Synopsis of Fire＇s Forest in the Province of Sidi Bel Abbes： Analysis and Cartography

In order to characterize the forest fires in the province of Sidi Bel Abbes （North West of Algeria） and depending on a statistical data analysis of a 17-year period （1996-2012）, our works are oriented toward a study of the area covered by forest fires in the 53 constituent municipalities of the region. To do this, we depended on the archives of the forest fires balance sheets in forest conservation in the wilaya of Sidi Bel Abbes. The results show that the region lost an annual average 29,929 ha of its total forest area for a maximum of 11,817.5 ha recorded in 2012. On the other hand, the use of the fire severity index ＂FSI＂ by town and its cartography in which we used the map of administrative division of the study area as support, has divided the region into six classes according to the risk of fire, where the municipalities belonging to the forest of Telagh whose land is rugged represent the risk of fire is greater. Indeed, this situation category the study area among the most exposed wilaya and the most affected by this problem at the national level and require new approaches to forest management for its conservation. These are paramount in reducing the risk of fires based on appropriate management plans to be established for each forest conservation area.

Water comes from various different sources, such as lakes, rivers, streams, springs and boreholes. Depending on the quality of its source, water will almost certainly have to be treated to make it safe to drink. All water supplies for human consumption must be well stored, free from micro-organisms, parasites and any substances that endanger public health if found in sufficient numbers or concentrations, in the same time. In our continued effort for a better result in our study of qualitative aspects, by physicochemical and bacteriological analysis, the authors focus in two crucial questions： a） is the water quality of Sidi-bel-Abbes good or bad ,and well stored？ b） is the people of Sidi-bel-Abbes are aware of the importance of water and knowledgeable about how to use this vital？ This study is the first to use data from I real work based upon a developed method and a good investigation to know exactly if water of Sidi-Bel-Abbes is safely treated, well stored and consumed in resemble way. In first, the authors plotted the method in analysing the qualitative aspect of water using developed material for a precise result starting by the distribution connection （condition and management） and the verification of water tank storage and finishing by analyzing the all the aspect of water （physicochemical and bacteriological analysis）. In second, the authors focus on the way that people of Sidi Bel Abbes used and consumption water by introducing a targeted method （questionnaires） which help us a lot to know precisely the way, time and the real quantity of water consumed daily. In final step of our study of qualitative aspects, by physico-chemical and bacteriological, and environmental analyses, investigation processed by PCA （principal component analysis） of the drinking water supplied to Sidi Bel Abbes city （Algeria north-west） concluded by an encouraging result, that despite the various constraints faced by the departments concerned, they ensure the supply of sa

对中国的对外直接投资的评估有利于正确认识中国在全球经济发展中的重要地位。当前,中国已经成为了世界第二大国。同样值得注意的是,对于到拉美、亚洲和非洲发展,中国企业很有兴趣。目前,中国的企业也正将他们投资的方向转移到一些在拉美、亚洲和非洲的发展中国家。然而,阿尔及利亚,一个以阿拉伯语为主、位于北非中部和拥有丰富的自然资源的国家,在过去的40年里,它以石油和天然气作为唯一的收入来源和主导出口产品。在逐渐意识到这一个不健康的经济现象后,它开始改变其经济政策和战略,开始从中国或其他国家吸引外国投资。但是,阿尔及利亚的经济目前仍然处于刚起步的状态。基于这样的背景下,中国对阿尔及利亚的投资始于2000年并伴随着两国关系不断深厚而飞速增长。中国对阿尔及利亚的基础设施和能源方面的投资占据着中国对阿投资额总额的主要地位。根据之前学者的研究,本文试图探讨在阿尔及利亚境内的中国对外直接投资的决定因素,以及决定因素中哪些因素对吸引中国企业在阿尔及利亚投资最为重要。另外,本文将会对在阿尔及利亚的中国对外直接投资和中国企业投资中的机遇、障碍和影响以及现实状况作出探讨。本文将使用多元回归模型作为计量经济学模型,将时间段2003-2015年作为统计对象、数据和分析参考,从而分析特定决定因素与中国在阿尔及利亚的外国直接投资之间的影响和关系。实证研究结果表明,自然资源的存量、市场规模的大小、基础设施完善程度、国家危险程度以及贸易开放程度对中国的对外直接投资有着直接且显著的影响。并且,这些因素或正向或反向地影响着中国在阿尔及利亚的对外直接投资。数据和统计分析证明,除了国家危险程度对此具有负面影响之外,其它因素对中国在阿尔及利亚的对外直接投资产生了重大的正面影响。结合中国和阿尔及利亚的经济特点,并对数据进行统计与分析,研究结果表明,与税收、国内生产总值和人力资本这三个因素相比,上述的五个因素是吸引中国在阿尔及利亚的对外直接投资最重要的因素。由于时间问题,这个模型不可能考虑八个决定因素,这就是为什么计量实证的研究仅限于这五个决定因素。事实上,自1999年以来,以石油出口为主的阿尔及利亚经济发展迅速,由于石油价格的上升和出口收入提高,阿尔及利亚加大了对社会基础设施项目的投资。同时,也吸引了许多中国企业到阿尔及利亚投资基础设施项目。基于上述现象,我们有必要对此进行分析。消费或者制造业或者农产品需求的市场活力和潜力、阿尔及利亚的地缘战略地理位置(欧洲与非洲之间的中间地带,俯瞰地中海,面积高达1400平方公里)、国内对投资商有利的投资法、低成本的原材料、新市场的开发以及低廉的运输成本和出口成本,由于这些因素具备的重要性、潜力和吸引力,故此成为本文研究和分析得出的主要决定因素。

