敦煌莫高窟现存有36条清至民国关涉道教活动的题记和少量斋醮榜文,真实记录了道士与信众朝山观礼莫高窟的事迹。清代以来,莫高窟逐渐成为道教活动的重要场所,大批本地与外地道众巡礼莫高窟,道教的两大宗派特别是正一派较为活跃,成为敦煌道教活动的重要力量。千佛洞庙会期间,道众同参道、佛两教神灵,举行斋醮法事活动,满足着广大民众的精神需求。这种经常化宗教仪式活动的开展,为道教争取到较大的发展空间,促进了道教文化在敦煌地区的发展。

Identification of maize seed varieties based on near infrared reflectance spectroscopy and chemometrics

False seeds can often be seen in the maize seed market,leading to a serious decline in maize yield.Those existing variety identification methods are expensive,time consuming,and destructive to seeds.The aim of this study is to develop a cheap,fast and non-destructive method which can robustly identify large amounts of maize seed varieties based on near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy(NIRS)and chemometrics.Because it is difficult to establish models for every variety in the market,this study mainly investigated the performance of models based on a large number of samples(more than 40 major varieties in the market).The reflectance spectra of maize seeds were collected by two modes(bulk kernels mode and single kernel mode).Both collection modes can be applied to identification,but only the single kernel mode can be applied to purity sorting.The spectra were pretreated with smoothing,the first derivative and vector normalization;and then principal component analysis(PCA),linear discriminant analysis(LDA)and biomimetic pattern recognition(BPR)were applied to establish identification models.The environmental factors such as producing areas and years have a significant influence on the performance of the models.Therefore,the method to improve the robustness of the models was investigated in this study.New indexes(correct acceptance degree(CAD),correct rejection degree(CRD)and correct degree(CD))were defined to analyze the performance of the models more accurately.Finally,the models obtained a mean correct discrimination rate of over 90%,and exhibited robust properties for samples harvested from different areas and years.The results showed that NIR technology combined with chemometrics methods such as PCA,LDA,and BPR could be a suitable and alternative technique to identify the authenticity of maize seed varieties.

背景:落地错误评分系统(LESS)测试是评估非接触性损伤风险的标准,目前尚无对中国大学生足球运动项目的开发。目的:建立大学生足球运动落地错误评分系统测试评估标准,为评价该人群非接触性损伤风险提供依据。方法:设计前瞻性队列研究,对10所高校足球队的219名运动员进行标准落地错误评分系统测试,通过问卷和医学检查跟踪调查受试者测试后1年内下肢和躯干非接触性损伤情况,确定落地错误评分系统测试指标的性别差异及评估标准。结果与结论:①219名受试者落地错误评分系统总分(8.22±1.65)分,其中男性(8.29±1.74)分、女性(8.07±1.44)分,男女间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);②测试后1年内,219名受试者总体损伤率为10.05%,发病率为15.98%;男性受试者下肢及躯干非接触性损伤的损伤率为12.75%,发病率为20.13%;女性受试者下肢及躯干非接触性损伤的损伤率为4.29%,发病率为7.14%,男女间损伤率比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);③损伤组落地错误评分系统总分高于非损伤组[(9.50±1.14),(8.08±1.64)分,P<0.01];男性受试者中,损伤组的错误评分系统总分高于非损伤组[(9.63±1.12),(8.09±1.73)分,P<0.01];④落地错误评分系统总分曲线下面积为0.773(P=0.000),对男性受试者下肢及躯干非接触性损伤风险有诊断意义,最佳截断点为8.5,灵敏度为0.842,特异性为0.623,阳性似然比为2.233,阴性似然比为0.254,相对危险系数为8.400,比值比为8.816;落地错误评分系统总分对女性受试者下肢及躯干非接触性损伤风险没有诊断意义;⑤结果表明,落地错误评分系统测试可以作为中国大学生男性足球运动员下肢及躯干非接触性损伤风险的评估标准,最佳截断点为8.5分,落地错误评分系统测试≥8.5分的男性运动员下肢及躯干非接触性损伤风险是<8.5分运动员的8.40倍。

针对海上风电四筒导管架基础在砂土中的复合承载特性,采用数值模拟的方法,计算5种不同荷载组合下的四筒导管架基础的极限承载力。为分析不同加载模式下筒基长径比和筒间距对基础极限承载力的影响,分别改变筒高和吸力筒圆心距离进行计算并绘制破坏包络线。结果表明,在竖向荷载作用下,基础的水平极限承载力先增大后减小;抗扭承载力随竖向荷载的增大而增大,随水平荷载的增大而减小;不同竖向荷载的作用下,水平和弯矩极限承载力基本呈线性相关。

