CO_(2) dry fracturing is a promising alternative method to water fracturing in tight gas reservoirs,especially in water-scarce areas such as the Loess *** CO_(2) flowback efficiency is a critical factor that affects the final gas production ***,there have been few studies focusing on the flowback characteristics after CO_(2) dry *** this study,an extensive core-to-field scale study was conducted to investigate CO_(2) flowback characteristics and CH_(4) production ***,to investigate the impact of core properties and production conditions on CO_(2) flowback,a series of laboratory experiments at the core scale were ***,the key factors affecting the flowback were analyzed using the grey correlation method based on field ***,taking the construction parameters of Well S60 as an example,a dual-permeability model was used to characterize the different seepage fields in the matrix and fracture for tight gas *** production parameters after CO_(2) dry fracturing were then *** results demonstrate that CO_(2) dry fracturing is more effective than slickwater fracturing,with a 9.2%increase in CH_(4) *** increase in core permeability plays a positive role in improving CH_(4) production and CO_(2) *** soaking process is mainly affected by CO_(2) diffusion,and the soaking time should be controlled within 12 *** the flowback pressure gradient results in a significant increase in both CH_(4) recovery and CO_(2) flowback ***,an increase in CO_(2) injection is not conducive to CH_(4) production and CO_(2) *** on the experimental and field data,the important factors affecting flowback and production were comprehensively and effectively *** results show that permeability is the most important factor,followed by porosity and effective *** flowback efficiency and the influence of proppant reflux,the injection volume should

Across-wind loads and effects of super-tall buildings and structures

Across-wind loads and effects have become increasingly important factors in the structural design of super-tall buildings and structures with increasing height. Across-wind loads and effects of tall buildings and structures are believed to be excited by inflow turbulence, wake, and inflow-structure interaction, which are very complicated. Although researchers have been focusing on the problem for over 30 years, the database of across-wind loads and effects and the computation methods of equivalent static wind loads have not yet been developed, most countries having no related rules in the load codes. Research results on the across-wind effects of tall buildings and structures mainly involve the determination of across-wind aerodynamic forces and across-wind aerodynamic damping, development of their databases, theoretical methods of equivalent static wind loads, and so on. In this paper we first review the current research on across-wind loads and effects of super-tall buildings and structures both at home and abroad. Then we present the results of our study. Finally, we illustrate a case study in which our research results are applied to a typical super-tall structure.

FAST宁静区生态脆弱性时空演变及情景模拟

[目的]揭示FAST宁静区2000—2020年的生态脆弱性时空变化特征,为维护该区域的生态安全提供科学参考。[方法]基于FAST宁静区生态本底特征,从“敏感性—恢复力—压力度”角度构建生态脆弱性评价体系,运用AHP-熵权法和GIS技术等对FAST宁静区2000—2020年生态脆弱性时空演变及未来预设情景进行了量化分析。[结果](1)研究区脆弱性以中度脆弱为主,轻度、中度、重度脆弱区合计占75%左右,微度和极度脆弱区合计只占约25%。(2) 20年间研究区生态脆弱性整体下降,高强度生态脆弱区主要向较低等级转化,前10 a生态脆弱性略有上升,而后10 a生态脆弱性明显降低,研究区生态环境整体呈改善的趋势。(3)从FAST圈层(核心区、中间区、边远区)动态变化看,核心区的生态得到较好的改善,恶化区面积占比由前10 a的19.57%降至7.12%,而稳定区和低度改善区的面积在上升,由前10 a的79.88%增至92.50%;中间区和边远区变化趋于稳定,中间区稳定区和低度改善区面积占比由68.36%增至87.10%,而边远区稳定区占比由40.78%增至59.50%,但边远区局部存有恶化风险。(4)基于生态优先保护和乡村振兴需求两种情景模拟,2030年FAST宁静区的生态脆弱性整体指数分别下降5.91%和2.22%,前者生态保护效果较优,但后者更好地兼顾生态保护和乡村发展需要,综合考虑建议推荐乡村振兴发展模式。[结论]研究时段内,FAST宁静区生态脆弱性整体降低,核心区生态环境改善明显,中间区、边远区后10 a相比前10 a整体生态在缓慢转好。

This paper presents entrainment mechanism, and transported and diffusioncharacteristics at the point of entry of submerged jet. The profiles of both velocity andconcentration within the air-water mixing layer were theoretically deduced. And the comparisonsbetween theoretical values and measured data were made. Results show that the velocity profilewithin the air-water mixing layer exhibits a form of error function. The concentrations of airentrainment in the internal and external regions of air-water mixing layer correspond to Gaussiandistribution.