Activated mud has been employed to remove phenolic compounds, a common contaminant in wastewaters. Because of high surface area per unit area, activated mud is the most effective adsorbent and exhibits high capacity of adsorption of phenolic compounds. A complete study was undertaken on the adsorption of phenol starting from an aqueous solution on activated mud with ammonium chloride. The removal is found to be dependent on concentration of phenol and increasing of concentrations favour the uptake. The isotherms and kinetics of adsorption of phenol on activated mud were studied at 20oC. Equilibrium isotherm of phenol on activated mud is obtained and the results shows that the Langmuir model provided the best fit for the adsorption data. From the experimental results obtained, the adsorption process can be well described with the pseudo-second order model.

The alumina composite coatings reinforced with 25% ZrO2 （denoted as AZ-25） and 3% TiO2 （denoted as AT-3） were deposited on low carbon steel using a thermal flame spraying. The microstructure, phase composition, microhardness and tribological properties of the coatings were investigated. The XRD results of the coatings reinforced by TiO2 （AT-3） revealed the presence of α-Al2O3 phase as matrix and new metastable phases of α-Al2O3 and α-Al2O3. However, the coatings reinforced by ZrO2 （AZ-25） consist of α-Al2O3 as matrix, q-ZrO2 and m-ZrO2. In most studied conditions, the AT-3 coating displays a better tribological performance, i.e., lower coefficient of frictions and wear rates, than the AZ-25 coating. It was also found that the microhardness of the coatings was decreased with the reinforcement of ZrO2 and increased with TiO2.

The Fe-based coatings in powder form were deposited on a steel type E335 by flame spraying *** effects of the post heat treatment on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of sprayed coatings were *** heat treatment was conducted in a furnace in air at 623 K,823 K and 1023 K for 1 h and then cooled in *** results showed that with the increase of annealing temperature,the microstructure of coating treated at 823 K and 1023 K had several changes as follows:the reduction of porosity,formation of carbides and *** was found that the solid solution FCC(Fe,Ni),intermetallic compound AlFe3 and carbides[Fe,C]were the main phases for coatings as-sprayed and treated at 623 K and while iron carbide,molybdenum carbide and oxide as Fe3O4 became the main phases and reinforced the solid solution FCC(Fe,Ni)phase for annealed coatings at 823 ***,it was observed the disappearance of molybdenum carbide and oxide Fe3O4 at 1023 *** coating annealed at 823 K exhibited an excellent wear resistance than the as-sprayed and annealed coatings at 623 K and 1023 K and shows the lower wear rate than another coating treated or as sprayed.

We simulate the conception parameters of a model of a silicon multilayer solar cell. The cell is composed by four layers of opposite conductivities forming three junctions inside the cell. The electric contacts are tailored vertically to collect the minority carrier generated under illumination. We developed the equations giving the output power, the fill factor and the efficiency of the cell, taking into account the series resistances of each layer. We optimized, using MATLAB software, the thicknesses of the layers, the impurity concentration level and the distance between the electric contacts. We showed that the optimized photovoltaic structure, with the silicon properties published at the Ioffe institute website, gives an efficiency of 20.66%. The n-p-n-p silicon cell delivers a short circuit current Icc = 45.3 mA/cm2, an open circuit voltage V oc= 0.746 V and an output power of 28.5 mW/cm2. The corresponding fill factor is FF = 84.29%.
