Objective:Junctional ectopic tachycardia is common after cardiac surgery for congenital heart ***,its incidence and related risk factors in infants after cardiac surgery are not well *** objective of this study was to determine the overall incidence and related risk factors for junctional ectopic tachycardia in neonates and ***:We enrolled a total of 271 patients aged<1 year who underwent open cardiac surgery at Severance Cardiovascular Hospital from January 2018 to December *** criteria were immediate postoperative mortality,other arrhythmias detected in the perioperative period,and ***:The overall incidence of junctional ectopic tachycardia was 12.9%.The logistic regression analysis revealed that longer cardiopulmonary bypass time,surgery involving atrioventricular node stretching,and the presence of early repolarization on preoperative electrocardiography increased the risk of junctional ectopic *** with junctional ectopic tachycardia had longer intubation time and intensive care unit ***:Junctional ectopic tachycardia is a common arrhythmia after cardiac surgery for congenital heart disease in ***,infants developing junctional ectopic tachycardia after cardiac surgery have specific preoperative electrocardiography *** risk factors for junctional ectopic tachycardia were associated not only with surgical procedural factors but also with preoperative electrocardiographic parameters.

Computation of the Strand Resistance Using the Core Wire Strain Measurement

This paper proposes a method enabling to compute the prestressing strand resistance using the strain measured on only one core wire. Numerical analysis is conducted considering the pitch length of the strand and the diameters of the core wire and helical wires as parameters. The results verify that the relation between the stresses of the core wire and helical wires can be expressed in terms of the helical angle. Based on this observation, a formula computing directly the prestress force in the strand from the strain measured in the core wire is suggested. Owing to the recently developed measurement method for the core wire strain, the proposed formula can be exploited to determine the prestress of the strand.

Deformation Characteristics of Mono Strand Anchor Head

This paper investigates experimentally the deformation characteristics of the mono strand anchor head used in prestressed concrete bridge. Since the strains measurable in the anchor head are the axial and hoop strains, the deformation characteristics of the anchor head are examined by measuring these strains at various positions and according to the jacking force exerted on the pre-stressing strand. Moreover, the possibility to estimate the jacking force acting in the tendon based upon the measured strains and the corresponding error are evaluated.

Adaptive multicolor filters have emerged as key components for ensuring color accuracy and resolution in outdoor visual ***,the current state of this technology is still in its infancy and largely reliant on liquid crystal devices that require high voltage and bulky structural ***,we present a multicolor nanofilter consisting of multilayered‘active’plasmonic nanocomposites,wherein metallic nanoparticles are embedded within a conductive polymer *** nanocomposites are fabricated with a total thickness below 100 nm using a‘lithography-free’method at the wafer level,and they inherently exhibit three prominent optical modes,accompanying scattering phenomena that produce distinct dichroic reflection and transmission ***,a pivotal achievement is that all these colors are electrically manipulated with an applied external voltage of less than 1 V with 3.5 s of switching speed,encompassing the entire visible ***,this electrically programmable multicolor function enables the effective and dynamic modulation of the color temperature of white light across the warm-to-cool spectrum(3250 K-6250 K).This transformative capability is exceptionally valuable for enhancing the performance of outdoor optical devices that are independent of factors such as the sun’s elevation and prevailing weather conditions.

Electrochemically Deposited CZTSSe Thin Films for Monolithic Perovskite Tandem Solar Cells with Efficiencies Over 17%

In spite of the high potential economic feasibility of the tandem solar cells consisting of the halide perovskite and the kesterite Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4(CZTSSe),they have rarely been demonstrated due to the difficulty in implementing solution-processed perovskite top cell on the rough surface of the bottom ***,we firstly demonstrate an efficient monolithic two-terminal perovskite/CZTSSe tandem solar cell by significantly reducing the surface roughness of the electrochemically deposited CZTSSe bottom *** surface roughness(R_(rms))of the CZTSSe thin film could be reduced from 424 to 86 nm by using the potentiostatic mode rather than using the conventional galvanostatic mode,which can be further reduced to 22 nm after the subsequent ion-milling *** perovskite top cell with a bandgap of 1.65 eV could be prepared using a solution process on the flattened CZTSSe bottom cell,resulting in the efficient perovskite/CZTSSe tandem solar *** the current matching between two subcells involving the thickness control of the perovskite layer,the best performing tandem device exhibited a high conversion efficiency of 17.5%without the hysteresis effect.

Validity of fatty liver prediction scores for diagnosis of fatty liver by Fibroscan

Background:The Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(K-NAFLD)score was recently developed with the intent to operationally define nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).However,there remained an external validation that confirmed its diagnostic performance,especially in patients with alcohol consumption or hepatitis virus ***:Diagnostic accuracy of the K-NAFLD score was evaluated in a hospital-based cohort consisting of 1388 participants who received Fibroscan®.Multivariate-adjusted logistic regression models and the contrast estimation of receiver operating characteristic curves were used for validation of the K-NAFLD score,fatty liver index(FLI),and hepatic steatosis index(HSI).Results:K-NAFLD-moderate[adjusted odds ratio(aOR)=2.53,95%confidence interval(CI):1.13-5.65]and K-NAFLD-high(aOR=4.14,95%CI:1.69-10.13)groups showed higher risks of fatty liver compared to the K-NAFLD-low group after adjustments for demographic and clinical characteristics,and FLI-moderate and FLI-high groups revealed aORs of 2.05(95%CI:1.22-3.43)and 1.51(95%CI:0.78-2.90),*** addition,the HSI was less predictive for Fibroscan®-defined fatty *** K-NAFLD and FLI also demonstrated high accuracy in the prediction of fatty liver in patients with alcohol consumption and chronic hepatitis virus infection,and the adjusted area under curve values were comparable between K-NAFLD and ***:Externally validation of the K-NAFLD and FLI showed that these scores may be a useful,noninvasive,and non-imaging modality for the identification of fatty *** addition,these scores also predicted fatty liver in patients with alcohol consumption and chronic hepatitis virus infection.