为应对风力发电与负荷侧的不确定性,提高电力系统对可再生能源的消纳能力,实现输电网和配电网间的优化调度,该文提出应对高阶不确定性的输配电协同优化调度模型.该文模型考虑风力发电及负荷侧的不确定性,在输配电互联的基础上引入电气热综合能源系统.研究结果表明:该文模型能提高系统的风电并网能力,增强系统适应电负荷波动的性能,降低系统的碳排放,提升系统的经济性.该文研究结果可为电力系统应对高阶不确定性制定输配电调度策略时,提供依据和支撑.

文章以奶牛乳腺上皮细胞为实验模型,探讨催乳素对RANKL基因启动子活性的调节。采用Western Blot方法检测催乳素对RANKL蛋白表达的影响,构建RANKL启动子荧光素酶载体,采用双荧光素酶报告基因检测系统检测催乳素对RANKL基因启动子活性影响,采用定点合成突变的方法,构建突变型RANKL启动子荧光素酶载体,运用双荧光素酶报告基因检测系统检测催乳素对突变型RANKL启动子活性影响。结果表明,催乳素能够显著提高乳腺上皮细胞RANKL启动子活性及RANKL蛋白表达,催乳素响应元件在奶牛RANKL基因启动子-826~-814 bp区域。

this paper,we study a class of sublinear operators and their commutators with a weighted BMO function.We first give the definition of a weighted Morrey space Lpo(X)where X is an RD-measure and w is the weight function.The weighted Morrey spaces arise from studying the local behavior of solutions to certain partial differential equations.We will show that the aforementioned class of operators and their communtators with a weighted BMO function are bounded in the weighted Morrey space LPpto(X)provided that the weight function w belongs to the Ap(μ)-class and satisfiesthereverseHolder'scondition.

Used as high-performance electrodes,both structural and compositional alterations of carbon materials play very important roles in energy conversion/storage devices.Especially in supercapacitors,hierarchical pores and heteroatom doping in carbon materials are indispensable.Here the rambutan-like hierarchically porous carbon microspheres(PCMs)have been constructed via a hydrothermal treatment,followed by carbonization/activation.The hierarchically porous microstructure is composed of three-dimensional porous carbon networks,which give rise to a large surface area.Moreover,N and O functional groups are introduced in the as-prepared samples,which could generate the extra pseudocapacitance.Benefitting from the interconnected hierarchical and open structure,PCM exhibits outstanding capacitive performance,for example,superior specific capacitance and rate capability(397 and 288 F g^(−1) at 0.5 and 20A g^(−1),respectively),as well as long cycling stability(about 95%capacitance retention after 10,000 cycles).These encouraging results may pave an efficient way to fabricate advanced supercapacitors in the future.

Objective: Polycystic kidney disease(PKD) is the major cause of kidney failure and mortality in humans. It has always been suspected that the development of cystic kidney disease shares features with tumorigenesis, although the evidence is unclear.Methods: We crossed p53 mutant mice(p53N236S, p53S) with Werner syndrome mice and analyzed the pathological phenotypes.The RNA-seq, ss GSEA analysis, and real-time PCR were performed to dissect the gene signatures involved in the development of disease phenotypes.Results: We found enlarged kidneys with fluid-filled cysts in offspring mice with a genotype of G3mTerc^(-/-)WRN^(-/-)p53^(S/S)(G3TM).Pathology analysis confirmed the occurrence of PKD, and it was highly correlated with the incidence of tumorigenesis. RNA-seq data revealed the gene signatures involved in PKD development, and demonstrated that PKD and tumorigenesis shared common pathways, including complement pathways, lipid metabolism, mitochondria energy homeostasis and others. Interestingly, this G3TM PKD and the classical PKD1/2 deficient PKD shared common pathways, possibly because the mutant p53S could regulate the expression levels of PKD1/2, Pkhd1, and Hnf1b.Conclusions: We established a dual mouse model for PKD and tumorigenesis derived from abnormal cellular proliferation and telomere dysfunction. The innovative point of our study is to report PKD occurring in conjunction with tumorigenesis. The gene signatures revealed might shed new light on the pathogenesis of PKD, and provide new molecular biomarkers for clinical diagnosis and prognosis.
