Drought stress impairs crop growth and productivity.Stress-associated proteins(SAPs),a class of zinc finger proteins containing the A20/AN1 domain,function in various stress responses in plants.However,little is known about the function of SAPs in drought-stress responses in soybean,an oil and protein crop.We report that a GmSAP5 protein confers drought tolerance by increasing sensitivity to abscisic acid(ABA)and reducing stomatal aperture.Overexpression and RNA interference of GmSAP5in soybean hairy roots resulted in elevated resistance and sensitivity to drought stress,respectively.ABA and proline contents increased in GmSAP5-overexpressing plants under water-deficit conditions.Lower water loss rates and higher relative water contents were observed in GmSAP5-overexpressing plants,resulting in increased drought-stress resistance.A yeast one-hybrid assay and luciferase transient transcriptional activity assay showed that GmAREB3,an AREB/ABF transcription factor,could bind to the promoter of GmSAP5 and activate its expression.These results suggest that GmSAP5 acts downstream of GmAREB3 and improves drought-stress resistance by mediating ABA signaling.

基于集合卡尔曼滤波(ensemble Kalman filter,EnKF)方法和分布式水文模型SWAT(soil and water assessment tool),构建了一个土壤水分状态与参数同时更新的土壤湿度数据同化方案,通过遥感观测土壤湿度数据同化的仿真试验,研究土壤湿度数据同化在优化土壤水分参数、改进模型产汇流过程模拟方面的效果及潜力。结果表明:通过表层(0~5 cm)土壤湿度数据同化可实现土壤持水能力参数的准确估计;当给定的参数更新平滑因子在合理范围时,基于EnKF方法的参数优化效果具有较好的稳定性;表层土壤湿度数据同化对SWAT模型产汇流过程模拟有一定改进,但受降雨误差的影响,其对流域出口径流过程改进效果有限,表明基于遥感土壤湿度数据同化改进流域水文过程模拟还有赖于降雨输入精度及可靠性的提高。

背景在信息技术与各行业深度融合和国家大力提倡发展智慧医疗的背景下,社区慢性病管理也由传统模式逐步向信息化、智慧化管理模式探索和转变。在逐步进入深度老龄化社会的情况下,信息化慢性病管理对老年群体是否有效需要明确。目的了解移动网络在老年慢性病管理中的作用,并调查其满意度,旨在为开展相关慢性病信息化管理研究提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,于2022年1—7月选取锦州市凌河区下辖4个社区650例在社区卫生服务中心登记的高血压老年患者作为研究对象,在知情、自愿前提下,按照居住位置就近优先原则将老年人分为干预组和对照组,每组325例。对照组采用常规社区慢性病管理方式,每两个月面对面随访1次,干预组在对照组的基础上采用移动网络高血压管理方式,干预时长6个月。干预结束后使用高血压知识水平量表(HK-LS)、高血压治疗依从性量表(TASHP)和自我管理行为测评量表(HPSMBRS)进行效果评价,并进行满意度调查。结果干预后,干预组HK-LS、TASHP和HPSMBRS各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。93.5%(275/294)的老年人认为移动网络辅助高血压管理方便了就医、86.4%(254/294)的老年人认为能节约就医成本,80.6%(237/294)的老年人认为有助于病情监测;进一步调查影响管理效果的因素主要有身体因素、心理因素、对软硬件设备的不满。结论移动网络辅助社区高血压管理能有效提升老年患者高血压知识水平、治疗依从性和自我行为管理能力,且满意度较高。

Wheat-rye T1BL·1RS translocation lines are widely used,especially in China,but their processing quality is generally poor.An interfering expression vector targeting theω-secalin genes was constructed with the 1Bx7 seed-specific promoter.Biolistic-mediated genetic transformation of the wheat cultivar KN199 carrying the T1BL·1RS translocation generated 10 transgenic lines.Two representative transgenic lines,8-2 and 13-7,were selected for analysis.Compared with the control,the two transformants showed an up to 4.5-fold decrease in totalω-secalins and various levels of decrease inω-gliadins,γ-gliadins,and low-molecular-weight glutenins.A decrease in high molecular weight(HMW)glutenin 1Bx7 was detected only in 8-2,owing possibly to promoter methylation.Increased levels ofα-gliadins were observed in both transformants,but increased levels of HMW glutenins were observed only in 13-7.Line 13-7 showed increases in gluten index,Zeleny sedimentation value,stabilization time,and maximum resistance.Its bread volume was 849.6 mL,an 11.9%increase over that of the control.Line 8-2 showed decreases in these parameters,but its total cake-making quality score was 88,an 17.3%increase over that of the control.The study demonstrates that the same RNAi construct may produce different effects on wheat processing quality and highlights the influence of the vector promoter in RNA interference.

课堂沉默是一种普遍存在于教育场景中的教育现象。学者们对课堂沉默的内涵界定和受多因素影响已得到普遍认同,但是关于课堂沉默的正负价值或功能各执一词,课堂沉默的应对之道也有明显的“楚河汉界”之分。虽然当前国内课堂沉默的研究已取得了一定的成果,但还存在研究对象狭窄化、研究方法不甚贴切,研究内容、理论研究与教育实践脱节等问题。未来的研究可以在以下三个方面发展:拓展课堂沉默现象的研究对象范围、突破课堂沉默现象的研究方法、挖掘课堂沉默现象的影响因素与转化策略等。

Electrostatic Discharge Effects on the High-voltage Solar Array

A certain number of charges are deposited on the surface of high-voltage solar array because of effects of space plasma,high-energy charged particles,and solar illumination,hence the surface is charged.Phenomena of electrostatic discharge(ESD) occur on the surface when the deposited charges exceed a threshold amount.In this paper,the mechanism of this ESD is discussed.The ground simulation experiment of the ESD using spacecraft material under surface charging is described,and a novel ESD protecting method for high-voltage solar array,i.***.an active protecting method based on the local strong electric field array is proposed.The results show that the reversal potential gradient field between the cover surface and the substrate materials of high-voltage solar array is a triggering factor for the ESD on the array.The threshold voltage for the ESD occurring on the surface is about 500 V.The charged particles could be deflected using the electric field active protecting method,and hence the ESD on the surface is avoided even when the voltage on the conductor array increases to a certain value.These results pave the way for further developing the protecting measures for high-voltage solar arrays.

Downstream Competition and Upstream Innovation:Theory and Evidence from China

Competition is the catalyst of corporate innovation,which is the foundation of a country's core competitiveness.From the view of vertical industrial chain,this paper examines how downstream competition affects upstream firms'innovation output.Given innovation helps reduce the production cost of each product,increasing demand of intermediate products caused by downstream competition enhances the marginal revenue of upstream firms'innovation,thus leading to an innovation incentive effect.To identify causality,we utilize China's WTO accession,a quasinatural experiment,to calculate downstream competition combined with import tariff reduction and input-output table,and then run a difference-in-difference regression.Using the data of Annual Survey of Industrial Firms and State Intellectual Property Office,our results find that downstream competition has a significantly positive impact on upstream firms'innovation,and this effect is more pronounced in firms with less industry competition,greater initial innovation capacity and weaker financial constraints.Moreover,the number of firms,the degree of industry competition and the scale of intermediate products in the downstream sector increase,confirming the market size channel.In sum,our findings document that downstream competition can motivate upstream firms to innovate through vertical industrial chain,providing some useful insights for China to build a fair market competition environment and promote innovation-driven growth regime.