TDOA estimation of dual-satellites interference localization based on blind separation

The time difference of arrival(TDOA)estimation plays a crucial role in the accurate localization of the satellite interference *** the dual-satellites interference source localization system,the target signal from the adjacent satellite is likely to be interfered by the normal communication signal with the same ***,the signal to noise ratio(SNR)of the target signal would become too low,and the TDOA estimation through cross-correlation processing would be unreliable or even *** paper proposes a technique based on blind separation to solve the co-channel interference problem,where separation of the mixed signal can be carried out by the particle filter(PF)*** experimental results show that the proposed method could achieve more accurate TDOA *** measured data obtained by using the software radio platform at 915 MHz and 2 GHz respectively verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

BACKGROUND In recent years,many studies have shown that proteasome 26S subunit non-ATPase 6(PSMD6)plays an important role in the occurrence and development of malignant ***,there are no reports on the evaluation of the potential role of PSMD6 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).AIM To comprehensively evaluate the overexpression pattern and clinical significance of PSMD6 in HCC *** This study integrated PSMD6 mRNA expression profiles from 4672 HCC and 3667 non-HCC tissues,along with immunohistochemical scores from 383 HCC and adjacent tissues,to assess PSMD6 overexpression in *** regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats knockout technology evaluated PSMD6’s essential role in HCC cell *** enrichment analysis explored the molecular mechanism of PSMD6 abnormalities in *** sensitivity analysis and molecular docking analysed the effect of abnormal expression of PSMD6 on the drug sensitivity of HCC *** The results of 41 external and two internal datasets showed that PSMD6 mRNA(SMD=0.26,95%CI:0.09-0.42,Psults showed that PSMD6 had a significant overexpression pattern in HCC tissues(SMD=0.40,95%CI:0.15-0.66,Psuch as RNA degradation,ribosomes,and chemical carcinogenesis—reactive oxygen *** sensitivity analysis and a molecular docking model showed that high expression of PSMD6 was associated with the tolerance of HCC cells to drugs such as ML323,sepantronium bromide,and *** PSMD6 effectively distinguished HCC tissues(AUC=0.75,95%CI:0.71-0.79).CONCLUSION This study was the first to discover that PSMD6 was overexpressed in HCC ***6 is essential for the growth of HCC cell

Analytic derivation of Monin-Obukhov similarity function for open atmospheric surface layer

The Monin-Obukhov(MO)similarity functionφm of the atmospheric surface layer(ASL)describing the deviation from the log law of the canonical turbulent boundary layer because of thermal stratification has been traditionally determined *** study presents a unified analytic expression derived from a symmetry-based theory of wall turbulence,called structural ensemble dynamics(SED),which postulates a generalized dilation symmetry principle expressing the effect of the wall on turbulence,leading to an analytic multi-regimes expression for the mixing *** ASL in unstable and stable conditions(i.e.,UC and SC),a unified two-regime formula of the mixing length is proposed,leading to aφm,similar to the Businger-Dyer(BD)formula;with a simplified model energy balance equation,φm is completely specified with no free ***,the theory allows the study of the open ASL’s underlying additional physical processes such as bottom-up or top-down flux due to pressure variations *** that Tp is decomposed into shear-like and buoyancy-like components,we propose new explanations for two important features of typical ASL:a significantly smaller Karman constant of 0.36 and a varyingφm for SC mean speed *** theory is validated by the data obtained at Kansas and also at Qingtu Lake Observation Array in Northern China for a variety of heat flux *** conclusion,due to pressure variations,we assert that ASL is intrinsically open and that the current theory offers a new basis for its quantification.

Energy Equality and Uniqueness of Weak Solutions to MHD Equations in L~∞(O,T;L^n(Ω))

In this paper, we study the energy equality and the uniqueness of weak solutions to the MHD equations in the critical space L∞（0, T; L^n（Ω）. We prove that if the velocity u belongs to the critical space L∞（0, T; L^n（Ω）, the energy equality holds. On the basis of the energy equality, we further prove that the weak solution to the MHD equations is unique.
