Silver(Ag)paste is widely used in semiconductor metallization,especially in silicon solar *** powder is the material with the highest proportion in Ag *** morphology and structure of Ag powder are crucial which determine its characteristics,especially for the sintering *** this work,a simple method was developed to synthesize a type of microcrystalline spherical Ag particles(SP-A)with internal pores and the structural changes and sintering behavior were thoroughly studied by combining ultra-small-angle X-ray scattering(USAXS),small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS),in-situ heating X-ray diffraction(XRD),focused ion beam(FIB),and thermal analysis *** to the unique internal pores,the grain size of SP-A is smaller,and the coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE)is higher than that of traditional solid Ag *** a result,the sintering activity of SP-A is excellent,which can form a denser sintered body and form silver nanoparticles at the Ag–Si interface to improve silver silicon *** silicon solar cell built with SP-A obtained a low series resistance(Rs)and a high photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE)of 19.26%.These fill a gap in Ag particle structure research,which is significant for the development of high-performance electronic Ag particles and efficient semiconductor devices.

The thermodynamic properties of boron nitride under extreme pressures and temperatures are of great interest and importance for materials science and inertial confinement fusion physics,but they are poorly understood owing to the challenges of performing experiments and realizing ab initio ***,we report the first shock Hugoniot data on hexagonal boron nitride at pressures of 5–16 Mbar,using hohlraum-driven shock waves at the SGIII-p laser facility in *** density functional theory molecular dynamics calculations closely match experimental data,validating the equations of state for modeling the shock response of boron nitride and filling a crucial gap in the knowledge of boron nitride properties in the region of multi-Mbar pressures and eV *** results presented here provide fundamental insights into boron nitride under the extreme conditions relevant to inertial confinement fusion,hydrogen–boron fusion,and high-energy-density physics.

以克罗齐、科林伍德、鲍桑葵等人为代表的表现论者普遍将“情感表现”作为界定艺术的标准,而忽视认知性因素的地位和作用。根本原因在于他们在康德二元论思维的影响下,倾向于在人的心灵结构中去寻找情感及艺术的依据,没有能发现情感和认知的原生关联处,也没有能明了情感的性质及其在表现中的作用与体现。杜威认为艺术要表现的既不是情感,也非认知,乃是整体性的经验及其意义。情感并不是一种实体性存在,而是人在从事某种经验活动时的伴随状态,因此不能单独成为表现的对象,但在表现活动中却有着组织经验材料并使其成为整体的作用。人的认知也在经验活动中发生,虽可单独表达,但却不是艺术焦点之所在。在对整体性经验及其意义的表现中,情感和认知都可以得到呈现。而且,就认知而言,其成熟度及思想性价值不亚于哲学等其他类型的作品。波兰尼的“默会知识论”也可为此提供侧证。这为表现论美学中情感与认知的二元冲突提供了解决之道,也为文学艺术表现认知提供了一条不同于“形象思维”的思路。

超材料混凝土作为一种具有振动衰减效应的新型材料,由包裹弹性软涂层的金属重芯取代天然粗骨料,与砂浆搅拌而形成。当受动力作用时,超材料混凝土能够利用人工骨料局部共振产生的带隙,衰减混凝土的振动响应。近年来,超材料混凝土因其在高频动力作用下显著的减振性能,在结构抗爆抗冲击领域受到了高度关注,通过改变人工骨料的结构,已经研发出多种形式的超材料混凝土,并针对其振动衰减性能开展了系统的理论分析、数值模拟和试验研究。为推动超材料混凝土在土木工程领域的研究和应用,该研究对超材料混凝土减振性能的研究工作进行了系统地归纳总结,探讨了超材料混凝土在工程性能方面存在的问题和瓶颈,并对超材料混凝土减振性能的研究方向和应用前景进行了展望。

针对近红外光谱维度高、受噪声扰动大,以及不同省份样本间光谱相似性高的特点,提出一种分波段Transformer特征提取网络,并将其应用于烟叶产地识别,以提高分类准确性。首先,根据近红外光谱的一维结构特点,设计了嵌入层,利用一维卷积实现特征的压缩。其次,通过滑动窗将数据按照波段维度分成3部分,并改进了Transformer结构进行光谱特征的提取,避免波段数过多导致计算效率低下。最后,为适应光谱数据的特点,设计了多层一维卷积的回归头,用于样本产地预测。为验证所提算法的有效性,以分类准确率、精确率、召回率等指标与其他算法进行性能比较,进行了多个对比实验,实验结果验证了模型中各个结构的优越性。该模型能够有效地利用光谱结构,实现特征提取和噪声压制,成功完成了烟叶产地识别任务。

共光路红外双波段小型化光学镜头分析与设计

针对中长波共光路小型化光学系统设计需求,建立了基于高斯光学与初级像差理论且尺寸受限下的二次成像结构光学指标分配模型。主镜因其边缘光线高度高和承担的光焦度小,其球差、色差和二级光谱是该系统像差的主要来源,为矫正二级光谱,可使用“-、+、-”结构形式的高、中、低相对色散材料的透镜组合作为主镜结构,此时主镜的残余像差较小,采用场镜降低中继镜组光线高度以及非球面矫正球差等方法平衡主镜残余像差。最后开展实例设计,对提出的小型化设计思想进行验证,设计了中波波长3.7~4.8μm、长波波长7.7~9.5μm的共光路双波红外小型光学系统,总长不大于135 mm,结构小巧紧凑,光学传函接近衍射极限,工作温度范围-40~60℃,且对温度不敏感。实现了基于二次成像结构光学指标分配模型的中长波共光路小型化光学系统分析及设计,满足中长波共光路小型化光学系统需求。
