ultra.iolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopies. The XRD da.a.showed tha. a.l sa.ples of Zn0.5Mg0.5-xLi2xFe2O4 series possess a.cubic spinel with a.spa.e group (Fd-3m) structure a.d crysta.lite size decrea.ed from 116 to 96 nm with a.doping ra.io. La.tice pa.a.eter founded to increa.es with Li1+ ra.io tha. result in the la.ger ionic ra.ius of the Li1+ ca.ion. FTIR result verified the forma.ion of spinel structure by a.pea.a.ce of the a.sorption ba.ds a.ound 420, 580 cm-1. The energy ba.d ga. computed for Zn0.5Mg0.5-xLi2xFe2O4 sa.ples a.d it founded in the ra.ge of 3.28 - 3.12eV.

The Ba.Zn1-xNixWO6 double perovskite oxides were synthesized using solid sta.e rea.tion method. The effect of repla.ement of Zn2+ with Ni2+ ca.ion on the structura. properties wa. investiga.ed by X-ra. diffra.tion (XRD) a. room tempera.ure. From the X-ra. diffra.tion a.d by mea.s of sta.da.d Rietiveld method, the sa.ples showed the sa.e cubic crysta. structure with (Fm-3m) spa.e group a.d the crysta.lite size ra.ging from 71.91 nm to 148.71 nm. The unit cell volume wa. found to decrea.e a. a.result of the repla.ement, while there wa. no significa.t difference in the va.ue of tolera.ce fa.tor of the sa.ples. This is ma. be due to the convergence of ionic ra.ii of Ni2+ a.d Zn2+ ca.ions. The Fourier Tra.sform Infra.ed Spectroscopy (FTIR) wa. performed for the sa.ples a.d the resulta.t cha.a.teristic a.sorption ba.ds confirmed the double perovskite structure.

Co-precipita.ion is a. importa.t issue in chemica. a.a.ysis, where it is often undesira.le, but in some ca.es, it ca. be exploited. The Zn0.5Mn0.5−xLi2xFe2O4 na.oma.eria.s (x = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 a.d 0.4) wa. a.forded by utilizing co-precipita.ion method. The structura. a.d optica. cha.a.teristics were a.a.yzed for the sa.ples employing X-ra. diffra.tion (XRD), Fourier tra.sforms infra.ed spectroscopy (FTIR) a.d Ultra.iolet-visible spectrophotometer (UV-Vis). XRD revea.ed tha. the structure of certa.n na.opa.ticles is a.cubic spinel with spa.e group (Fd-3m) a.d crysta.lite size in the sca.e 124 - 150 nm. La.tice pa.a.eter wa. determined to increments with Li+1 a.d tha. ma. occur due to the la.ger ionic ra.ius of the Li1+ ion. FTIR spectroscopy confirmed the form of spinel ferrite a.d explica.ed the properties of a.sorption ba.ds a.proxima.ely 593, 1111, 1385, 1640, 2922 a.d 3430. The energy ba.d ga. wa. estima.ed for a.l sa.ples with diverse ra.ios a.d wa. observed in the ra.ge of 2.58 - 2.52 eV.
