Several Coronaviruses(CoVs) are epidemic pathogens that cause severe respiratory syndrome and are associated with significant morbidity and mortality. In this paper, a machine learning method was developed for predicting the risk of human infection posed by CoVs as an early warning system. The proposed Spike-SVM(Support vector machine) model achieved an accuracy of 97.36% for Human-infective CoV(HCoV) and Nonhuman-infective CoV(Non-HCoV) classification. The top informative features that discriminate HCoVs and Non-HCoVs were identified. Spike-SVM is anticipated to be a useful bioinformatics tool for predicting the infection risk posed by CoVs to humans.

By the aid of irreducible decomposition, the average Eshelby tensor can be expressed by two complex coefficients in 2D Eshelby problem. This paper proved the limitation of complex coefficients based on the span of elastic strain energy density. More discussions yielded the constraints on the sampling of module and phase difference of complex coefficients. Using this information, we obtained that the maximum relative error is 65.78% after an ellipse approximation. These results, as a supplement to our previous paper, further implied that Eshelby＇s solution for an ellipsoidal inclusion could not be applied to non-ellipsoidal inclusions without taking care.

背景医患沟通技能是全科医生的核心岗位胜任力之一,高水平的医患沟通能力是创建和谐医患关系的基石,有助于提高患者就医获得感和满意度。而我国全科医生沟通能力普遍偏低,有待探索出一种适应我国国情、满足我国全科医生沟通需求的医患沟通培训模式来提高其医患沟通能力。目的探索基于卡尔加里-剑桥指南的沙龙培训模式在全科规培医师医患沟通技能培训中的应用效果,为构建适合我国国情的医患沟通培训体系提供参考依据。方法选取成都市第五人民医院2019—2020年度全科规培医师40名作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为沙龙组和对照组,每组20名,其中沙龙组使用基于卡尔加里-剑桥指南的沙龙培训模式进行医患沟通培训,对照组设置为空白对照,培训前、培训后1周分别对两组学员采用标准化病人(SP)模式进行接诊,使用医患沟通评价量表(SEGUE量表)进行现场观察评分,比较两组学员的医患沟通培训效果。结果最终纳入28名,其中沙龙组15名,对照组13名,培训后沙龙组规培医师SEGUE量表评分从(11.80±4.36)分提高至(18.07±4.11)分,对照组规培医师SEGUE量表评分从(12.15±4.63)分提高至(14.46±3.71)分。沙龙组培训后的SEGUE量表评分与培训前的比较,差异有统计学意义(t=3.250,P<0.001);对照组培训后的SEGUE量表评分与培训前比较,差异无统计学意义(t=2.582,P=0.624);培训后对SEGUE量表中的25个项目进行分析,沙龙组与对照组SEGUE量表评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。沙龙组以下5个项目结果优于对照组,准备阶段中的“建立个人信任关系”(93.3%比7.7%)、“保护患者的隐私/尊重患者选择权”(53.3%比15.4%);理解患者阶段中的“认同患者为疾病所付出的努力、改变及其遇到的困难”(33.3%比23.1%)、“表达关心,使患者感到温暖/树立信心”(100.0%比69.2%);结束问诊阶段中的“询问患者是否还有其他的问题需要探讨”(66.7%比23.1%)。结论基于卡尔加里-剑桥指南的沙龙培训模式对全科规培医师进行医患沟通技能培训可增强学员主动参加培训的兴趣和积极性,对于医患沟通能力的提升具有较好的培训效果,值得借鉴和推广。

The emerging intelligence technologies represented by deep learning have broadened their applications to various fields. Beyond the conventional electronics-based processing systems, the convergence of photonics and artificial intelligence(AI) technology enhances the performance and learning ability of AI. In this review, we propose the concept of an intelligent photonic system(IPS), illustrating it as a developing architecture with three different versions. For each version of IPS, we review several representative *** we discuss the challenges towards an IPS and provide some prospects for the future development.

Magnetic proximity effect has been demonstrated to be an effective routine to introduce valley splitting in two-dimensional van der Waals ***,the control of its strength and the induced valley splitting remains *** this work,taking heterobilayers combining monolayer MSe_(2)(M=Mo or W)with room-temperature ferromagnetic VSe_(2)as examples,we demonstrate that the valley splitting for both band edges and excitons can be modulated by the tuning of the interlayer orbital hybridization,achieved by inclusion of different amounts of exact Hartree exchange potential via hybrid ***,we show such tuning of orbital hybridization could be experimentally realized by external strain and electric *** calculations suggest that large valley band splitting about 30 meV and valley exciton splitting over 150 meV can be induced in monolayer MSe_(2).Our work reveals a way to control proximity effects and provides some guidance for the design of optoelectronic and valleytronic devices.

With the emergence of multi-dimensional data, we can more comprehensively analyze the pathogenic mechanisms of complex diseases, and thereby improve the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of these *** study presents a novel multi-layer network-based strategy that integrates multi-dimensional data, and identifies disease-related modules and components of viral infections. We first propose a systematic method that constructs a virus-host interaction network with three layers: a viral protein layer, a host protein layer and a host gene layer. This method combines the data of high-throughput gene expression, viral protein interactions,virus-host interactions, protein-protein interactions and transcriptional regulatory relationships. To extract the underlying mechanisms of viral infections from the multi-layer networks, we identify the intra-layer and crosslayer modules, and investigate the conserved modules across multiple datasets. The essential components in the multi-layer networks are detected by singular-value decomposition. The identified conserved modules and essential components are combined into a functional enrichment analysis that reveals their contributions to influenza virus replication. By this analysis, we elucidate the common and specific mechanisms of the replication cycles of two influenza strains. By combining the different layers of information, we can comprehensively understand pathogenic mechanisms of complex diseases.

In this paper,we explore a cooperative decode-and-forward(DF)relay network comprised of a source,a relay,and a destination in the presence of an *** improve physical-layer security of the relay system,we propose a jamming aided decodeand-forward relay(JDFR)scheme combining the use of artificial noise and DF relaying which requires two stages to transmit a ***,in stage one,the source sends confidential message to the relay while the destination acts as a friendly jammer and transmits artificial noise to confound the *** stage two,the relay forwards its re-encoded message to the destination while the source emits artificial noise to confuse the *** addition,we analyze the security-reliability tradeoff(SRT)performance of the proposed JDFR scheme,where security and reliability are evaluated by deriving intercept probability(IP)and outage probability(OP),*** the purpose of comparison,SRT of the traditional decode-and-forward relay(TDFR)scheme is also *** results show that the SRT performance of the proposed JDFR scheme is better than that of the TDFR ***,it is shown that for the JDFR scheme,a better SRT performance can be obtained by the optimal power allocation(OPA)between the friendly jammer and user.

gStore is an open-source native Resource Description Framework （RDF） triple store that answers SPARQL queries by subgraph matching over RDF graphs. However, there are some deficiencies in the original system design, such as answering simple queries （including one-triple pattern queries）. To improve the efficiency of the system, we reconsider the system design in this paper. Specifically, we propose a new query plan generation module that generates different query plans according to the structures of query graphs. Furthermore, we re-design our vertex encoding strategy to achieve more pruning power and a new multi-join algorithm to speed up the subgraph matching process. Extensive experiments on synthetic and real RDF datasets show that our method outperforms the state-of-the-art algorithms significantly.
